Abstract
A bubble blowing device with a replaceable bubble blowing turntable is provided, which includes a shell, a motor and an air guide member fixed in the shell, an impeller and a gear group driven by the motor to rotate, a bubble blowing member driven by the gear group to rotate. The bubble blowing member includes a gear ring and the bubble blowing turntable, the gear ring is engaged with gear group, the bubble blowing turntable is detachably fixed in the gear ring, a handheld portion is further provided on the bubble blowing turntable. The handheld portion is exposed on the bubble blowing turntable and is arranged in a direction perpendicular to a direction of the bubble blowing turntable. The bubble blowing device provided by the present disclosure has a function of convenient replacement of the bubble blowing turntable.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to the field of toys technologies, and in particular, to a bubble blowing device with a replaceable bubble blowing turntable.


BACKGROUND

The bubble blowing device of the bubble machine is often provided with a motor, which drives an impeller and a gear group to start, thereby driving the bubble liquid to be transported to the bubble blowing member through liquid outlet and scraped into a film. The film formed bubble liquid is blown out by rotating the impeller and blowing air to form bubbles. In existing technologies, such as a new type of bubble blowing device and bubble blowing toy provided in Chinese Patent of CN213192526U, the bubble blowing member is usually a non-detachable structure, which is controlled by gears to rotate and connect to a shell. The non-detachable bubble blowing member will cause the bubbles blown out by the bubble blowing device with same size and cannot be changed, which results in poor practicality of the bubble blowing device. Therefore, it is urgent to provide a bubble blowing device with a replaceable bubble blowing turntable.


SUMMARY

The present disclosure aims to solve at least one of the technical problems existing in the prior art. For this purpose, the present disclosure proposes a bubble blowing device with a replaceable bubble blowing turntable, aiming to solve the problem of the non-detachable bubble blowing turntable in the existing technology, which leads to consistent and unchangeable bubble sizes blown out by the bubble blowing device, which results in poor practicality.


In order to achieve the aforementioned objectives, the present disclosure provides a bubble blowing device with a replaceable bubble blowing turntable, including a shell, a motor and a guide member fixed in the shell, an impeller and a gear group driven by the motor to rotate, a bubble blowing member driven by the gear group to rotate. The bubble blowing member includes a gear ring and the bubble blowing turntable, the gear ring is engaged with the gear group, the bubble blowing turntable is detachably fixed in the gear ring; a handheld portion is further provided on the bubble blowing turntable, the handheld portion is exposed on the bubble blowing turntable and arranged in a direction perpendicular to a direction of the bubble blowing turntable.


In an embodiment of the present disclosure, a containment chamber is provided on the air guide member, the containment chamber is fixedly provided with a first magnetic member; the handheld portion is fixedly provided with a second magnetic member at a position corresponding to the first magnetic member, the second magnetic member is magnetically connected to the first magnetic member.


In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the handheld portion includes a handle and a connection slot that are provided on a central axis of the bubble blowing turntable, the handle is exposed on the bubble blowing turntable and located at one side of the bubble blowing turntable opposite to the containment chamber; the connection slot is located at one side of the bubble blowing turntable facing to the containment chamber; the connection slot is fixedly provided with the second magnetic member, and the connection slot is detachably connected to a chamber wall of the containment chamber.


In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the connection slot is a double-layer groove structure, an inner layer groove of the connection slot is fixedly provided with the second magnetic member that can be detachably connected to the containment chamber, an outer layer groove of the connection slot is detachably connected to an outer wall of the containment chamber.


In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the containment chamber includes a first chamber and a second chamber that are communicated, where the first chamber is fixedly provided with the first magnetic member, the second magnetic member is fixed in an inner groove body of the connection slot and the second magnetic member detachably accommodates in the second chamber along with the inner groove body, an outer wall of the second chamber is detachably accommodated in the outer groove body of the connection slot.


In an embodiment of the present disclosure, a first ripple ring is provided on an inner wall of the gear ring in a circumferential direction, a second ripple ring is provided on an outer wall of the bubble blowing turntable in a circumferential direction; the second ripple ring and the first ripple ring can be detachably buckled and fixed.


