Abstract
A burner (100) and a gas water heater with the same are provided. The burner (100) includes a fire line (10), the fire line (10) defines a mixing chamber (101) therein and has an inlet (102), a main outlet, and an assistant outlet. The fire line (10) includes a first sheet (11); a second sheet (12), the second sheet (12) is opposite the first sheet (11) and defines the mixing chamber (101); and a partition plate (13) provided between the first sheet (11) and the second sheet (12), the partition plate (13) is provided with the main outlet, and the partition plate (13) and at least one of the first sheet (11) and the second sheet (12) define the assistant outlet.
Description
FIELD

The present disclosure relates to a field of water heaters, and particularly, to a burner and a gas water heater with the same.


BACKGROUND

A burner is an important part of a gas water heater. In the related art, fire holes in a horizontal injector fire line usually have a slotted structure with four elongated holes in one group and the holes arranged orderly and uniformly. There is also some resistance to gas flow with regard to structural and dimensional design of a channel of the burner. The above structures cause problems, such as low thermal load, poor homogeneity of flame, etc., which need modification.


SUMMARY

The present disclosure is proposed based on discovery and study on the facts and issues as follows.


Fire holes of a burner in the related art have a structure with groups of elongated holes arranged orderly and uniformly, and the groups of elongated holes are arranged at a U-shaped sheet of the burner. The gas in a mixing chamber encounters a certain resistance when flowing through a hole part adjacent to a side portion of each of the elongated holes, which results in low thermal load and poor homogeneity of flame in the burner.


The present disclosure aims to solve at least one of the problems existing in the related art. To this end, the present disclosure proposes a burner which has a simple structure and good performance.


The present disclosure further proposes a gas water heater with the same with the above burner.


The burner according to embodiments of a first aspect of the present disclosure includes a fire line defining a mixing chamber therein, and having an inlet, a main outlet, and an assistant outlet in communication with the mixing chamber. The fire line includes: a first sheet; a second sheet opposite the first sheet and defining the mixing chamber; and a partition plate provided between the first sheet and the second sheet and having two sides connected to the first sheet and the second sheet, the main outlet being form at the partition plate, and the partition plate and at least one of the first sheet and the second sheet define the assistant outlet.


In the burner according to embodiments of the present disclosure, by defining the assistant outlet at a side of the main outlet by means of the partition plate and at least one of the first sheet and the second sheet, the area of outlet can be increased. The assistant outlet is in direct communication with the mixing chamber, not only the thermal load can be raised, but also improvement in the quality and usage index of the gas water heater is benefited, which satisfies operating requirements of the complete machine. Therefore, the burner has a large area of the outlet and a simple structure, and is convenient to manufacture and good in adaptation.


According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the assistant outlet includes a first assistant outlet and a second assistant outlet, a first side of the partition plate and the first sheet define the first assistant outlet, and a second side of the partition plate and the second sheet define the second assistant outlet.


Optionally, the first sheet is provided with a first profiled portion, the first profiled portion is sunk towards a direction away from the partition plate, and the first profiled portion and the first side of the partition plate define a first assistant gas-flow passage in communication with the mixing chamber and the first assistant outlet. The second sheet is provided with a second profiled portion, the second profiled portion is sunk towards a direction away from the partition plate and opposite the first profiled portion, and the second profiled portion and the second side of the partition plate define a second assistant gas-flow passage in communication with the mixing chamber and the second assistant outlet.


Furthermore, a plurality of first profiled portions and a plurality of second profiled portions are provided, and the plurality of first profiled portions and the plurality of second profiled portions are spaced apart along a length direction of the partition plate. A plurality of first assistant outlets are provided, positions of the plurality of first assistant outlets correspond to positions of the plurality of first profiled portions one to one, a plurality of second assistant outlets are provided, positions of the plurality of second assistant outlets correspond to positions of the plurality of second profiled portions one to one, each of the first assistant outlets and second assistant outlets is an elongated hole extending along the length direction of the partition plate.


Optionally, upper ends of the first profiled portion and the second profiled portion are beyond the partition plate, extend upwards in a height direction of the partition plate, and extend obliquely in a direction away from the partition plate.


