Abstract
The present invention provides a bra with a wide under band hem and a manufacturing method thereof. The bra comprises cups, a center front, back wings and an under band hem; the under band hem is of a continuous strip-shaped structure; the under band hem has positioning lines; the lower edges of the cups are connected to the under band hem along the positioning lines; and the under band hem is not connected to the cups in an area where the under band hem and the cups are relatively overlapped, so that interlayers are formed between the under band hem and the cups, and the interlayers are used for accommodating part of breast fat. According to the bra with a wide under band hem and the manufacturing method thereof provided by the present invention, the bra is simple in structure, comfortable to wear, and good in supporting stability and shaping effect, and the problems of stuffiness and airtightness of the bra and the curling and eversion of the under band hem can be effectively avoided.
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to the technical field of clothing, specifically to a women's bra, in particular to a bra with a wide under band hem and a manufacturing method thereof.


BACKGROUND

A bra mainly comprises cups, wings and shoulder straps. A center front is provided between the two cups. The center front mainly controls the center distance, and connects the cups, so that the cups are not easily displaced; the wings generally includes the side wings and back wings, which are used to accommodate the rib fat and help support the breasts; the cups are mainly used to accommodate the breast fat and shape the breast curve. Generally, a under band hem is provided on the lower side of the wings, and its main function is to support and fix the position of the bra, making it more stable, fit and comfortable to wear.


At present, the under band hems of the bras on the market have different widths. Generally, it is laid on the inner side of the under bust, side wings and back wings with the reverse & sequential binding and flat laying method, and its upper edge is generally continuously connected with the under bust. The width of the under band hem is generally set so that its upper edge can be connected with the lower edge of the cups or the wire casings. As shown in FIG. 1-3, the traditional reverse & sequential binding and flat laying method mainly includes the following steps: First, as shown in FIG. 1, connect the center front, under bust and back wings through single-needle stitching; second, as shown in FIG. 2, stitch the under band hem with the herringbone, three-needle or other proper stitching methods; third, as shown in FIG. 3, stitch the cups through single-needle stitching, then locate the wire casings on the bottom cups, and stitch them with the double-needle stitching method.


Bras manufactured with the traditional reverse & sequential binding and flat laying method have the following shortcomings due to the narrower under band hems: First, the stress surface is small, and it is easy to produce the discomfort of wearing tightness; second, the support and stability are poor, particularly, the bra moves and slides when it is worn by consumers with full breasts; third, the existing traditional reverse & sequential binding process makes the breasts cling to the human trunk easily for consumers with full breasts, resulting in stuffiness and airtightness; fourth, the structure is complex, the manufacturing is difficult, and the cost is high.


To solve the above problems, based on the traditional bra structure, the inventor of the present invention tries to overcome the above shortcomings by widening the under band hem. However, the inventor finds that widening of the under band hem can increase the stress surface and supporting force, improve the discomfort of wearing tightness to a certain extent, increase the stability of the bra, and reduce the probability of the bra's dislocation and sliding; however, this widening also brings new problems such as curling and eversion of the under band hem, which affect wearing. In addition, after widening the under band hem, the lower part of the bra fits more closely with the human trunk, and the stuffiness and airtightness are further aggravated.


Therefore, in view of the above situation, it is one of the technical problems to be solved urgently by those skilled in the art to provide a bra with a wide under band hem and a manufacturing method thereof.


SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In view of this, the present invention aims to provide a bra with a wide under band hem and a manufacturing method thereof, so as to solve the existing problems of the bras: complex structure and discomfort of wearing tightness; poor support and stability, and easy dislocation and sliding; close clinging of the breasts to the human trunk, resulting in stuffiness and airtightness; curling and eversion of the under band hem.


To achieve the above object, the technical solution of this invention is as follows:


A bra with a wide under band hem, comprising cups, a center front, back wings and an under band hem; the said under band hem is of a continuous strip-shaped structure; the said under band hem is provided with positioning lines; the lower edges of the said cups are connected to the said under band hem along the said positioning lines; and the said under band hem is not connected to the said cups in an area where the said under band hem and the said cups are relatively overlapped, so that interlayers are formed between the under band hem and the cups, and the said interlayers are used for accommodating part of breast fat.


Further, the said center front and back wings are located above the said under band hem, and the lower edge of the said back wings and center front is connected with the upper edge of the said under band hem.


Further, the lower side edge of the said back wings and center front is connected with the upper side edge of the said under band hem through one or more of sewing, herringbone stitching, three-needle stitching and binding processes.