In an embodiment of the present disclosure, an inner wall of the gear ring is provided with a first insertion portion, an outer wall of the bubble blowing turntable is provided with a second insertion portion at a position corresponding to the first insertion portion; the second insertion portion and the first insertion portion are detachably inserted and fixed.


In an embodiment of the present disclosure, at least one pair of magnetic suction bodies with opposite magnetic attraction are embedded on corresponding side walls of the gear ring and the bubble blowing turntable.


In an embodiment of the present disclosure, a liquid adding platform and several air guide plates are radially provided along a center of the air guide member; the liquid adding platform is provided with a liquid inlet and liquid outlet that are communicated, the liquid inlet is connected to an external liquid storage bottle through a conduit; the liquid outlet is arranged directly opposite to the bubble blowing turntable and can be connected to any bubble blowing ring of the bubble blowing turntable.


In an embodiment of the present disclosure, there are two liquid outlets in the liquid adding platform, the two liquid outlets are arranged deviate from a middle of the liquid adding platform and are spaced along a radial direction; several liquid storage tanks are provided on the liquid adding platform, and at least one of the liquid storage tanks is connected to the liquid outlet.


Therefore, based on the technical solution of the present disclosure, a brief description of the benefits that the present disclosure can achieve is as follows: the bubble blowing device with a replaceable bubble blowing turntable by the present disclosure changes the conventional bubble blowing component structure, the bubble blowing member is provided as a detachably and fixedly connected gear ring and a bubble blowing turntable so as to achieve a purpose of fixing the bubble blowing turntable with the gear ring and rotating with the gear ring when the bubble blowing turntable is connected to the gear ring. It is obvious, due to a detachable fixation of the bubble blowing turntable and the gear ring, when it is necessary to replace another bubble blowing turntable, the to-be-replaced bubble blowing turntable is simply removed from the gear ring, the other bubble blowing turntable is connected to the gear ring, and it is fixed with the gear ring. The bubble blowing device provided by the present disclosure has functions of convenient replacement of bubble blowing turntable. Therefore, different bubble blowing turntables can be replaced according to player's needs during game to change the number and size of bubble blowing rings in the bubble blowing turntable, and thus render the size and density of bubbles blown out by the bubble blowing device adjustable, which has higher practicality.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS

The following will provide a clear and complete description of the technical solution in the embodiments of the present disclosure, in combination with the accompanying drawings. Obviously, the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present disclosure, not all of them. Based on the embodiments in the present disclosure, all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in this art without creative work fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure. It can be understood that the drawings are only for reference and illustration purpose, and are not intended to limit the present disclosure. The connections shown in the attached drawings are only for a purpose of clear description and do not limit the connection ways.

Please refer to FIGS. 1 to 5. This embodiment provides a bubble blowing device with a replaceable bubble blowing turntable, which includes a shell 10, a motor 20 fixed in the shell 10 and an air guide member 30, an impeller 40 and a gear group 50 driven to rotate by the motor 20, and a bubble blowing member 60 driven to rotate by the gear group 50.


It should be noted that in this embodiment, the shell 10 is composed by splicing two half shells that are detachably connected together. The two half shells can be detachably fixed by at least one of a buckle, a bolt, and a plug-in connection structure. The shell 10 is configured to integrate the motor 20, air guide member 30, impeller 40, gear group 50, and bubble blowing member 60 into a whole. In other embodiments of the present disclosure, the shell 10 can also be an integrated formed structure.


The motor 20 is a dual shaft motor, a shaft at one side is fixed to the impeller 40 and the shaft on the other side is fixed to input teeth of the gear group 50. When the motor 20 is started, both the impeller 40 and the gear group 50 are both driven to rotate simultaneously.


In this embodiment, the air guide member 30 is slidably provided with a bubble blowing member 60, multiple limit stops 31 are provided at intervals on an outer wall of the air guide member 30 in a circumferential direction. The limit stops 31 are adjacent to the bubble blowing member 60 to limit a connection position of the bubble blowing member 60 on the air guide member 30. In other embodiments of the present disclosure, the air guide member 30 can also be detachably provided with the bubble blowing member 60, a limit stop 31 may not be provided on the air guide member 30.