According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the main outlet includes: a plurality of first main outlets provided at a middle portion of the partition plate and spaced apart in a length direction of the partition plate; and a plurality of second main outlets in two rows and arranged at the two sides of the partition plate, the plurality of the second main outlets in each of the rows being spaced apart along the length direction of the partition plate.


Optionally, each of the first main outlets and the second main outlets is an elongated hole extending along a width direction of the partition plate, and a length of each of the second main outlets is less than a length of each of the first main outlets.


Optionally, the plurality of first main outlets and the plurality of second main outlets are arranged in groups, and the groups are offset along the length direction of the partition plate.


Optionally, the main outlet is arranged in a plurality of groups along the length direction of the partition plate, and each of the groups includes at least one first main outlet and at least one second main outlet.


Furthermore, a distance between two adjacent groups of the main outlet is greater than or equal to a distance between two adjacent assistant outlets in the length direction of the partition plate, and each of the groups of main outlet includes 3 to 8 main outlets.


Optionally, two ends of opposite sides of the first sheet and the second sheet are provided with end plates extending along the width direction of the partition plate respectively, and a position of each of the end plates corresponds to a position of a group of main outlet located at an outermost of the partition plate.


The gas water heater according to embodiments of the present disclosure is stable in combustion flame, high in thermal load, and good in performance, by adopting the burner with the main outlet and the assistant outlet(s) defined by the partition plate and the first sheet as well as/or the second sheet.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail, and examples of the embodiments are depicted in the drawings. The same or similar elements and the elements having same or similar functions are denoted by like reference numerals throughout the descriptions. The embodiments described herein with reference to drawings are explanatory and only used to illustrate the present disclosure. The embodiments shall not be construed to limit the present disclosure.


In the specification, it is to be understood that terms such as “central,” “longitudinal,” “lateral,” “length,” “width,” “thickness,” “upper,” “lower,” “front,” “rear,” “left,” “right,” “vertical,” “horizontal,” “inner,” “outer,” and “axial” should be construed to refer to the orientation as then described or as shown in the drawings under discussion. A gas water heater according to embodiments of the present disclosure (not shown) is described below referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 5.


As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 5, the gas water heater according to embodiments of the present disclosure includes a burner 100. The burner 100 includes a plurality of fire lines 10 arranged side by side, and the number of the fire lines 10 can be set according to actual needs.


Each of the fire lines 10 defines a mixing chamber 101 therein, and the fire line 10 has an inlet 102, a main outlet, and an assistant outlet which are in communication with the mixing chamber 101.


The fire line 10 includes a first sheet 11, a second sheet 12, and a partition plate 13, the second sheet 12 is opposite the first sheet 11, and the second sheet 12 and the first sheet 11 define the mixing chamber 101. The partition plate 13 is provided between the first sheet 11 and the second sheet 12 and located above the mixing chamber 101. The partition plate 13 has a front side and a rear side which are connected to opposite sides of the first sheet 11 and the second sheet 12 respectively. The partition plate 13 has the main outlet, the partition plate 13 and at least one of the first sheet 11 and the second sheet 12 define the assistant outlet. For example, the partition plate 13 and one of the first sheet 11 and the second sheet 12 define the assistant outlet, or each of two sides of the partition plate 13 and the corresponding first sheet 11 or second sheet 12 define the assistant outlet, at this time, assistant outlets are provided at both sides of the main outlet.


In the burner 100 according to embodiments of the present disclosure, by defining the assistant outlet at a side of the main outlet by means of the partition plate 13 and at least one of the first sheet 11 and the second sheet 12, the area of outlet can be increased. The assistant outlet is in direct communication with the mixing chamber 101, not only the thermal load can be raised, but also improvement in the quality and usage index of the gas water heater is benefited, which satisfies operating requirements of the complete machine. Therefore, the burner 100 has a large area of the outlet and a simple structure, and is convenient to manufacture and good in adaptation.


The gas water heater according to embodiments of the present disclosure is stable in combustion flame, high in thermal load, and good in performance, by adopting the burner 100 with the main outlet and the assistant outlet(s) defined by the partition plate 13 and the first sheet 11 as well as/or the second sheet 12.


Some specific embodiments of the burner 100 according to embodiments of the present disclosure are described below referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 5.


