BACKGROUND
Field of the Invention

The invention relates to a flavored hookah tobacco package having an improved closure and more particularly to a closure which is sealed clear cans with aluminum lids and plastic screw cover.

Description of the Related Art

Various types of containers for dispensing solid objects, particularly solid products intended for human consumption, are known in the art. Such containers are often characterized by a hand-held size that can be easily stored and transported. Exemplary consumable products that are often packaged in such containers include a wide variety of consumer products, including “smokeless” tobacco-related products.

A desirable feature for certain containers configured to store a product is the protection of the product from environmental effects, particularly those effects that may degrade the product stored in the container. For example, in humid environments, moisture may invade the storage space housing the product, thereby damaging the product or otherwise rendering the product unusable. Conversely, moisture may escape the product and exit the storage space, rendering the product overly dry. It would thus be desirable to provide an improved packaging for smokeless tobacco products and the like, wherein the packaging provides various advantageous features, such as protection from environmental effects.

Snus products have been packaged in tins, “pucks” or “pots” that are manufactured from metal or plastic such as those disclosed in U.S. Pat. No. 4,098,421 to Foster and. U.S. Pat. No. 4,190,170 to Boyd, and U.S. Patent Application Pub. Nos, 2010/0065076 to Bergstrom et al.; and 2010/0065077 to Lofgreen-Ohrn et al.; each of which is incorporated by reference herein. Silicone lids US20060169693A1 are also well known in the prior art.

However, to Applicant's knowledge, none of these prior art methods have been found to be completely suitable to meet these needs and are cumbersome. Thus, there is a need in the prior art which ensures an improved packaging for hookah tobacco products and the like, wherein the packaging provides various advantageous features, such as protection from environmental effects. The present invention provides such a method and the overall combination of these features is nowhere disclosed in the prior art cited above which appears to be representative of the general art in this area although it is not intended to be an all-inclusive listing of pertinent prior art patents.

SUMMARY

In light of the disadvantages of the prior art, the following summary is provided to facilitate an understanding of some of the innovative features unique to the present invention and is not intended to be a full description. A full appreciation of the various aspects of the invention can be gained by taking the entire specification, claims, drawings, and abstract as a whole.

The present invention is an improved sealed clear cans with aluminum lids, and plastic screw cover to store hookah flavored tobacco.

The invention aims at providing a plastic sealing screw cap on top of the can. By using nitrogen N2 it Reduces the oxidation level and also increase the lifespan of the flavored hookah tobacco.