In this embodiment, the air guide member 30 is further provided with a containment chamber 32 in a direction of its central axis, which includes a first chamber 321 and a second chamber 322 that are communicated. The first chamber 321 is fixed with a first magnetic member 323, which is magnetically connected to the bubble blowing member 60 to achieve a detachable fixation between the air guide member 30 and the bubble blowing member 60. Moreover, the setting of the first magnetic member 323 can also enable a relative rotation between the air guide member 30 and the bubble blowing member 60 on the basis of firmly connecting the air guide member 30 and the bubble blowing member 60. A chamber wall of the second chamber 322 is detachably connected to a part of the bubble blowing member 60 for further stabilizing the connection between the air guide member 30 and the bubble blowing member 60. In other embodiments of the present disclosure, the air guide member 30 may not be provided with the containment chamber 32, and at this time, the first magnetic member 323 may not be provided on the air guide member 30, the air guide member 30 may be detachably provided with the bubble blowing member 60.


It can be understood that in this embodiment, a liquid adding platform 33, several air guide plates 34, and a scraping plate 35 radially provided along a center of the air guide member 30. The liquid adding platform 33 is provided with a liquid inlet 331 and a liquid outlet 332 that are communicated, as well as a liquid storage tank 333 connected to the liquid outlet 332. The liquid inlet 331 is connected to an external liquid storage bottle through a conduit for controlling a transportation of foaming liquid from the external liquid storage bottle to the liquid outlet 332. The liquid outlet 332 is directly opposite to the bubble blowing member 60 and can be connected to any bubble blowing ring of the bubble blowing member 60 so that foaming liquid is applied to any bubble blowing ring of the bubble blowing member 60. The number of liquid outlets 332 is two, the two liquid outlets 332 are provided in deviation from a middle of the liquid adding platform 33 and distributed at intervals along a radius direction. The number of liquid storage tanks 333 is also two, one of which is connected to the liquid outlet 332, the other is separated from the liquid outlet 332. It should be noted that the connection position between the liquid outlet 332 and the liquid storage tank 333 of the liquid adding platform 33 can be set to cooperate with the rotation of the bubble blowing member 60 to evenly apply the foaming liquid to any blowing ring of the bubble blowing member 60. The scraping plate 35 is set relative to the liquid adding platform 33, and is directly arranged opposite to the bubble blowing member 60 and connects to any bubble blowing ring of the bubble blowing member 60, for further evenly applying the foaming liquid to any bubble blowing ring of the bubble blowing member 60. In other embodiments of the present disclosure, the air guide member 30 may not be provided with the scraping plate 35. The number of liquid outlets 332 on liquid adding platform 33 can also be one or more than three, and/or the number of liquid storage tanks 333 on the liquid adding platform 33 can also be one or more than three.


The impeller 40 is provided directly opposite the air guide member 30 for rotating to blow bubble. Air passes through the air guide plate 34 on the air guide member 30 and acts on the bubble blowing member 60 to blow out the foaming liquid on the bubble blowing member 60 and form bubbles.


The output teeth of the gear group 50 are engaged with the bubble blowing member 60, which is configured to rotate and drive the bubble blowing member 60 to rotate simultaneously. It should be noted that a conduit is connected to the gear group 50, which can be used in combination with the shell 10 to squeeze the conduit while rotating so as to pump the foaming liquid from the external liquid storage bottle to the liquid inlet 331. Due to the fact that the structure in which the gear group 50 and the shell 10 are matched with the conduit has already been disclosed in existing technology, it will not be repeated here.


The bubble blowing member 60 includes a gear ring 61 and a bubble blowing turntable 62. In this embodiment, the gear ring 61 is slidably provided on the air guide member 30 and adjacent to the limit stop 31. It can be understood that the ring gear 61 meshes with the output teeth of the gear group 50, a first ripple ring 611 is provided on an inner wall of the ring gear 61 in a circumferential direction. The first ripple ring 611 is detachably engaged and fixed with the bubble blowing turntable 62, so that the bubble blowing turntable 62 can rotate with the rotation of the ring gear 61. In other embodiments of the present disclosure, an inner wall of the gear ring 61 may not be provided with the first ripple ring 611. At this time, the inner wall of the gear ring 61 may be provided with a first insertion portion, such as a convex column or notch, which can be separated and fixed in combination with the bubble blowing turntable 62, so that the bubble blowing turntable 62 can also rotate with the gear ring 61. Alternatively, at least one pair of magnetic suction bodies with opposite magnetic attraction can be embedded on corresponding side walls of the gear ring 61 and the bubble blowing turntable 62, which can also achieve a detachable and fixed connection between the gear ring 61 and the bubble blowing turntable 62. Alternatively, the ring gear 61 and the bubble blowing turntable 62 can be detachably and fixedly connected using other ways.