As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the first sheet 11 and the second sheet 12 are arranged in a front-rear direction. The assistant outlet includes a first assistant outlet 113 and a second assistant outlet 123, a side of the partition plate 13 (such as a front side shown in FIG. 3) and the first sheet 11 defines a first assistant outlet 113, another side of the partition plate 13 (such as a rear side shown in FIG. 3) and the second sheet 12 defines a second assistant outlet 123. Therefore, the assistant outlets are added at both sides of the main outlet respectively, further increasing the area of the outlet and raising the thermal load.


Optionally, a first profiled portion 111 which is sunk towards the outer is formed on the first sheet 11, the first profiled portion 111 and the front side of the partition plate 13 define a first assistant gas-flow passage 112 in communication with the mixing chamber 101 and the first assistant outlet 113, and the first assistant gas-flow passage 112 extends in a vertical direction.


Similarly, a second profiled portion 121 which is sunk towards the outer and opposite the first profiled portion 111 is formed on the second sheet 12, the second profiled portion 121 and the rear side of the partition plate 13 define a second assistant gas-flow passage 122 in communication with the mixing chamber 101 and the second assistant outlet 123, and the second assistant gas-flow passage 122 extends in the vertical direction. The term “outer” herein refers to a direction opposite the partition plate 13 as shown in FIG. 3, i.e. a direction away from a central line of the partition plate 13, and the term “vertical direction” refers to an upper-down direction as shown in FIG. 3.


With the first profiled portion 111 on the first sheet 11 sunk towards the outer and the second profiled portion 121 on the second sheet 12 sunk towards the outer, on the premise of a constant size of the partition plate 13, the area of the outlet is raised, thereby raising the thermal load of the burner 100, and each of the first sheet 11 and the second sheet 12 defines the assistant outlet with the partition plate 13, a corresponding gas-flow passage is in direct communication with the mixing chamber 101, gas can stably flow from the mixing chamber 101 to the first assistant gas-flow passage 112 and the second assistant gas-flow passage 122, thereby reducing resistance to gas flow, and further benefiting improvement in the quality and usage index of the gas water heater. In addition, the first sheet 11 and the second sheet 12 can be manufactured by a simple and reliable stamping process at a low manufacturing cost.


Furthermore, upper ends the first profiled portion 111 and the second profiled portion 121 are beyond the partition plate 13, extend upwards in a height direction (an up-down direction as shown in FIG. 3) of the partition plate 13, and extend obliquely in a direction away from the partition plate 13. Therefore, the flame can be stable.


In some specific examples, as shown in FIG. 3, the partition plate 13 includes a U-shaped plate segment 133, a first vertical plate segment 131 connected to a first side of the U-shaped plate segment 133, and a second vertical plate segment 132 connected to the U-shaped plate segment 133. The U-shaped plate segment 133 is provided between the first sheet 11 and the second sheet 12 and connected to the first sheet 11 and the second sheet 12.


A front side of U-shaped plate segment 133 and the first sheet 11 define the first assistant outlet 113, the first vertical plate segment 131 and the first sheet 11 define the first assistant gas-flow passage 112. A rear side of the U-shaped plate segment 133 and the second sheet 12 define the second assistant outlet 123, the second vertical plate segment 132 and the second sheet 12 define the second assistant gas-flow passage 122. The second vertical plate segment 132, the first vertical plate segment 131, and the U-shaped plate segment 133 define a main gas-flow passage 134 in communication with the main outlet, the assistant outlet, and the mixing chamber 101.


In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, a plurality of first profiled portions 111 are provided, and the plurality of first profiled portions 111 are spaced apart in a length direction of the first sheet 11. A plurality of first assistant outlets 113 are provided, and positions of the plurality of first assistant outlets 113 correspond to positions of the plurality of first profiled portions 111. A plurality of second profiled portions 121 are provided, and the plurality of second profiled portions 121 are spaced apart in a length direction of the second sheet 12. A plurality of second assistant outlets 123 are provided, and positions of the plurality of second assistant outlets 123 correspond to positions of the plurality of second profiled portions 121. Each of the first assistant outlets 113 and the second assistant outlets 123 is an elongated hole extending along a length direction of the partition plate 13.


