Claims
- 1. A copolymer having three repeating units of the formula: ##STR16## wherein each R is independently selected from hydrogen, chlorine, and lower alkyl groups of 1-4 carbons such that the sum of the carbon atoms in each repeating unit Z is up to about 12, and each R.sup.1 is independently selected from alkyl and aryl radicals having up to about ten carbons or when taken together are a divalent organic radical having up to about 20 carbon atoms, each radical indicated by R.sup.2 is hydrogen or an alkyl group having one to four carbon atoms such that the total number of carbon atoms in each unit having an R.sup.2 group is up to about 8, (w+x) is equal to 1.+-.0.2, and z is equal to 1.
- 2. A copolymer according to claim 1 wherein each R is hydrogen, chlorine, cyano, or methyl.
- 3. A copolymer according to claim 2 having a number average molecular weight of from about 500 to about 20,000.
- 4. A copolymer according to claim 3, wherein w and x each have a value of from about 0.05 to about 0.95.