Further, the width of the said under band hem is ≥35 mm.


Further, the said positioning line is an arc-shaped curve provided on the under band hem.


Further, the said positioning line is an arc-shaped curve arched to the side away from the center front.


Further, Points b and c are respectively the two end points of the connecting line between the said center front and the said under band hem, and Points a and d are respectively the two points of connection between the ends of the two back wings closer to the center front and the said under band hem. Points a, b, c, and d are arranged in sequence on the upper edge of the said under band hem, the number of the said positioning lines are two, with the two end points of one positioning line as Points a and b, and the end points of the other positioning line as Points c and d.


Further, the edge of the said cup is provided with a wire casing, and the said wire casing is connected with the cup through double-needle stitching.


The other object of the present invention is to provide a manufacturing method of the bra with a wide under band hem. The said method is used to manufacture the said bra. The said method includes the following steps: (S1) Cut the under band hem according to the size; (S2) Determine the connection points of the center front and back wings at the upper edge of the under band hem; (S3) Use one or more of sewing, herringbone stitching, three-needle stitching and binding processes to connect the center front and back wings; (S4) Draw positioning lines on the under band hem; (S5) Connect the cups with the under band hem, back wings and center front respectively through single-needle stitching; (S6) Locate the wire casings and stitch them through double-needle stitching.


Compared with the prior art, the said bra with a wide under band hem according to the present invention has the following advantages:


(1) The bra with a wide under band hem according to the present invention adopts an integrally formed wide under band hem instead of the traditional under band hem and under bust, and directly connects the wide under band hem with the center front and back wings. Therefore, the said bra is simpler in structure, its manufacturing process is easier, and its cost is lower.


(2) The said bra with a wide under band hem according to the present invention widens the under band hem, the positioning line is directly formed on the under band hem, and an interlayer is formed between the said under band hem and the cup. When wearing the bra, part of the breast fat on the lower side is accommodated in the interlayer, and the breast fat is supported through the interlayer. On the one hand, it can effectively improve the stability and support of the bra; on the other hand, it can reduce the friction between the breast fat and the human body, and has an effective separation function. Compared with traditional bras, the breasts no longer cling to the human trunk closely, which prevents stuffiness and airtightness of the bra; moreover, the breast fat is accommodated by the under band hem, which makes the bra stable in shape and comfortable to wear with beautiful lines. In addition, due to the widening of the under band hem, the contact area between the underside of the bra and the human trunk is increased, which can effectively alleviate the discomfort of wearing tightness.


(3) The said bra with a wide under band hem according to the present invention has positioning lines on the under band hem, so that the under band hem is connected with the lower edge of the cups, and the under band hem can be strengthened by the cups, avoiding curling and eversion of the wide under band hem.


(4) The manufacturing method of the bra with a wide under band hem according to the present invention is simple in process and low in manufacturing cost, which is conducive to improving the overall quality and market competitiveness of bra products, and has good market prospects.


In summary, according to the bra with a wide under band hem and the manufacturing method thereof as described in this application, it is easy to conclude that the bra is simple in structure, comfortable to wear, and good in supporting stability and shaping effect, and can effectively avoid the problems of stuffiness and airtightness and the curling and eversion of the under band hem.

To make the technical means, intended purpose and effect of the present invention easy to understand, the embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below in combination with specific drawings.


It should be noted that all terms used for directional and positional indication in the present invention, such as “up”, “down”, “left”, “right”, “front”, “back”, “vertical”, “horizontal”, “inner”, “outer”, “top”, “low”, “transverse”, “longitudinal”, “center”, are only used to explain the relative positional relationship and connection conditions of the components in a particular state. These terms are only for the convenience of describing the present invention, rather than requiring that the present invention must be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and therefore cannot be understood as a limitation to the present invention. Embodiment 1

As shown in FIGS. 4-8, a bra with a wide under band hem, comprising cups 5, a center front 2, back wings 3 and an under band hem 1; the said under band hem 1 is of a continuous strip-shaped structure; the said center front 2 and the back wings 3 are located above the said under band hem 1, and are connected with the upper edge of the said under band hem 1; the said under band hem 1 is provided with positioning lines 4; the lower edges of the said cups 5 are connected to the said under band hem 1 along the said positioning lines 4; the said under band hem 1 is not connected to the said cups 5 in an area where the said under band hem 1 and the said cups 5 are relatively overlapped, so that interlayers 7 are formed between the said under band hem 1 and the said cups 5, and the said interlayers 7 are used for accommodating part of breast fat.