That is to say, a front side of the partition plate 13 is provided with a plurality of first assistant outlets 113 spaced apart in a left-right direction, and a rear side of the partition plate 13 is provided with a plurality of second assistant outlets 123 spaced apart in a left-right direction, and positions of the plurality of first assistant outlets 113 correspond to positions of the plurality of second assistant outlets 123. In some specific examples, the plurality of first assistant outlets 113 and the plurality of second assistant outlets 123 are uniformly distributed in a length direction of the partition plate 13, thereby ensuring the performance of the burner 100.


According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, the main outlet includes a plurality of first main outlets 1351 and a plurality of second main outlets 1352, the plurality of first main outlets 1351 are provided at a middle portion of the partition plate 13, and the plurality of second main outlets 1352 are arranged in two rows and adjacent to two sides of the partition plate 13. The plurality of the first main outlets 1351 are spaced apart in the length direction of the partition plate 13. The plurality of the second main outlets 1352 in each row are spaced apart in the length direction of the partition plate 13.


Specifically, each of the first main outlets 1351 and the second main outlets 1352 is an elongated hole extending along a width direction of the partition plate 13, and a length of each of the second main outlets 1352 is less than a length of each of the first main outlets 1351. The term “width direction” herein refers to a front-rear direction of the partition plate 13 as shown in FIG. 4, and the term “length direction” refers to a left-right direction of the partition plate 13 as shown in FIG. 4.


Optionally, the plurality of first main outlets 1351 and the plurality of second main outlets 1352 are arranged in groups which are offset with respect to each other along the length direction of the partition plate 13. By designing the main outlet to have the first main outlets 1351 and the second main outlets 1352 which are different in length, and optimizing arrangement of the main outlet of the burner 100, the flame of the burner 100 can be stable, and the whole performance of the burner 100 can be improved.


In other optional examples, the main outlet are arranged in a plurality of groups along the length direction of the partition plate 13, and each of the groups includes at least one first main outlet 1351 and at least one second main outlet 1352.


In order to improve the adaptation of the fire line 10, in a further example of the present disclosure, a distance L1 between adjacent two groups of main outlet is greater than or equal to a distance L2 between adjacent two assistant outlets in the length direction of the partition plate 13. There are 3 to 8 main outlets in each group, and two sides of each group of main outlet are provided with the first assistant outlet 113 and the second assistant outlet 123.


Referring to FIG. 5, each group includes two first main outlets 1351 and four second main outlets 1352. The two first main outlets 1351 are spaced apart in the length direction of the partition plate 13, and a central line of each of the first main outlets 1351 is coincides with a central line of the partition plate 13. Two second main outlets 1352 which are spaced along the width direction are provided at a left side of the first main outlet 1351, and two second main outlets 1352 which are spaced along the width direction are provided at a right side of the first main outlet 1351, central lines of the two second main outlets 1352 are located at a front side and a rear side of a central line of the first main outlet 1351.


In a further example of the present disclosure, as shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, two ends (a left end and a right end at outer sides of the first sheet 11 and the second sheet 12 as shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5) of the first sheet 11 and the second sheet 12 at opposite sides are provided with an end plate 114 and an end plate 124 respectively, the end plate 114 and the end plate 124 extend in the width direction of the partition plate 13, and a position of each of the end plate 114 and the end plate 124 corresponds to a position of a group of main outlet located at the outermost of the partition plate 13. Two sides of the remaining each group of main outlet are provided with the assistant outlets respectively. The end plate 114 and the end plate 124 can be used for stabilizing the flame and transmitting fire, which makes it convenient to transmit the flame between two adjacent the fire lines 10.


In the example shown in FIG. 1, six fire lines 10 are provided, and the six fire lines 10 are arranged side by side in the front-rear direction, and each of the fire lines 10 extends in the left-right direction. Two ends of two adjacent fire lines 10 are connected to each other through respective end plate 114 (124), thereby ensuring that the burner has stable flame, and it is convenient to transmit the flame between two adjacent the fire lines 10.


