1. Field of the invention
The invention relates to a bullet-thrusting structure of the toy gun magazine, and more particularly, to a bullet-thrusting structure of the toy gun magazine that is capable of making smooth bullet loading and ensuring all the bullets be sent to the ready-percussion position.
2. Description of the Prior Art
The toy gun magazine structure of the prior art making use of compressed air to percuss plastic bullet mainly includes a rectangular-shaped channel way capable of containing plastic bullets having a thrusting spring furnished at the bottom thereof and a bullet-thrusting head furnished at the action end of the thrusting spring contacts the plastic bullets. The toy gun of the prior art, by making use of the bullet-thrusting head thrust by the spring, is capable of squeezing the plastic bullets to slide along the rectangular-shaped channel way and sequentially entering the ready-percussion position. On a basic consideration, the general bullet-thrusting head is an integrally formed structure.
In practical application, the combined and connected parts of the configuration of the magazine and gun body vary in accordance with the variation of their models and structures, Consequently, it is quite possible that the plastic bullets pass through curve way in various directions when the bullets enter the ready-percussion position. However, since the above-mentioned integrally formed structure of the bullet-thrusting head is unable to be bent or twisted, one who designs the magazine needs to pay attention to avoid the excessive curve-shaped structure which may result in the obstruction or friction of the bullet-thrusting head in order to maintain the smoothness of the bullet-thrusting action. In this way, the design of the magazine is limited to straight-line type structure with relatively smaller angle of bent structure. This is the shortcoming of the conventional magazine design.
In light of the shortcoming of the toy gun magazine design of the prior art, the invention provides an improved magazine design to have flexible bullet-thrusting design in order to smoothly thrusting all the bullets without making the blocking of bullets in the magazine.
The primary objective of the invention is to provide a bullet-thrusting structure of the toy gun magazine having a bullet-thrusting element package designed with various curve and bent channel ways to ensure thrusting the last bullet into ready-percussion position in order to avoid any bullet remain in the magazine.
The other objective of the invention is to provide a bullet-thrusting structure of the toy gun magazine having its bullet-thrusting element package capable of adapting to various magazine shapes and related structural combinations to be widely adapted to its application range and to have relatively better economical efficacy, to maintain smooth bullet entering action, and to improve service quality for the user.
To achieve the above-mentioned objective, the invention provides a bullet-thrusting structure of the toy gun magazine having a magazine guided channel furnished in the gun body. The magazine guided channel has a outward communicating opening furnished at one end and a bullet chamber connected at the other end for containing the ready-percussion bullets. A magazine having a long-shaped bullet containing space for containing bullets and capable of being stretched in through the opening has a bullet exit, which is connected to the bullet containing space, furnished at one end and a thrusting spring furnished at the other end. A bullet-thrusting element package is consisted of a combining element which is propped against the thrusting spring, a connecting piece, and a bullet-thrusting head having an arcuate part for squeezing the bullets contained in the bullet containing space in the direction toward the bullet exit. By use of the flexible pivotally connected mechanism and in accommodating with the arcuate part design, the invention is capable of effectively overcoming the variation of various magazine shapes and related gun body structures to smoothly thrust against all the bullets into the bullet chamber.
In accordance with the above-mentioned structure, the connecting piece has a first pivotally connected bearing and a second pivotally connected bearing oppositely disposed, and the combining element and the bullet-thrusting head has a first pivotally connected shaft and a second pivotally connected shaft respectively for stretching into the first pivotally connected bearing and the second pivotally connected bearing respectively making the combining element, connecting piece, and the bullet-thrusting head combine into a pivotally connected structure of the bullet-thrusting element package.
In accordance with the above-mentioned structure, the connecting piece has a first lug and a second lug, and the combining element and the bullet-thrusting head has a first containing slot and a second containing slot respectively for containing the first lug and the second lug respectively to form a pivotally connected structure of the bullet-thrusting element package capable of avoiding the coming-off of the elements in the bullet-thrusting element package.
In accordance with the above-mentioned structure, the bullet-thrusting head has at least a side recess part on the side thereof.
In accordance with the above-mentioned structure, the combining element has a lower salient part for thrusting against the thrusting spring contained in the lower end of the bullet containing space.
In accordance with the above-mentioned structure, the magazine has a stopper part furnished at the lower end opening thereof for covering the opening.
In accordance with the above-mentioned structure, at least a transversally-extended salient part is furnished in the mid-section of the magazine and correspondingly, a stub tube is furnished at the mid-section of the bullet-case guided channel with a reciprocally-sliding catch pin furnished therein, where the catch pin has a side flange furnished at a partial side thereof capable of stopping the catch pin at the salient part of the magazine during the partial process of the reciprocally-sliding motion.
In accordance with the above-mentioned structure, an axially extended salient post is furnished in the stub tube and a corresponding axially-extended recess part is furnished in the catch pin; attached also a restoring spring which is placed between the salient post and the recess part making the catch pin maintain restoring resiliency subjected to an externally exerting force.
In accordance with the above-mentioned structure, the gun body is assembled by covering a pair of half shell parts to form a barrel, a handle, and a trigger, and the barrel has a dynamic percussion element package furnished thereof with a bullet chamber formed between the barrel and the dynamic percussion element package.
In accordance with the above-mentioned structure, the magazine guided channel is furnished in the handle of the gun body.
The accomplishment of this and other objectives of the invention will become apparent from the following description and its accompanying drawings of which:
The magazine (3) being combined by two oppositely disposed half-case bodies (30), (300) and having a long-shaped bullet containing space (31) for containing bullets (A) is stretched into the magazine guided channel (15) through the opening (151) of the gun body (1). The bullet containing space (31) has a bullet exit (311), which is communicative to the bullet chamber (152), furnished at one end thereof and has a stopper part (34), which is capable of blocking the exterior side of the opening (151) of gun body (1), furnished at other end thereof with a thrusting spring (33) provided at this end too. in addition, the magazine (3) has at least a salient part (32) protruded transversely at the mid-section thereof where the salient part (32) has a first cant (321) adversely disposed from the first cants (421) of the side flange (42).
The bullet-thrusting element package (2) consists of a combining element (21), a connecting piece (22), and a bullet-thrusting head (23). The connecting piece (22) has a first lug (223) and a second lug (224) that are oppositely disposed and corresponded each other with a first pivotally connected bearing (221) and a second pivotally connected bearing (222) respectively. The combining element (21) has a lower salient part (211) for propping against the thrusting spring (33), a first pivotally connected shaft (212) for stretching through the first pivotally connected bearing (221), and a first containing slot (213) for containing the fitted-there-in first lug (223) so as to form a coming-off-preventing pivotally connected assembly. The bullet-thrusting head (23) has a second pivotally connected shaft (231) furnished at one end thereof for stretching through the second pivotally connected bearing (222) of the second lug (224), an arcuate part (232) furnished at the other end thereof for propping against the bullets (A) in the bullet containing space (31) so as to consistently maintain the bullets (A) in thrusting toward the bullet exit (311), a side recess parts (233) on both sides in the mid-section thereof depending on what is necessary, as well as a second containing slot (234) for containing the fitted-there-in second lug (224) so as to form a coming-off-preventing pivotally connected assembly.
It is understood from the above-mentioned description that the bullet-thrusting structure of the toy gun magazine of the invention is capable of substantially improving the smoothness of bullet thrusting action to completely percuss all the bullets in the bullet containing space (31) of the magazine (3), thereby ensuring the efficacy of percussing the bullets.
