In the bottom plan view of each embodiment, FIGS. 6, 12, 18, 24, 30, and 36, the thickness of the side walls remains substantially constant from top to bottom, the side walls taper inward from bottom to top following the exterior contour, and the top of the cap is substantially the same thickness as the side walls.
