Claims
- 1. A camera shake indication device for a camera, comprising:
- camera shake detection means for detecting a camera shake amount of the camera based on an output from a camera shake detection sensor, and generating a shake signal corresponding to the detected camera shake amount;
- information signal generation means for generating an information signal corresponding to a value associated with photographing information of the camera;
- conversion means for calculating, based on the value associated with the photographing information, a limit photographing condition under which image quality of a photographed picture is not substantially deteriorated by a camera shake during a photographing operation, and converting the calculated photographing condition into a limit value associated with the photographing information; and
- indication means for indicating an amount corresponding to the detected amount of camera shake relative to an indicated amount corresponding to the limit value.
- 2. A device according to claim 1, wherein said indication means simultaneously indicates the value associated with the photographing information.
- 3. A device according to claim 1, wherein first mentioned value associated with the photographing information is a shutter time.
- 4. A device according to claim 1, wherein the first mentioned value associated with the photographing information is an exposure correction value.
- 5. A device according to claim 1, wherein said indication means starts an indication when a release button is depressed to a half-stroke position.
- 6. A device according to claim 1, wherein said indication means changes an indication pattern in correspondence with the camera shake amount.
- 7. A device according to claim 1, wherein the first mentioned value associated with the photographing information is a focal distance of a camera lens.
- 8. A camera shake indication device for a camera, comprising:
- means for detecting a camera shake amount of the camera based on an output from a camera shake detection sensor;
- means for generating an information signal corresponding to a value associated with photographing information of the camera;
- means for determining a limit value based on the value associated with the photographing information, the limit value representing a condition under which image quality of a photographed picture is not substantially deteriorated by a camera shake during a photographing operation; and
- means including a plurality of indicating portions that are operated to indicate an amount corresponding to the detected amount of camera shake relative to an amount corresponding to the limit value, at least a part of said indicating portions also being operated to indicate an amount corresponding to said value associated with the photographing information.
- 9. A device according to claim 8, wherein said plurality of indicating portions includes a first group of indicating portions for indicating the amount corresponding to the detected amount of camera shake and a second group of indicating portions for indicating the amount corresponding to said value associated with the photographing information, and wherein one of the portions of said second group is operated simultaneously with portions of said first group to indicate the amount corresponding to said limit value.
- 10. A device according to claim 8, wherein indicating portions for indicating the amount corresponding to said value associated with the photographing information are also used for indicating the amount corresponding to the detected amount of camera shake, and an additional indicating portion is used to indicate the amount corresponding to said limit value.
- 11. A device according to claim 8, wherein the value associated with the photographing information is a shutter time.
- 12. A device according to claim 8, wherein the value associated with the photographing information is an exposure correction value.
- 13. A device according to claim 8, wherein the value associated with the photographing information is a focal distance of a camera lens.
- 14. A device according to claim 8, wherein the last-mentioned means starts and indication when a release button is depressed to a half-stroke position.
- 15. A device according to claim 8, wherein an indication pattern changes in accordance with the detected amount of camera shake.
