Abstract
A brassiere pad (cup) structure having negative electromagnetic energy is disclosed, wherein a brassiere pad (cup) body is provided on an inner surface thereof or throughout its entirety with particular mineral powders having negative electromagnetic energy, so that the energy powders can produce an unclogging effect, a cold toxin dissipating (pathogen eliminating) effect and a blood circulation promoting effect on the tissues, acupuncture points and lymphatic system of a user's breasts.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Technical Field

The present invention relates to a brassiere pad (cup) structure having negative electromagnetic energy, and more particularly, to a brassiere pad (cup) structure wherein a brassiere pad (cup) body is provided on an inner surface thereof or throughout its entirety with particular mineral powders having negative electromagnetic energy, so that the energy powders can produce an unclogging effect, a cold toxin dissipating (pathogen eliminating) effect and a blooding circulation promoting effect on the tissues, acupuncture points and lymphatic system of a user's breasts.

2. Description of Related Art

As people's living standards continuously improve, the pursuit of better health and a higher level of beauty prevail. Moreover, since the love for beauty is human nature, it has long been taken for granted that women are exacting about their figures and body shapes, in particular, if not unanimous, attention to the breasts. Generally speaking, the time for female breast development is approximately between the age of ten and eighteen. For those who have passed this critical stage in life, significant improvement in the curves and fitness of breasts can only be attained through special exercises and nutrition supply, wherein special exercises refer to activities targeted at the upper body, especially the breasts, that can stimulate the mammary glands appropriately and sufficiently. This kind of exercises, however, has to be carried out consistently for a long time, which is a difficult task for modern women leading a busy life. Therefore, despite the fact that modern women generally maintain fairly good nutritional conditions, it is hard for them to achieve fitness and beauty of breasts through the aforesaid exercises.

In recent years, besides the exercise-and-diet regimen mentioned above, more approaches have been adopted to promote female breast development, including injection, acupuncture, massage at acupuncture points and plastic surgery, most of which are very risky, have inevitable side effects, do not guarantee durable results, incur huge expenses, and, as a result, are not widely acceptable to the general public. As to non-invasive methods for promoting breast fitness and beauty, in addition to dietary nourishment, there have been a variety of commercially available breast-enlarging food and undergarments (brassieres) designed to promote breast fitness and beauty. The breast-enlarging food is mostly nutritional supplements or estrogen, which, once absorbed by human body, may act on unintended body parts due to individual differences in physical constitutions. Consequently, not only is the breast-enlarging effect unsatisfactory, but also unintended body tissues may grow to affect the original body shape unfavorably.

Nowadays, different kinds of physical therapeutic equipment for improving mammary gland development and growth are also available, including, for example, electronic massagers, vacuum suction devices and low-frequency electric shock generators. Furthermore, there have been numerous brassiere structure designs capable of pushing the breasts up or inwards and stimulating the breasts with energy-emitting substances (such as far-infrared rays, magnets and negative ions having bactericidal effects), wherein well-known physical principles are applied to the breasts to enhance metabolism thereof and assist in natural breast development and growth. However, the aforesaid massagers, vacuum suction devices and low-frequency electric shock generators function by applying friction or powerful suction to the breasts and thus may end up with injured or swollen skin on the breasts as a result of improper operation, but leaving the inner mammary tissues unimproved. Therefore, the aforementioned physical therapeutic equipment also does not provide significant breast-enlarging or breast-beautifying effects.

The aforesaid energy-emitting substances or magnets are typically provided on a fabric of the brassiere, or between the fabric and a pad inside the brassiere cup, so that energy emitted by the substances can stimulate the surface or inner tissues of a user's breasts, thereby enhancing blood circulation and metabolism thereof, with the aim of promoting breast development and growth.

According to the principles of traditional Chinese medicine, stimulation-based treatment for the human body is generally divided into two categories: “replenishment” and “purgation”. Now that all the substances used in commercially available brassiere cup (pad) structures claiming energy effects are substances having “positive electromagnetic energy”, the physical action of those substances on the breasts is chiefly “replenishment” of qi. In other words, those substances merely serve to “strengthen healthy qi” whereas dirty qi accumulated in the breasts can only be carried away gradually by blood circulation to another part of the body, where it gathers once again. Thus, symptoms are alleviated without effecting a cure. As a result, toxin dissipation (pathogen elimination) cannot be achieved to promote health.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In view of the shortcomings of the aforementioned conventional objects, it is a primary objective of the present invention to provide a brassiere cup (pad) structure having “negative electromagnetic energy”, so that a “pathogen eliminating” or “toxin dissipating” effect can be realized on a user's breasts to purge the user's body of dirty qi and improve the user's health.

Another objective of the present invention is to provide mineral powders having “negative electromagnetic energy” evenly on a surface of a brassiere pad (cup) or throughout its entirety, thereby allowing the energy substances to have complete and uniform energy effects on the energy field around the breasts. In addition, with the powders of the energy substances being disposed between the brassiere cup (pad) and a user's breast skin, high-density interstices are formed in the presence of the fine particles, thereby rendering the brassiere cup (pad) breathable.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, the present invention comprises at least one cup body 10 made of a plastic resilient material (such as silica gel or latex) and shaped into a brassiere cup or pad. A breathable fabric layer 20 is coupled to at least one side of the cup body 10. An inner portion 11 or a surface 12 of the cup body 10, or alternatively, a fabric layer 20 on a side of the cup body 10 facing a user, is further provided or coated with energy powders 30 having negative electromagnetic energy (for example, mineral powders having energy).

Therefore, when a user 40 wears a brassiere comprising the cup body 10, the energy powders 30 on the cup body 10 or on the fabric layer 20 thereof serve to direct accumulated dirty qi out of the user's skin, subcutaneous tissues or meridians. This “pathogen eliminating” effect further enhances circulation in the inner tissues or lymphatic tissues of the breasts, thereby promoting the circulation of qi and blood therein. After continuous use, the dirty qi carried to the breasts through circulation of qi and blood from all over the body can be removed and prevented from gathering in the breasts. Consequently, as pathogens are reduced, breast tissues are allowed to revitalize on a regular basis. Moreover, the energy powders 30 form minute and densely distributed protrusions on the surface of the cup body 10 or the surface of the fabric layer 20. Therefore, once in contact with the user's skin, the numerous protrusions provide fine and densely distributed interstices that enhance ventilation between the cup body 10 and the skin, so that the cup body 10 can be comfortably worn without feeling sultry. This dry and pleasant wearing experience also constitutes an improvement over the prior art.