In this embodiment, an outer wall of the bubble blowing turntable 62 is provided with a second ripple ring 621 in a circumferential direction. The second ripple ring 621 is detachably fastened and fixed with the first ripple ring 611, so that the bubble blowing turntable 62 can be detachably fixed in the gear ring 61. In other embodiments of the present disclosure, when the first insertion portion is provided on the gear ring 61, a second insertion portion is provided on an outer wall of the bubble blowing turntable 62 at a position corresponding to the first insertion portion, the second insertion portion and the first insertion portion can be detachably inserted and fixed. The detachable and fixed structure on the bubble blowing turntable 62 can also be adapted to the detachable and fixed structure in the ring gear 61.


It can be understood that a handle portion is provided on the bubble blowing turntable 62. In this embodiment, the handheld portion includes a handle 622 and a connection slot 623 arranged on a central axis of the bubble blowing turntable 62. The handle 622 is exposed on the bubble blowing turntable 62 and is located on one side of the bubble blowing turntable 62 opposite to the containment chamber 32, the connection slot 623 is located on one side of the bubble blowing turntable 62 opposite to the containment chamber 32. It should be noted that the handle 622 is designed for a player to grip and facilitate to move the bubble blowing turntable 62. The connection slot 623 is a double-layer groove structure, where an inner groove body of the connection slot 623 is fixedly provided with the second magnetic member 624, which is magnetically connected to the first magnetic member 323. An inner groove body of the connection slot 623 is detachably connected to the second chamber 322, an outer layer groove of the connection slot 623 is detachably connected to an outer wall of the second chamber 322. The setting of the connection slot 623 and the second magnetic member 624 can render the bubble blowing turntable 62 more fixedly connected to the air guide member 30, so that the bubble blowing turntable 62 cannot easily detach from the air guide member 30 to ensure a use effectiveness.


In other embodiments of the present disclosure, the handle 622 can also be placed at other positions perpendicular to the bubble blowing turntable 62. Similarly, the connection slot 623 can also be set at other positions of the blowing turntable 62 corresponding to the containment chamber 32. The connection slot 623 can also be set as a single-layer groove structure, and at this time, the connection slot can also be detachably connected to a chamber wall of the second chamber 322. When there is no containment chamber 32 provided on the air guide member 30, the handheld portion may not be provided with the connection slot 623, and the second magnetic member 624 may not be provided accordingly.


It can be understood that different bubble blowing turntables 62 can be provided with different numbers, concentric rings, and sizes of bubble blowing rings 625, which allows the player to replace and connect different bubble blowing turntables 62 to ring gear 61 according to needs, thereby enabling the bubble blowing device to blow bubbles with different sizes and densities.


It should be noted that a use process of the bubble blowing device provided in this embodiment is roughly as follows: the bubble blowing turntable 62 is placed in the gear ring 61, and at this time, the second ripple ring 621 is fastened and fixed with the first ripple ring 611, the second magnetic member 624 is magnetically connected to the first magnetic member 323. If the motor 20 is started to drive the impeller 40 and the gear group 50 to rotate simultaneously, the gear group 50 drives the gear ring 61 to drive the bubble blowing turntable 62 to rotate. At the same time, the gear group 50 cooperates with the shell 10 to suck a foaming liquid pump to the liquid adding platform 33. During the rotation of the bubble blowing turntable 62, the foaming liquid is evenly scraped onto the bubble blowing ring 625 to form a film, and then bubbles with specific size and density are produced. If it is necessary to change the size and density of the bubbles, the handle 622 is hold with hands and force is applied to remove one to-be-replaced bubble blowing turntable 62 from the ring gear 61. Then, another bubble blowing turntable 62 is placed in the ring gear 61. At this time, the other bubble blowing turntable 62 is re-fastened and fixed with the ring gear 61, and connected to the magnetic member of the air guide member 30. If the motor 20 is restarted, another type of bubbles with specific size and density can be blown out through a combination of the impeller 40 and the gear group 50.


