Abstract

The application discloses a building block. comprising three shapes of cuboid hollowed-out building blocks, connectors and hinges, built by means of connectors and hinges. The application of a building block combination has a simple structure, a fast assembling speed, a diverse gameplay, and may effectively improve the amusement and interest in use.

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

The application claims priority to Chinese patent application No. 2023206954484, filed on Apr. 3, 2023, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The application relates to a patchwork toy or a building toy and in particular to a building block. There are three types of building block shapes: cuboid hollowed-out building blocks, connectors, hinges.

BACKGROUND

Building block toy, as an educational and creative toy, is the best early education toy to cultivate and exercise children's intelligence, which provides more opportunities to give play to children's imagination and creativity. Children need to think about what they are going to make before they build blocks, and to observe and consider which blocks to choose to embody the image they are trying to conceive. Therefore, it provides a good exercise for children's imagination, structural thinking, modeling ability. With the evolution of the times and the progress of science and technology, the building blocks are constantly changing. The traditional wooden building blocks are played simply by stacking, which makes the building blocks simple to play and reduces the playability.

SUMMARY

The technical problem to be solved by the application is to provide a hollowed-out main body building block, which is built by means of connectors and hinges, and it is a building block combination that has a simple structure, a fast assembling speed, a diverse gameplay, and may effectively improve the amusement and interest in use. In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the application of a building block is characterized in that the building block comprises cuboid hollowed-out building blocks, connectors and hinges.

Further, the cuboid hollowed-out building blocks may be connected and built by means of connectors and hinges.

Compared with the prior art, the application has the following advantages:

Since the main body of the application is a cuboid hollowed-out building block, which may be freely stacked, and at the same time may be connected to each other and built by means of connectors and hinges, the buildable shape of the building block is greatly increased, and the building block is quickly built, which improves the interest and gameplay diversity:

Embodiment 1: please refer to FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, which are respectively a three-dimensional structural schematic diagram, a size logic diagram and an exploded diagram of the building block in embodiment 1 of the application:

The application provides a building block: the length, width and height of the cuboid hollowed-out building blocks are logically matched in size, 3H=D and 5D=L, the hollowed-out holes thereon are logically matched in size with the connectors and the connecting columns on the hinge, and the rotating shaft columns on the hinge and the rotating shaft holes are logically matched in size.

Embodiment 2: please refer to FIGS. 3, 4 and 5, which are structural schematic diagrams after a plurality of cuboid hollowed-out building blocks, connectors and hinges are combined. 011 hollowed-out holes on the cuboid hollowed-out building blocks connect the cuboid hollowed-out building blocks to each other via 021 connecting columns at two ends of the connector: 032 hinge male part and 033 hinge female part are combined together via 034 rotating shaft column and 035 rotating shaft hole thereon, and 011 hollowed-out holes on the cuboid hollowed-out building blocks connect the cuboid hollowed-out building blocks to each other via 031 connecting columns at the two ends of the hinge, so that the cuboid hollowed-out building blocks may be rotated at different angles, thereby realizing that the shape extends to an infinite space, which greatly increases the playability and creativity of the building blocks.

Finally, it should be noted that: the above-mentioned embodiments are merely illustrative of the technical solution of the application, rather than limiting same; although the application has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, those skilled in the art will understand that: the technical solutions disclosed in the above-mentioned embodiments can still be amended, or some or all of the technical features thereof can be replaced by equivalents; however, these amendments or substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the various embodiments of the application.

Claims

1. A building block, comprising cuboid hollowed-out building blocks, connectors and hinges, the hinges being connected via a rotating shaft on male and female parts for free rotation at different angles, the cuboid hollowed-out building blocks being stacked and built mutually, or being freely built and combined via hollowed-out holes on the building blocks with the connectors and the hinges.

2. The building block according to claim 1, wherein the length, width and height of the cuboid hollowed-out building blocks are logically matched in size, 3H=D and 5D=L, the hollowed-out holes thereon are logically matched in size with the connectors and the connecting columns on the hinges.

3. The building block according to claim 1, wherein upper and lower connecting columns on the connectors and hollowed-out holes on the cuboid hollowed-out building blocks are logically matched in size.

4. The building block according to claim 1, wherein rotating shaft columns on the male and female parts of the hinges and rotating shaft holes are logically matched in size for free rotation at different angles after assembly, and the connecting columns thereon are logically matched in size with the hollowed-out holes on the cuboid hollowed-out building blocks.
