Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present disclosure relates to the field of electric beds, and in particular, to a breeze device of an electric bed.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

With the development of society and the increasing of people's demands for daily life quality, the proportion of families using the electric bed increases year by year. The electric bed is a bed frame, for which the height of a head portion or a foot portion of a bed board can be electrically controlled and a bending degree of the bed board can be adjusted freely. In order to better attach a mattress to the bed board, a latex mattress or a memory foam mattress is usually used. The latex mattress and the memory foam mattress have a good heat retention property and thus have lower air permeability than a spring mattress, and sleeping comfort lessens once the ambient temperature increases. Sweat usually appears on the skin in contact with a mattress surface due to stuffiness and air impermeability. At present, there are electric beds which have a breeze system, but the electric bed control system and the breeze control system are two separate systems. Each of the two systems has an independent power supply system and an independent remote control system, so that costs of the systems increase, which hinders the wide popularization of the systems to some degree. There are two remote controllers, so that user operation is also very complicated.

In order to reduce the costs and improve convenience for a user, there is an urgent need to develop a breeze device of an electric bed which has low costs and is convenient to use by the user.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

Multiple preferred embodiments of the present disclosure are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, so as to make the technical contents of the disclosure clearer and facilitate understanding. The disclosure may be embodied through embodiments in various different forms, and the protection scope of the disclosure is not limited to the embodiments mentioned in the text.

In the accompanying drawings, parts having the same structure are indicated with a same numerical designation, and components having the similar structure or function in various portions are indicated with a similar numerical designation. The size and thickness of each component in the drawings are illustrated arbitrarily, and the disclosure does not limit the size and thickness of each component. In order to make the illustration clearer, the thickness of a component is properly exaggerated at some places in the drawings.

FIG. 1 shows a structure of an electric bed, which includes a bed board 1, a frame 2, a sliding assembly 3, a first connecting-rod mechanism 4, and an electric bed motor 300. Herein, the bed board 1 includes a first bed board 11, a second bed board 12, a third bed board 13, a fourth bed board 14, and a fifth bed board 15. The first bed board 11, the second bed board 12, the third bed board 13, and the fourth bed board 14 are successively pivotably connected to one another at junctions and are horizontally arranged on a top of the frame 2, and the fifth bed board 15 is disposed on the top of the frame according to a sequence. The first bed board 11 is connected to the frame 2 in a flipped manner by the first connecting-rod mechanism 4. The electric bed motor 300 may drive the first bed board 11 to flip relative to the second bed board 12 and the frame 2. The second bed board 12 may horizontally slide relative to the frame 2 by the sliding assembly 3. The second bed board 12 horizontally slides with flipping movement of the first bed board 11, and drives the third bed board 13 and the fourth bed board 14 to move horizontally.

When the electric bed motor 300 drives the first bed board 11 to flip upwards relative to the second bed board 12 and the frame 2, an angle between the first bed board 11 and the frame 2 increases therewith, and a posture of a user gradually changes from a lying state to a semi-supine state or a sitting state. Meanwhile, under a limitation of the first connecting-rod mechanism 4, with increasing of an angle by which the first bed board 11 flips upwardly, a horizontal distance between the first bed board 11 and the fifth bed board 15 also increases, and the first bed board 11 gradually moves closer to an end of the electric bed. The first bed board 11, the second bed board 12, the third bed board 13, and the fourth bed board 14 are successively pivotably connected to one another at junctions. With cooperation of the sliding assembly 3, the first bed board 11 pulls the second bed board 12 to move horizontally and gradually move away from the fifth bed board 15, and the second bed board 12 pulls the third bed board 13 and the fourth bed board 14 to move horizontally towards the first bed board 11 and gradually move away from the fifth bed board 15. If the user leans on the first bed board 11 to watch TV, the user may be kept away from the TV as much as possible by flipping and horizontal movement of the first bed board 11. By means of one driving assembly 5, flipping and deformation of a bed board of the electric bed can be realized, and multiple bed boards are driven to move horizontally towards the first bed board 11 so as to adjust a position and a height of a human body, thereby realizing a lifting and lowering function of the electric bed; and moreover, costs are saved, and a volume and weight of the electric bed are reduced, which is convenient for transportation.

