Abstract
A novel form of assembly is disclosed which assist user in untwining hair braids. The assembly has items made of heat resistant and skin protective material which allow to use these items without being burned and require minimal input from the user. The assembly rotates in clock-wise and anticlockwise direction once the braid is locked in to unbraid the hair.
Description
BACKGROUND
Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a hair braiding, and more particularly to an assembly which assist in unwinding the hair and makes it possible to mechanically unbraid hair in a short period of time regardless of the state of hair.

Description of the Related Art

For many individuals braiding hair is a preferred hair styling. In braiding, locks of hair are grouped into strands and the strands are interwoven or wrapped about each other. Generally, hair braiding requires the assistance of another person, particularly when braiding hair at the rear of the head.

There are many inventions that have been found in prior art regarding aiding in hair braiding. For instance, a Battery-operated hair braider bearing US patent 2,003,0230316A1 is issued to Appliance Development Corp. The patent is on a hair braider kit. An individual grip a handle of a hair braider and moves a center “off” switch to a first conducting position. An electric motor is energized, and a stop engages a rotatable body thereby to block rotation of the body and permit a planetary gear system to rotate individual hair twisting elements to form twisted hair strands. When the switch is moved to a second conductive position, the blocking element is removed so the rotatable body wraps the twisted strands over each other into a braid without any significant motion of the twister bodies with respect to the rotatable body. A stand supports the hair braider and facilitates the attachment of hair strands to the hair twisting elements.

Another Canadian patent 1,636,30S on Appliance for braiding and twisting the hair is issued to Babyliss Faco SPRL. The patent is on a design consists of the features of shape, configuration, pattern and ornament of the appliance for braiding and twisting the hair as shown in the drawings. FIG. 1 is a rear view of the appliance for braiding and twisting the hair; FIG. 2 is a top view of the appliance for braiding and twisting the hair; FIG. 3 is a front view of the appliance for braiding and twisting the hair; FIG. 4 is a perspective front view of the appliance for braiding and twisting the hair; FIG. 5 is a perspective rear view of the appliance for braiding and twisting the hair; FIG. 6 is a side view of the appliance for braiding and twisting the hair; and FIG. 7 is a bottom view of the appliance for braiding and twisting the hair.

A US patent 2,017,0215505A1 on Method for braiding hair and method for manufacturing a wig is issued to Mane Concept Inc Isis Collections Inc. The patent is on a method which is provided for braiding hair, wherein a pre-curled group of hair is first divided into four sub-groups of hair, and wherein two of the sub-groups are twisted into a first twist and the other two of the sub-groups are twisted into a second twist. The first twist and the second twist are then twisted into a braid.

Another US patent on Braider bearing US patent 2,003,0188759A1 is issued to Teqnetium Inc. The patent is on a novel form of a braider is provided which, in its preferred embodiment, consists of a body portion with two opposing cavities. The cavities are designed so as to enable both easy insertion into and removal from of sections of hair from the cavities. Several novel methods for using the braider are also provided. In one use, the wearer places each of two sections of her hair each within a cavity of the braider. She then repeatedly and alternately transfers sub-sections of hair from one cavity to the other thus creating a herringbone braid. A hooked rod may be used to separate out sub-sections of hair during braiding.

A Japanese patent 2,002,159321A on Hair braiding machine is issued to Javanese inventor. The patent intends to provide a hair braiding machine which enables twisting or braiding of bundles of hair in a shorter time without requiring skill. SOLUTION: This machine is provided with a housing 3 rotatably held in a case 2, a plurality of clip rotating shafts 11 and 11 rotatably held on the housing 3, a drive shaft 14 which is driven to rotate by a drive means, clip rotation means 12 and 15 for transmitting the rotation of the drive shaft 14 to the clip rotating shafts 11 and 11, a brake 28 which can engage the housing 3 to block the rotation of the housing 3, a switch 7 which operates the engagement and dischargement of the brake 28 outside the case 2 and housing rotation means 23, 24 and 25 which are held on the housing 3 and contact or engage the drive shaft 14 at a specified pressure to such an extent as to allow the transmission of the rotation of the drive shaft 14 to the housing 3 while enabling the rotation of the drive shaft 14 alone when the rotation of the housing 3 is blocked by the brake 28.

A Korean patent 1,004,06825B1 on A hair holding cap for a hair braider is issued to Korean inventor. The present invention, when the braided twisting the hair with braided device hair mechanically into several strands, relates to an apparatus that pulls pull while the extent of the pressure on the hair, the tapered shape with the nozzle (10a) which the hair is inserted doedoe composed of a head portion 10 and body portion 20 of the cylindrical partition wall which allows the interior of the body portion 20, the strands of the through the inserted hair into the body can be bent several times with the left and right or spiral 21 when it is formed to be a plurality of, maintaining a uniform tension state in the hair and is accommodated so as to be drawn out gradually reduce the frictional force.

In general, in order to unbraid hair, people have no alternative but to manually do so one by one. As such, it takes much time and effort to braid hair. By looking at prior art, there are no such assemblies presented which assist user in opening braids in efficient manner. Opening braids is quite a hectic and sometimes painful procedure which may also require an external help. No such assemblies have been available which assist user in unwinding hair quickly and with no pain.

The current invention proposes to provide a reusable structure which unravel the braid strands once placed in the device. The proposed assembly has multiple speed setting and is powered through external source.

None of the previous inventions and patents, taken either singly or in combination, is seen to describe the instant invention as claimed. Hence, the inventor of the present invention proposes to resolve and surmount existent technical difficulties to eliminate the aforementioned shortcomings of prior art.