For clarity, certain features described in individual embodiments of the present disclosure may be combined for use in a single embodiment. Moreover, the various features of the present disclosure described in a single embodiment can also be used individually or in any suitable form in sub-combinations.

Claims
  • 1. A bubble blowing device with a replaceable bubble blowing turntable, comprising a shell, a motor and an air guide member fixed in the shell, an impeller and a gear group driven by the motor to rotate, a bubble blowing member driven by the gear group to rotate; wherein the bubble blowing member comprises a gear ring and the bubble blowing turntable, the gear ring is engaged with the gear group, the bubble blowing turntable is detachably fixed in the gear ring, a handheld portion is further provided on the bubble blowing turntable; the handheld portion is exposed on the bubble blowing turntable and arranged in a direction perpendicular to a direction of the bubble blowing turntable.
  • 2. The bubble blowing device according to claim 1, wherein a containment chamber is provided on the air guide member, the containment chamber is fixedly provided with a first magnetic member; the handheld portion is fixedly provided with a second magnetic member at a position corresponding to the first magnetic member, the second magnetic member is magnetically connected to the first magnetic member.
  • 3. The bubble blowing device according to claim 2, wherein the handheld portion comprises a handle and a connection slot that are provided on a central axis of the bubble blowing turntable, the handle is exposed on the bubble blowing turntable and located at one side of the bubble blowing turntable opposite to the containment chamber; the connection slot is located at one side of the bubble blowing turntable facing to the containment chamber; the connection slot is fixedly provided with the second magnetic member, and the connection slot is detachably connected to a chamber wall of the containment chamber.
  • 4. The bubble blowing device according to claim 3, wherein the connection slot is a double-layer groove structure, an inner layer groove of the connection slot is fixedly provided with the second magnetic member that can be detachably connected to the containment chamber, an outer layer groove of the connection slot is detachably connected to an outer wall of the containment chamber.
  • 5. The bubble blowing device according to claim 4, wherein the containment chamber comprises a first chamber and a second chamber that are communicated, wherein the first chamber is fixedly provided with the first magnetic member, the second magnetic member is fixed in an inner groove body of the connection slot and the second magnetic member detachably accommodates in the second chamber along with the inner groove body, an outer wall of the second chamber is detachably accommodated in the outer groove body of the connection slot.
  • 6. The bubble blowing device according to claim 1, wherein a first ripple ring is provided on an inner wall of the gear ring in a circumferential direction, a second ripple ring is provided on an outer wall of the bubble blowing turntable in a circumferential direction; the second ripple ring and the first ripple ring can be detachably buckled and fixed.
  • 7. The bubble blowing device according to claim 1, wherein an inner wall of the gear ring is provided with a first insertion portion, an outer wall of the bubble blowing turntable is provided with a second insertion portion at a position corresponding to the first insertion portion; the second insertion portion and the first insertion portion are detachably inserted and fixed.
  • 8. The bubble blowing device according to claim 1, wherein at least one pair of magnetic suction bodies with opposite magnetic attraction are embedded on corresponding side walls of the gear ring and the bubble blowing turntable.
  • 9. The bubble blowing device according to claim 1, wherein a liquid adding platform and several air guide plates are radially provided along a center of the air guide member; the liquid adding platform is provided with a liquid inlet and liquid outlet that are communicated, the liquid inlet is connected to an external liquid storage bottle through a conduit; the liquid outlet is arranged directly opposite to the bubble blowing turntable and can be connected to any bubble blowing ring of the bubble blowing turntable.
  • 10. The bubble blowing device according to claim 9, wherein there are two liquid outlets in the liquid adding platform, the two liquid outlets are arranged deviate from a middle of the liquid adding platform and are spaced along a radial direction; several liquid storage tanks are provided on the liquid adding platform, and at least one of the liquid storage tanks is connected to the liquid outlet.
