Abstract
The present invention comprises of a bill of a cap that revolves around a track railing, which is attached to the rim at the base of the crown of a cap. The bill is capable of sliding or moving around the rim of the cap. This allows the user to easily move the bill without removing his or her cap. The bill slides along the track railing and can be attached to the track via magnets. The track railing has a chain and the bill moves along the chain.
Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

This invention allows you to move the bill of your cap along the rim of the cap, situated around the crown of the cap. This invention helps you more easily shade sunlight from your face as you turn your head and walk around during the day.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Often, the sunlight outside is warm and blinding. Standing outside in scorching sunlight for a while results in parts of your face to be sunburned or extremely uncomfortable.

Many people have created different types of hats, caps, or even some items, like an umbrella or a sun walk scarf to keep their face away from the sun. But, many of this clothing and hats could be very uncomfortable and may only shield the front part of your face, instead of actually blocking the sun from your face.

In order to address this problem, there should be a cap (commonly known as a baseball cap) whereby a bill can slide or rotate around the rim of the cap. This lets you slide or move the bill of the cap left or right along the rim of the cap to block the sunlight.

What is needed is a cap with a track railing. The track railing is situated around the rim of the cap and can be made of hard plastic material with or without magnets. The track railing needs a chain for the bill to run on. The chain can be made of hard plastic material with or without magnets. This invention will allow you to easily slide or move the cap left or right alongside the rim of the cap to block the sun.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The cap is regular and can be any brand. The cap will have a track that runs alongside the rim of the cap. Attached to the track is the chain. The bill of the cap is attached to the chain so that the rim can slide easily along the rim of the cap.

This way, the bill of the cap can shade you from the sun, in whatever position you are in, without requiring you to remove the cap.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 shows the components of a cap with the crown of the cap, the rim of the cap and the bill of the cap.

FIG. 2 shows the track railing with the chains attached to the track railing in the center position.

FIG. 3 shows the chains shifted along the side of the track railings.

FIG. 4 shows a close-up view of the chain on the track railings.

FIG. 5 shows the crown view of the cap with the chains on the track railings.

FIG. 6 shows the bill of the cap rotated to one side of the cap.

FIG. 7 shows the bill of the cap centered and in front of the crown of the cap.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The present invention comprises a track railing along the rim of the cap. The bill of the cap is attached to the chain, which slides along the track railing. This way, the bill of the cap can slide left or right along the rim of the cap.

The invention will now be described by reference to the Figures.

FIG. 1 shows a conventional generic cap. The cap includes the crown of the cap 101. Under the crown of the cap sits the rim of the cap 102. The edge of the rim is called the brim of the cap 103. The bill of the cap 104 extends out from one side of the rim of the cap. The bill of the cap serves to provide shade for the person wearing the cap.

FIG. 2 shows the track railing 201 which is circular in shape that aligns with the rim of the cap. The chain 202 is securely attached to the track railing and can slide smoothly or move along the track railing.

FIG. 3 shows the track railing 301 and the original chain position 302. The new chain position 303 is displayed as the chain slides along the right side of the track railing.

FIG. 4 shows a side view of the track railing 401 with the chain 402 attached to the track railing. The rear of the chain 403 puts the chain securely in place within the track railing so that the chain does not fall out with it slides alongside the track railing. The track railing and chain may contain magnets so that the bill of the cap can be attached and detached easily from the rim of the cap.

FIG. 5 show the rim of the cap 501. The bill of the cap 502 is positioned on the rim of the cap. The bill of the cap is attached to the chain 503, which is slides along the track railing 504.

FIG. 6 shows the original position of the bill 601 as well as the new position of the bill 602. The new position of the bill is achieved by sliding or moving the bill of the cap along the rim of the cap 603.

FIG. 7 shows a side view of crown of the cap 701 and the bill of the cap 702. The track railing 703 is all along the rim of the cap 704.