FIG. 2 schematically shows a structure of a breeze integration control device of the electric bed according to the disclosure. The breeze integration control device of the electric bed includes a first single chip microcomputer 100, a second single chip microcomputer 200, an electric bed motor 300, and a fan 400. In addition, the breeze integration control device of the electric bed further includes a remote controller which is configured to send a first instruction or a second instruction to the first single chip microcomputer 100. The first single chip microcomputer 100 is electrically connected to the electric bed motor 300, and the first single chip microcomputer 100 responds to the first instruction and sends a first control signal to the electric bed motor 300. Under the action of the first control signal to the motor, the motor drives the electric bed and changes a position of the electric bed to further change a lying posture of the user, so as to achieve the effect of improving sleeping. A preferred model number of the first single chip microcomputer 100 to be used is STM32F030.

The second single chip microcomputer 200 is electrically connected to the first single chip microcomputer 100 and the fan 400 respectively. After the first single chip microcomputer 100 responds to the second instruction, a second control signal is sent to the second single chip microcomputer 200, so as to switch an operation speed of the fan 400. A preferred model number of the second single chip microcomputer 200 to be used is STM8S003.

Further, the second single chip microcomputer 200 further includes a timer which is electrically connected to the second single chip microcomputer 200 and the fan 400. The timer is turned on after a third instruction is received, and a wind speed of the fan 400 is switched after a preset time passes. The timer may automatically switch the wind speed of the fan 400 after multiple time periods pass. Preferably, the timer automatically turns off the fan 400 after 10 hours passes. The reason is that after a person falls asleep, the heart beat becomes slow, and the metabolism slows down, the body temperature decreasing. In order to prevent the user from catching a cold after falling asleep, the timer is introduced. For example, if the fan is at a low wind speed, when the timer receives the third instruction, the fan 400 operates for 5 hours at 30% of a rated rotation speed and then is turned off; if the fan is at a medium wind speed, when the timer receives the third instruction, the fan 400 operates for 5 hours at 40% of the rated rotation speed, then operates for 5 hours at 30% of the rated rotation speed, and finally is turned off; and if the fan is at a high wind speed, when the timer receives the third instruction, the fan 400 operates for 5 hours at 50% of the rated rotation speed, then operates for 5 hours at 40% of the rated rotation speed, and finally is turned off.

Further, the first single chip microcomputer 100 further includes an electrically connected synchronous interface which connects two breeze devices of the electric bed by a synchronous line 500. The synchronous line 500 is joined, through a resistive network, to a communication bus, which connects the two breeze devices, of the first single chip microcomputer 100 to synchronously control the two breeze devices, so as to synchronously control two single-beds. After the synchronous line 500 is joined, the first single chip microcomputer 100 and the second single chip microcomputer 200 enter into a serial-port half-duplex single-line transceiving mode and are connected in series. No matter which remote controller of the devices is used to send the first instruction, the second instruction, or the third instruction, the two breeze devices respond synchronously to make the same action.

Further, there are at least two fans 400, and the second instruction includes two lower-level instructions which are in one-to-one correspondence to each of the fans 400. In this way, when there are multiple users, each of the users can match one fan 400 and separately controls the wind speed of the fan 400. A double-bed is taken as an example. Fans 400 are respectively disposed on a left side and on a right side of the electric bed, and the fans 400 may also be disposed at a head portion and a tail portion of the electric bed according to needs or at any position as required. Wind speeds of multiple fans 400 may be controlled by multiple lower-level instructions. In the case of a single user, there may also be multiple fans 400 so as to adapt to requirements of the wind speed for different parts of the human body. The second instruction for controlling the fan 400 is sent by the remote controller, and meanwhile the lower-level instructions may also be integrated to one remote controller for simple and convenient control.

Further, there may be multiple remote controllers. In the case of multiple users, each of the users may correspond to one remote controller so as to separately control the fans 400.
