DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
With reference to FIGS. 1 to 3, a carrying stool in accordance with the present invention has a body (10), a bottom cover (30), an inner pail (40), a panel (90), a seat (60), a cover (80), two pintles (70) and multiple fastening elements (50).
The body (10) is a hollow and has a top (11), a front wall (12), a rear wall (13), two side walls (14), an open bottom, multiple recesses (15), multiple through holes (17), a mounting tab (18), multiple fastening holes (20), a rear opening (21), a mounting recess (22), at least one support (23), a top opening (24) and two notches (25).
With reference to FIGS. 2 and 5, the recesses (15) are formed in the top of the body (10) and each recess (15) has a bottom and multiple mounting holes (16) defined through the bottom of the recess (15). The through holes (17) are formed through the top of the body (10). The mounting tab (18) is formed on the top adjacent to the rear wall (13) of the body (10) and has two combining holes (19). The fastening holes (20) are formed through the body (10) and are distributed on the front wall (12), the rear wall (13) and two side walls (14) adjacent to the open bottom. The rear opening (21) is formed through the rear wall (13) of the body (10). The mounting recess (22) is formed in the rear wall (13) adjacent to the rear opening (21) of the rear wall (13). The at least one support (23) is formed on and protrudes upward from the top of the body (10) and each of the at least one support (23) has an outside surface. The top opening (24) is formed through the top of the body (10). The notches (25) are formed in the top adjacent to the front wall (12) of the body (10). When a disposable plastic sack (43) with a band (95) is put in the inner pail (40), the band (90) hooks in the notches (25) to position the disposable plastic sack, as shown in FIG. 1.
The bottom cover (30) is mounted on the open bottom of the body (10) and has multiple corners, a board (31), multiple pads (32) and multiple hooks (33). The pads (32) are formed on the board (31) respectively at the corners and prevent the bottom cover (30) from inadvertently sliding on the floor. The hooks (33) are formed on and protrude upward from the board (31) and engage respectively the fastening holes (20) of the body (10).
With further reference to FIG. 6, the panel (90) is mounted on the rear wall (13) of the body (10) and has a fastener (91). The fastener (91) is mounted securely on the panel (90), selectively engages the mounting recess (22) and selectively holds the door (90) to close the rear opening (21) in the rear wall (13) of the body (10).
With further reference to FIGS. 3 and 4, the inner pail (40) is mounted in the top opening (24) and has a top, a brim (41) and multiple buckles (42). The brim (41) is formed on around the top of the inner pail (40). The buckles (42) are formed on the brim (41) and engage respectively the through holes (17) of the body (10) to fasten the inner pail (40).
With further reference to FIG. 5, the fastening elements (50) are resilient, correspond respectively to the recesses (15) of the body (10) and each fastening element (50) has a mounting block (51), multiple mounting posts (53) and a clip (52). The mounting block (51) is mounted in a corresponding recess (15) of the top (11) of the body (10). The mounting posts (53) are mounted respectively through the mounting holes (16) of the corresponding recess (15) of the body (10). Each mounting post (53) has a hooking member (54) formed around the mounting post (53) and hooking on the top (11) of the body (10). When the fastening element (50) is mounted on the body (10) of the carrying stool, the clip (52) is formed on the mounting block (51) opposite to the mounting posts (53) and presses against the brim (41) of the inner pail (40) to securely clip the inner pail (40).
The seat (60) is annular, is mounted pivotally on the mounting tab (18) of the body (10), selectively presses against the support (23) and has an aperture (61), two pivoting holes (62) and an annular wall (64). The pivoting hole (62) correspond respectively to the combining holes (19) of the body (10). The annular wall (64) is formed on and protrudes downward from the seat (60) and selectively abuts the outside surface of each of the at least one support (23) of the body (10) to precisely align the seat (10) with the body (10). The seat (60) provides users a comfortable feeling in the outdoors when the users use the stool.
With further reference to FIG. 7, the cover (80) is mounted pivotally on the mounting tab (18) of the body (10) and has two fabricating holes (83). The fabricating holes (83) correspond respectively to the combining holes (19) of the body (10).
With reference to FIGS. 2, 6 and 7, each pintle (70) has a first pin (71), a second pin (72) and a connecting tab (73). The first pin (70) extends through one of the fabricating holes (83) of the cover (80). The second pin (72) protrudes longitudinally from the first pin (70) and extends through one of the pivoting holes (62) of the seat (60) and one of the combining holes (19) of the body (10). The connecting tab (73) is formed between the first pin and second pin (72) and is mounted between the seat (60) and the cover (80).
The carrying stool has a containing space formed between the body (10), the bottom cover (30) and the inner pail (40) and communicating with the top and rear openings (24, 21) of the body (10). The user can put toilet paper or other toilet articles in the containing space. Furthermore, the carrying stool having the panel (90) allows users to use the toilet paper conveniently. Therefore, after people use the carrying stool, they may employ the toilet paper stored in the carrying stool.
Even though numerous characteristics and advantages of the present invention have been set forth in the foregoing description, together with details of the structure and features of the invention, the disclosure is illustrative only. Changes may be made in the details, especially in matters of shape, size, and arrangement of parts within the principles of the invention to the full extent indicated by the broad general meaning of the terms in which the appended claims are expressed.
