The invention pertains to an ornamental design for a brush handle. The solid lines represent the bounds of the claimed design, whereas those features shown in broken lines form no part of the claimed design. The features shown in broken lines include a ferrule, shown in FIGS. 1-7, and bristles, shown in FIGS. 1-6. Other embodiments not presently claimed include broken lines in place of one or more solid lines; consequently, other embodiments not presently claimed include one or more elements standing on their own merit. Still other embodiments not presently claimed include solid lines in place of one or more broken lines.
