Moreover, via the cooperation of various structures, the connection stability between the cap support and the mounting surface can be further improved.
To solve the technical problem, another embodiment of the present disclosure provides a cap support. The cap support is mounted on a mounting surface for storing a single baseball styled cap or a plurality of stacked baseball styled caps. The baseball styled cap includes a dome and a bill which are connected. The cap support includes a front member and a back member which are connected. The back member configured to mount the cap support on the mounting surface. The front member and the back member, or, the front member and the mounting surface, or, the front member and the back member and the mounting surface, together define an accommodating space with an opening. The size of the opening in a direction parallel to the mounting surface is equivalent to the width of the bill. When the cap support is projected along the vertical direction, the projection of the end of the front member away from the opening falls into the projection of the end close to the opening. This cap support has the same beneficial effects as the above cap support. The size of the opening in a direction parallel to the mounting surface is equivalent to the width of the bill, which facilitates the user to better access the baseball styled cap.

When storing the baseball styled cap 20, the dome 201 is usually folded into the state shown in
It can be understood that, the bill 202 of the baseball styled cap 20 can be flat, such as a peaked cap. The bill 202 of the baseball styled cap 20 can also be arc-shaped, such as a baseball cap.
Referring to
Further, the front member 1A and the back member 2A, or, the front member 1A and the mounting surface 10, or, the front member 1A and the back member 2A and the mounting surface 10, together define an accommodating space 3 with an opening 31, so that the bill 202 can be placed into the accommodating space 3 through the opening 31, and the dome 201 is supported on the front member 1A. It can be understood that, due to the variety of structures of the cap support, there are various ways of defining the accommodating space.
Further, an end of the front member 1A away from the opening 31 is inclined toward a side close to the accommodating space 3, so that the front member 1A is disposed at an angle to the mounting surface 10 for mounting the cap support 100.
It can be understood that, by this design, the dome 201 placed on the cap support 100 can be better inclined toward a direction away from the mounting surface 10, which facilitates the user to quickly access the baseball styled cap 20.
It can be understood that, preferably, the size of the opening 31 in a direction parallel to the mounting surface 10 is greater than or equal to the width of the bill 202, so that the bill 202 can easily and completely enter into the accommodating space 3. Further, the accommodating space 3 can accommodates multiple bills 202. It can be understood that, this design can enable the cap support 100 to satisfy the stacking of multiple caps with the bills 20, which improves the space utilization rate and enhances the practicability of the cap support 100.
Further, the cap support 100 is projected along the direction parallel to the mounting surface 10, and the projection of the end of the front member 1A away from the opening 31 falls into the projection of the end close to the opening 31.
It can be understood that, the mounting surface 10 can be a general wall or a vertical surface of a cabinet. Further, the back member 2A is parallel to the mounting surface 10, and the front member 1A is disposed at an angle to the mounting surface 10. Specifically, the plane where the front member 1A is located and the mounting surface 10 form an acute angle.
Further, the inclination range of the front member 1A is greater than 0° and less than or equal to 60°. Specifically, the inclination angle of a certain area of the front member 1A may be 5° or 10° or 15° or 20° or 25° or 30° or 35° or 40° or 45° or 50° or 55°.
Preferably, the inclination range of the front member 1A is 10°~50°; more preferably, the inclination range of the front member 1A is 15°~45°.
Referring to
Further, the end of the front member 1A close to the opening 31 is provided with an arc section 1A1. The arc section 1A1 is adapted to the outer surface of a side of the dome 201 close to the bill 202.
It can be understood that, this design can improve the fit of the baseball styled cap 20 and the front member 1A, thereby enhancing the stability of the baseball styled cap 20 placed on the cap support 100 and preventing the baseball styled cap 20 from shaking or accidentally falling, which improves the user experience.
Optionally, the entire area of the end of the front member 1A close to the opening 31 may be set as the arc section 1A1, or only a partial area of the end of the front member 1A close to the opening 31 may be set as the arc section 1A1. That is, the front portion 1A2 and the side portion 1A3 may form the arc section 1A1 as a whole; or, only the part of the front portion 1A2 in contact with the outer surface of the dome 201 is the arc section 1A1, and the rest is a side section 1A4. The arc section 1A1 is connected to the back member 2A via the side section 1A4.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the arc section 1A1 is disposed corresponding to the front portion 1A2, and the side section 1A4 is disposed corresponding to the side portion 1A3.
Specifically, in this embodiment, only the partial area of the end of the front member 1A close to the opening 31 is set as the arc section 1A1.
Further, the middle area of the end of the front member 1A close to the opening 31 is set as the arc section 1A1. More specifically, it is the end surface of the front member1A close to the opening 31 that defines an arc-shaped notch, to form the arc section 1A1 adapted to the outer surface of the dome 201.
Further, along the length direction of the cap support 100, from the middle area of the cap support 100 to its two sides, the distance between the front member 1A and the mounting surface 10 for mounting the cap support 100 gradually decreases. That is, the width of the accommodating space 3 corresponding to the two sides of the cap support 100 is smaller, so that the cap support 100 can better limit the bill 202, thereby further enhancing the stability of the baseball styled cap 20 placed on the cap support 100 and preventing the baseball styled cap 20 from shaking or accidentally falling.
Further, the surface of the front member 1A directly communicated with the accommodating space 3 is an arc surface or a flat surface. In addition, at least a part of the bill 202 entering into the accommodating space 3 is in contact with the surface of the front member 1A close to the accommodating space 3. However, the arc surface enables the side of the front member 1A close to the accommodating space 3 to better match the bill 202. This design can effectively prevent the baseball styled cap 20 from shaking due to external factors, which further enhances the stability of the baseball styled cap 20 placed on the cap support 100. It can be understood that, the depth of the accommodating space 3 is greater than or equal to the length of the bill 202. so that the entire bill 202 can be completely accommodated in the accommodating space 3.
Optionally, at least one side of the front member 1A is connected to the mounting surface 10 via the back member 2A. It can be understood that, the front member 1A and the back member 2A of the present disclosure can be arranged in various ways.

Specifically, in this embodiment, the back member 2A is disposed corresponding to at least a part of the accommodating space 3.
Further, a notch 32 is defined at an end of the cap support 100 away from the opening 31. The notch 32 communicates with the accommodating space 3 and the outside. In this case, the accommodating space 3 is an up-to-down space communicated with the outside. It can be understood that, this design can reduce the overall volume of the cap support 100, reduce the materials consumption, and reduce the production cost of the cap support 100. It can be understood that, in this case, the depth of the accommodating space 3 can be smaller than the length of the bill 202, because part of the bill 202 can protrude from the accommodating space 3 through the notch 32. It can be understood that, since the end of the front member 1A away from the opening 31 is inclined toward the accommodating space 3, at this time, the farthest distance from a side of the notch 32 away from the mounting surface 10 to the mounting surface 10, is smaller than the farthest distance from a side of the opening 31 away from the mounting surface 10 to the mounting surface 10. That is, the maximum distance from the notch 32 to the mounting surface 10 in a direction perpendicular to the mounting surface 10, is smaller than the maximum distance from the opening 31 to the mounting surface 10 in a direction perpendicular to the mounting surface 10.
In other embodiments, the notch 32 may not be provided, and the bill 202 is accommodated in the accommodating space 3.
Further, the area of the notch 32 is smaller than that of the opening 31. This design can prevent the baseball styled cap 20 from falling from the notch 32, which further enhances the stability of the baseball styled cap 20 placed on the cap support 100.
Optionally, the front member 1A and the back member 2A are integrated; or, the front member 1A and the back member 2A are detachably connected.
Referring to
