The present disclosure relates to an air purifier, and in particular, to a cascadable air purifier.
With rapid development of industry and commerce, various industrial productions and human business activities are frequent and concentrated. Due to smoke emitted by industry and vehicles, such as automobiles, the pollution of water, sunlight and air that humans depend on has had a serious impact on human health. At present, there are various kinds of invisible substances in the air due to serious pollution. For example, a large concentration of automobile exhaust gas, fine dust particles, hair, fibers, and various industrial pollution gases float near the ground. Therefore, it is easy to continuously inhale these harmful substances in various places and spaces, and various diseases are caused.
In addition, many countries have faced high concentrations of PM2.5 pollution in recent years. The public is concerned that PM2.5 pollution may cause serious harm to the health of their families. Therefore, we need to rely on the use of air purifiers at home or in the office to reduce the risk of exposure to PM2.5 during our daily life and work. Most people spend more than 80% of their time indoors, and a high-performance indoor air purifier can provide a healthy and high-quality living environment for the people, especially children.
However, if there are several rooms in the home, usually an air purifier is installed in one room at present. In addition, the living room is usually larger, and the model of the air purifier used is larger than the model of the air purifier installed in other room. In this way, an air purifier installed in one room will cause a lot of purchase burden.
As a result, it is necessary to provide a cascadable air purifier to solve the problems existing in the conventional technologies, as described above.
An object of the present disclosure is to provide a cascadable air purifier, wherein the cascadable air purifiers can be stacked to expand through a design of a male coupling portion and a female coupling portion.
To achieve the above objects, the present disclosure provides a cascadable air purifier, wherein the cascadable air purifier includes a housing unit, a connecting unit, a purifying unit, and a control unit; the housing unit includes a hollow base, a plurality of vent holes formed on an outer wall surface of the hollow base, a partition plate disposed in the hollow base, a wind hole formed on the partition plate, and an upper cover combined on a top of the hollow base; the connecting unit includes a male coupling portion formed on the housing unit, a female coupling portion formed on the housing unit and configured to connect with a male coupling portion of a connecting unit of at least one to-be-connected cascadable air purifier with the same type, a power/signal receiving terminal formed on the housing unit, and a power/signal output terminal formed on the housing unit and configured to electrically connect to a power/signal receiving terminal of the to-be-connected cascadable air purifier; the purifying unit includes a fan disposed in the hollow base and located at one side of the wind hole, and a filter assembly disposed on the partition plate and located at the other side of the wind hole; the control unit includes a power switch controller electrically connected to the purifying unit, the power/signal receiving terminal and the power/signal output terminal, and a power source electrically connected to the power switch controller.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the male coupling portion is formed on a bottom of the hollow base, the female coupling portion is formed on the upper cover, and the male coupling portion and the female coupling portion are configured to vertically stack the cascadable air purifier with the to-be-connected cascadable air purifier.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the power/signal output terminal is formed on the bottom of the hollow base, and the power/signal receiving terminal is formed on the upper cover.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the male coupling portion and the female coupling portion are formed on one side wall of the hollow base and configured to horizontally combine the cascadable air purifier with the to-be-connected cascadable air purifier.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the power/signal output terminal and the power/signal receiving terminal are formed on the side wall of the hollow base.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the housing unit further includes a connecting ring disposed on the hollow base; and wherein the power/signal output terminal is formed on one side wall of the hollow base, and the power/signal receiving terminal is formed on an inner side wall of the connecting ring; or the power/signal output terminal is formed on the inner side wall of the connecting ring, and the power/signal receiving terminal is formed on one side wall of the hollow base.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the housing unit further includes at least one protruding structure and at least one recessed structure; and wherein the protruding structure is disposed on a bottom of the hollow base, and the recessed structure is disposed on the top of the hollow base; and the power/signal receiving terminal is disposed on the protruding structure, and the power/signal output terminal is disposed on the recessed structure.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the control unit includes a negative ion generator, an air sensor and a buzzer; the negative ion generator is configured to increase a negative ion concentration of a surrounding environment, the air sensor is configured to detect an air quality of the surrounding environment, and the buzzer is configured to perform a buzzer warning when the air quality does not meet a standard value.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the upper cover includes an annular surface, a concave portion, and a grip; the annular surface is formed on a periphery of the concave portion, the grip is disposed on the annular surface and located above the concave portion.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the filter assembly includes an activated carbon filter and a high efficiency filter, and the high efficiency filter is disposed on a periphery of the activated carbon filter.
As described above, the cascadable air purifiers can be stacked to expand through the design of the male coupling portion and the female coupling portion. A single cascadable air purifier can be used in an office or a car. After work, the cascadable air purifier can be combined with the cascadable air purifier in the living room at home. After stacking two or more cascadable air purifiers with the same type, the air purification capacity of a large living room space can be immediately enhanced. When returning to the room, it is only necessary to disassemble the cascadable air purifiers and take back one of the cascadable air purifiers to the room. Thereby, it is possible to reduce the cost of purchasing the cascadable air purifiers (one room, one machine and one specification), and to improve the flexibility and convenience of the use of the cascadable air purifiers. In addition, the cascadable air purifier is provided with an air quality sensor that displays the air quality. When a large amount of smoke is detected, the buzzer will sound and become a fire smoke alarm.
Structure and technical means adopted by the present disclosure to achieve the above and other objects can be best understood by referring to the following detailed description of the preferred embodiments and the accompanying drawings. Furthermore, directional terms described by the present disclosure, such as upper, lower, front, back, left, right, inner, outer, side, longitudinal/vertical, transverse/horizontal, etc., are only directions by referring to the accompanying drawings, and thus the used directional terms are used to describe and understand the present disclosure, but the present disclosure is not limited thereto.

According to the above structure, the cascadable air purifier can be used in a single, wherein the fan 41 is activated to guide surrounding air into the hollow base 21 through the vent holes 22, the air is directed through the activated carbon filter 421 and the high efficiency filter 422 for air filtration, and the filtered air is discharged from the vent holes 22. Thereby achieving effect of air purification. At the same time, it is also possible to combine two or more of the cascadable air purifiers. One of the cascadable air purifier is vertically stacked with the other cascadable air purifier to enhance effect of clean air. Moreover, the cascadable air purifiers can be placed in a large space for air filtration. The combined quantity of cascadable air purifiers can be adjusted according to the size of the indoor space, thereby improving the applicability and convenience in use.
