BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a bracelet, and more particularly to a bracelet which can receive cosmetics therein.
2. Description of Related Art
Since the dawn of time, people have considered their appearances and have daubed their skins with colors, and worn body ornaments. Bones, minerals, natural fibers etc have been fashioned into bracelets, earrings and so on for various purposes. Conventional bracelets do not have any utility effect other than an ornamental effect. Cosmetics as women's personal effects must be continually carried by them for use at any moment. For convenience in carrying them, the cosmetics are put in a bag, resulting in another inconvenience to use.
Therefore, the invention provides a bracelet with a cosmetic container to mitigate or obviate the aforementioned problems.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The main objective of the present invention is to provide a bracelet with a cosmetic container which provides ornamental and utility effects.
Other objectives, advantages and novel features of the invention will become more apparent from the following detailed description when taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
With reference to FIGS. 1-3, a bracelet in accordance with the present invention is composed of a first semi-ring (10), a second semi-ring (20) and a cosmetic container (30).
The first semi-ring (10) has a first pivot end (11) and a first non-pivot end (13) opposed to the first pivot end (11). A tongue (12) is formed on the first pivot end (11).
The second semi-ring (20) has a second pivot end (21) and a second non-pivot end opposed to the second pivot end (21). The first pivot end (11) is pivotally mounted on the second pivot end (21) by a pin (24). A stop (22) is formed at the second pivot end (21) to block the tongue (12). The stop (22) and the tongue (12) constitute a positioning member (25), as illustrated in FIG. 3. A channel (23) is defined along an inner circumference of the second semi-ring (20) for receiving the cosmetic container (30) therein.
The cosmetic container (30) is located in the channel (23) of the second semi-ring (20), and includes a containing body (31) and a plug (32). The containing body (31) has a chamber defined therein and an open end (311) communicated with the chamber. The open end (311) of the containing body (31) extends out from the second non-pivot end of the second semi-ring (20). The plug (32) is detachably mounted on the containing body (31) and abuts the first non-pivot end (13) of the first semi-ring (10).
The container (30) can receive scent, essential oil, nail polish, lipstick etc. As illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 3, the container (30) is used as a scent bottle. The containing body (31) is filled with scent, and the plug (32) has a spray nozzle (321) defined therein. A conduit (322) extends into the containing body (31) and is communicated with the spray nozzle (321). When the plug (32) is pressed, the scent in the containing body (31) is sprayed out from the spray nozzle (321).
With reference to FIGS. 1-3, the bracelet further includes an external cover (40) movably mounted on the first non-pivot end (13) of the first semi-ring (10) to conceal the plug (32). The external cover (40) has a barrel (41) and an upper shield (42). The plug (32) is received in the barrel (41), and the upper shield (42) has at least one rail (44) formed therein and positioned in at least one slot (14) defined in the first non-pivot end (13), whereby the upper shield (42) can be slid along the slot (14).
With reference to FIG. 4, an ornament (43), such as natural or artificial gem, is provided on an outer surface of the external cover (40) to promote an appearance of the bracelet.
In use, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, scent is contained in the containing body (31) and a plug (32) with a spray nozzle (321) is connected to the open end (311). The first and second semi-rings (10, 20) are combined together and put on a wrist of a user. During combination, the tongue (12) is pushed over the stop (22), so the first and second semi-rings (10, 20) are securely combined and cannot freely separate from each other. Afterwards, the external cover (40) is provided on the plug (32) to conceal it. Therefore, the bracelet can be used as a conventional bracelet.
With reference to FIGS. 2, 5 and 6, when the user wants to use scent, the external cover (40) is slid away to expose the plug (32). Then, the user presses the plug (32) by pivoting the first semi-ring (10) about the second semi-ring (30), and scent is sprayed out from the nozzle (321). After using, the external cover (40) is slid back to conceal the plug (32) again.
With reference to FIG. 7, in another embodiment of the invention, multiple lugs (231) are formed at two sides of the channel (23) for preventing the containing body (31) from escaping from the channel (23). Furthermore, a torsion spring (26) functioning as the positioning member (25) is provided between the first pivot end (11) and second pivot end (21) instead of the tongue (12) and stop (22) mentioned above, wherein the torsion spring (26) has a first free end fixed on the first pivot end (11) and a second free end fixed on the second pivot end (22). Under the force of the torsion spring (26), the first and second semi-rings (10, 20) are combined together.
Therefore, according to the present invention, the bracelet can be used as not only a decoration but also a cosmetic container.
