Claims
- 1. An image-shake correcting camera comprising:
- a photographic lens which can be shifted with respect to an optical axis;
- detecting means for detecting camera shakes; and
- driving means for shift-driving said photographic lens, based on image shakes caused by the camera shakes and in response to an output of said detecting means;
- wherein a drive amount of said photographic lens by said driving means is determined by the following equation:
- .DELTA.S=b.times..DELTA..theta..times.(R-Q)/(R-T);
- where .DELTA.S: a shift-drive amount of the photographic lens in a unit time;
- b: a distance from a rear principal plane (H') of the photographic lens to an imaging point;
- .DELTA..theta.: a deviation angle of camera in a unit time;
- R: a distance from a subject to the imaging point;
- Q: a distance from a rotation center of camera shakes to the imaging point (which will be negative if the rotation center is behind the imaging point);
- T: a distance from a front principal plane (H) of the photographic lens to the rear principal plane (H') thereof.
- 2. An image-shake correcting camera comprising:
- a photographic lens shiftable with respect to an optical axis;
- a detector which detects camera shakes; and
- a driving unit which shift-drives said photographic lens, based on image shakes caused by the camera shakes and in response to an output of said detector;
- wherein a drive amount of said photographic lens by said driving unit is determined by the following equation:
- .DELTA.S-b.times..DELTA..theta..times.(R-Q)/(R-T);
- where
- .DELTA.S: a shift-drive amount of the photographic lens in a unit time;
- b: a distance from a rear principal plane (H') of the photographic lens to an imaging point;
- .DELTA..theta.: a deviation angle of the camera in a unit time;
- R: a distance from a subject to the imaging point;
- Q: a distance from a rotation center of the camera shakes to the imaging point (which will be negative if the rotation center is behind the imaging point); and
- T: a distance from a front principal plane (H) of the photographic lens to the rear principle plane (H') thereof.
- 3. An image-shake correcting camera comprising:
- a photographic lens shiftable with respect to an optical axis;
- detecting means for detecting camera shakes; and
- driving means for shift-driving said photographic lens, based on image shakes caused by the camera shakes and in response to an output of said detecting means;

- .DELTA.S=b.times..DELTA..theta..times.(R-Q)/(R-T);
- where
- .DELTA.S: a shift-drive amount of the photographic lens in a unit time;
- b: a distance from a rear principal plane (H') of photographic lens to an imaging point;
- .DELTA..theta.: a deviation angle of the camera in a unit time;
- R: a distance from a subject to the imaging point;
- Q: a predetermined value; and
- T: a distance from a front principal plane (H) of the photographic lens to the rear principle plane (H') thereof.
- 4. An optical system comprising:
- an optical lens shiftable with respect to an optical axis;
- a detector which detects movements of the optical system; and
- a driving unit which shift-drives said optical lens, based on image movements caused by the system movements and in response to an output of said detector;
- wherein a drive amount of said optical lens by said driving unit is determined by the following equation:
- .DELTA.S=b.times..DELTA..theta..times.(R-Q)/(R-T);
- where
- .DELTA.S: a shift-drive amount of the optical lens in a unit time;
- b: a distance from a rear principal plane (H') of the optical lens to an imaging point;