Further, the said under band hem 1 is a wide one, and the width of the said under band hem 1 in the vertical direction is ≥35 mm.


Specifically, the wide under band hem 1 adopted in the embodiment is integrally formed instead of the traditional under band hem and under bust, and the wide under band hem 1 is directly connected with the center front 2 and back wings 3. Therefore, the said bra is simpler in structure, its manufacturing process is easier, and its cost is lower.


Further, the embodiment widens the under band hem 1, the positioning line 4 is directly formed on the under band hem 1, the lower edges of the said cups 5 are connected to the said under band hem 1 along the said positioning lines 4, and the under band hem 1 is not connected to the said cups 5 in an area where the said under band hem 1 and the said cups 5 are relatively overlapped, so that interlayers 7 are formed between the said under band hem 1 and the said cups 5. When wearing the bra, part of the breast fat on the lower side is accommodated in the interlayer 7, and the breast fat is supported through the interlayer 7. On the one hand, it can effectively improve the stability and support of the bra, avoid dislocation and sliding of the bra, and make the wearing more stable; on the other hand, when the breast fat is supported by the interlayer 7, the under band hem 1 will cling to the human skin, which can reduce the friction between the breast fat and the human body, and have an effective separation function. In this way, the breasts no longer cling to the human trunk closely, which prevents stuffiness and airtightness of the bra; moreover, the breast fat is accommodated by the under band hem 1, which makes the bra stable in shape and comfortable to wear with beautiful lines. In addition, due to the widening of the under band hem 1, the contact area between the underside of the bra and the human trunk is increased, which can effectively alleviate the discomfort of wearing tightness. Further, the positioning line 4 is located on the under band hem 1, so that the under band hem 1 is connected with the lower edge of the cups 5, and the under band hem 1 can be strengthened by the cup 5, avoiding curling and eversion of the wide under band hem 1.


Further, the said back wings 3 and the center front 2 are located above the said under band hem 1, and the lower edge of the said back wings 3 and center front 2 is connected with the upper edge of the said under band hem 1.


Further, the bra has two back wings 3, the said center front 2 is located at the center of the upper side of the said under band hem 1, the two wings 3 are respectively located on both sides of the center front 2, and there is a distance between each of the two back wings 3 and the center front 2.


The specific manufacturing method is as follows: first, determine the two end points b and c of the connecting line between the said center point 2 and the said under band hem 1 on the under band hem 1 according to the size requirements of the drawing, and the two points a and d of connection between the ends of the two back wings 3 closer to the center front 2 and the said under band hem 1. Points a, b, c, and d are arranged in sequence on the upper edge of the said under band hem 1; then, connect the said center front 2 with the said under band hem 1 according to the positions of Points b and c, and connect the two back wings 3 with the said under band hem 1 according to the positions of Points a and d.


Further, the lower side edge of the said back wings 3 and center front 2 is connected with the upper side edge of the said under band hem 1 through one or more of sewing, herringbone stitching, three-needle stitching and binding processes.


Further, the said positioning line 4 is a curve provided on the said under band hem 1, preferably, the said positioning line 4 is an arc-shaped curve provided on the said under band hem 1. More preferably, the said positioning line 4 is an arc-shaped curve arched to the side away from the center front 2.


Further, the number of the said positioning lines 4 are two, with the two end points of one positioning line 4 as Points a and b, and the end points of the other positioning line 4 as Points c and d.


Further, the said bra has two cups 5; the two cups 5 are connected through the center front 2, the lower edge of the said cup 5 is connected to the under band hem 1 along the said positioning line 4, and the said cup 5 is connected to the said back wings 3 through the edge adjacent to the said back wings 3. The said cup 5 is connected to the positioning line 4 through single-needle stitching.


Further, the edge of the said cup 5 is provided with a wire casing 6, and the said wire casing 6 is connected with the cup 5 through double-needle stitching.


Further, the said bra also has shoulder straps 8 and a hook 9.


Embodiment 2

A manufacturing method of the bra with a wide under band hem, including the following steps: (S1) Cut the under band hem according to the size; (S2) Determine the connection points of the center front and back wings at the upper edge of the under band hem; (S3) Use one or more of sewing, herringbone stitching, three-needle stitching and binding processes to connect the center front and back wings; (S4) Draw positioning lines on the under band hem; (S5) Connect the cups with the under band hem, back wings and center front respectively through single-needle stitching; (S6) Locate the wire casings and stitch them through double-needle stitching.