In the burner 100 according to embodiments of the present disclosure, the U-shaped plate segment 133 at the middle portion and the first sheet 11 as well as the second sheet 12 define the assistant outlets, and positions of the assistant outlets correspond to the position of each group of main outlet at the U-shaped plate segment 133, such that a total area of the outlet is increased, and the resistance to mixed gas flow is reduced, and the thermal load is raised, the performance and the adaptation of the burner 100 are improved.


Other configurations and operations for the burner 100 according to embodiments of the present disclosure are knows to the skilled person in the art, which will not be described in detail herein.

Although explanatory embodiments have been shown and described, it would be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the above embodiments cannot be construed to limit the present disclosure, and changes, alternatives, and modifications can be made in the embodiments without departing from spirit, principles and scope of the present disclosure.

Claims
  • 1. A burner, comprising: a fire line defining a mixing chamber therein, having an inlet, a main outlet, and an assistant outlet in communication with the mixing chamber, and comprising:a first sheet;a second sheet opposite the first sheet and defining the mixing chamber; anda partition plate provided between the first sheet and the second sheet and having two sides connected to the first sheet and the second sheet, the main outlet being form at the partition plate, and the partition plate and at least one of the first sheet and the second sheet define the assistant outlet.
  • 2. The burner according to claim 1, wherein the assistant outlet comprises a first assistant outlet and a second assistant outlet, a first side of the partition plate and the first sheet define the first assistant outlet, and a second side of the partition plate and the second sheet define the second assistant outlet.
  • 3. The burner according to claim 2, wherein the first sheet is provided with a first profiled portion, the first profiled portion is sunk towards a direction away from the partition plate, and the first profiled portion and the first side of the partition plate define a first assistant gas-flow passage in communication with the mixing chamber and the first assistant outlet, the second sheet is provided with a second profiled portion, the second profiled portion is sunk towards a direction away from the partition plate and opposite the first profiled portion, and the second profiled portion and the second side of the partition plate define a second assistant gas-flow passage in communication with the mixing chamber and the second assistant outlet.
  • 4. The burner according to claim 3, wherein a plurality of first profiled portions and a plurality of second profiled portions are provided, and the plurality of first profiled portions and the plurality of second profiled portions are spaced apart along a length direction of the partition plate, a plurality of first assistant outlets are provided, positions of the plurality of first assistant outlets correspond to positions of the plurality of first profiled portions one to one, a plurality of second assistant outlets are provided, positions of the plurality of second assistant outlets correspond to positions of the plurality of second profiled portions one to one, each of the first assistant outlets and second assistant outlets is an elongated hole extending along the length direction of the partition plate.
  • 5. The burner according to claim 3, wherein upper ends of the first profiled portion and the second profiled portion are beyond the partition plate, extend upwards in a height direction of the partition plate, and extend obliquely in a direction away from the partition plate.
  • 6. The burner according to claim 3, wherein the main outlet comprises: a plurality of first main outlets provided at a middle portion of the partition plate and spaced apart in a length direction of the partition plate; anda plurality of second main outlets in two rows and arranged at the two sides of the partition plate, the plurality of the second main outlets in each of the rows being spaced apart along the length direction of the partition plate.
  • 7. The burner according to claim 6, wherein each of the first main outlets and the second main outlets is an elongated hole extending along a width direction of the partition plate, and a length of each of the second main outlets is less than a length of each of the first main outlets.
  • 8. The burner according to claim 6, wherein the plurality of first main outlet and the plurality of second main outlets are arranged in groups, and the groups are offset along the length direction of the partition plate.
  • 9. The burner according to claim 6, wherein the main outlet is arranged in a plurality of groups along the length direction of the partition plate, and each of the groups comprises at least one first main outlet and at least one second main outlet.
  • 10. The burner according to claim 9, wherein a distance between two adjacent groups of the main outlet is greater than or equal to a distance between two adjacent assistant outlets in the length direction of the partition plate, and each of the groups of main outlet comprises 3 to 8 main outlets.
  • 11. The burner according to claim 9, wherein two ends of opposite sides of the first sheet and the second sheet are provided with end plates extending along the width direction of the partition plate respectively, and a position of each of the end plates corresponds to a position of a group of main outlet located at an outermost of the partition plate.
  • 12. A gas water heater comprising the burner according to claim 1.
