Claims
- 1. A camera which can receive an accessory for performing a data printing operation on a film surface and can execute data communication with said accessory, comprising:
- identification means for identifying whether or not the communication is attained between said camera and said accessory; and
- transmission means for transmitting a printing signal for causing said accessory to start the data printing operation from said camera to said accessory within a predetermined transmission time,
- wherein said transmission means changes the transmission time on the basis of the identification result of said identification means.
- 2. A camera according to claim 1, wherein said transmission means sets a constant transmission time of the printing signal when the communication is attained.
- 3. A camera according to claim 1, further comprising sensitivity-setting means for setting a value of a film sensitivity, and
- wherein said transmission means determines the transmission time of the printing signal when the communication is not attained in accordance with the value.