Specifically, first cut the under band hem according to the specified size; second, determine the connection points of the center front and back wings on the upper edge of the under band hem according to the drawing, and mark the two ends of the connecting line between the center front and the under band hem as Points b and c respectively, mark the points of connection between the ends of the two back wings 3 closer to the said center front 2 and the said under band hem 1 as Points a and d respectively, and Points a, b, c, and d are arranged in sequence on the upper edge of the said under band hem 1; third, connect the center front and back wings in sequence through stitching; fourth, draw positioning lines on the under band hem according to the drawing, with the two end points of one positioning line as Points a and b, and the two end points of the other positioning line as Points c and d respectively; finally, stitch the cups through single-needle stitching, then connect the cups with the under band hem, back wings and center front respectively, locate the wire casing on the edge of the cups, and connect the wire casing 6 with the cups 5 through the double-needle stitching.


In this embodiment, an integrally formed under band hem is used instead of the traditional under band hem and under bust, and its structure is simple; the center front and back wings are connected with the under band hem through stitching, so that the center front, back wings and under band hem are tightly connected. Further, the positioning lines are set on the under band hem, the cups are preliminarily connected with the under band hem, back wings and center front through single-needle stitching, and interlayers are formed on the inner side of the cups at the same time. Then, the wire casings are located and stitched through double-needle stitching to further strengthen the connection between the cups and the under band hem, back wings and center front. The process is simple and reasonable, and the manufacturing cost is low, which is conducive to improving the overall quality and market competitiveness of bra products, and has good market prospects.


The embodiments described above are only the preferred ones of this invention and are not intended to limit this invention. Claims
  • 1. A bra with a wide under band hem, characterized in that it comprises cups (5), a center front (2), back wings (3) and an under band hem (1); the said under band hem (1) is of a continuous strip-shaped structure; the said under band hem (1) is provided with positioning lines (4); the lower edges of the said cups (5) are connected to the said under band hem (1) along the said positioning lines (4); and the said under band hem (1) is not connected to the said cups (5) in an area where the said under band hem (1) and the said cups (5) are relatively overlapped, so that interlayers (7) are formed between the under band hem (1) and the cups (5), and the said interlayers (7) are used for accommodating part of breast fat.

The bra with a wide under band hem according to claim 1, characterized in that the said center front (2) and the back wing (3) are located above the said under band hem (1), and the lower edge of the said back wing (3) and center front (2) is connected with the upper edge of the said under band hem (1).
  • 3. The bra with a wide under band hem according to claim 2, characterized in that the lower side edge of the said back wing (3) and center front (2) is connected with the upper side edge of the said under band hem (1) through one or more of sewing, herringbone stitching, three-needle stitching and binding processes.
  • 4. The bra with a wide under band hem according to claim 1, characterized in that the width of the said under band hem (1) is ≥35 mm.
  • 5. The bra with a wide under band hem according to claim 1, characterized in that the said positioning line (4) is an arc-shaped curve provided on the under band hem (1).
  • 6. The bra with a wide under band hem according to claim 1, characterized in that the said positioning line (4) is an arc-shaped curve arched to the side away from the center front (2).

The bra with a wide under band hem according to claim 2, characterized in that Points b and c are respectively the two end points of the connecting line between the said center front (2) and the said under band hem (1), and Points a and d are respectively the two points of connection between the ends of the two back wings (3) closer to the center front (2) and the said under band hem (1). Points a, b, c, and d are arranged in sequence on the upper edge of the said under band hem (1), and the number of the said positioning lines (4) are two, with the two end points of one positioning line (4) as Points a and b, and the end points of the other positioning line (4) as Points c and d.
  • 8. The bra with a wide under band hem according to claim 1, characterized in that the edge of the said cup (5) is provided with a wire casing (6), and the said wire casing (6) is connected with the cup (5) through double-needle stitching.

A method for manufacturing the bra of claim 1, characterized in that the said method includes the following steps: (S1) Cut the under band hem according to the size; (S2) Determine the connection points of the center front and the back wing at the upper edge of the under band hem; (S3) Use one or more of sewing, herringbone stitching, three-needle stitching and binding processes to connect the center front and back wing; (S4) Draw positioning lines on the under band hem; (S5) Connect the cups with the under band hem, back wings and center front respectively through single-needle stitching; (S6) Locate the wire casings and stitch them through double-needle stitching.
