Abstract
A casing structure of a cable reel includes a hollow main body, which has two ends communicating with the outside and an interior space rotatably receiving therein a reciprocal rotary disk that receives therein a cable having first and second end sections in such a way that the first and second end sections of the cable extend out of the main body through the two ends of the main body. The main body has at least one first through opening in communication with the interior space of the main body. The first and second end sections of the cable are provided with predetermined colors so that when the first and second end sections of the cable are selectively pulled, a visual effect caused by reciprocal rotation of the first and second end sections of the cable is observable through the first through opening.
Description
(a) TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention generally relates to a structure of a casing, and more particularly to a hollowed casing structure of a cable reel.

(b) DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART

Signal transmission cables are an indispensable medium of transmission for products, such as computer peripheral devices and communication peripheral devices. The signal transmission cables are often used in combination with power cables. This makes the cables entangling each other and unorganized. It is common that people uses other articles, such as a strap, a rubber band, and a string, to loop and tie the signal transmission cables and only a desired length of each of the cables, which is sufficient for use, is loosened and released.

The process of using an article, such as a strap, a rubber band, and a string, to tie signal transmission cables is very tedious and complicated and the resulting appearance is poor. This causes inconveniences and undesired influences. Thus, cable reels that are can be single-side-pull reels or dual-side-pull reels have been available in the market. However, up to date, the developments and improvements of the cable reels have only been focused on issues related to rotary disks, positioning, and information transmission. There have been no value-added innovations available in the market.

In view of the forgoing, the present invention aims to provide a casing structure of a cable reel that overcomes the above discussed drawbacks and shortcoming of the known devices.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In view of the above-discussed drawbacks and shortcomings, the present invention provides a casing structure of a cable reel, which comprises a hollow main body, which has two ends communicating with the outside and an interior space rotatably receiving therein a reciprocal rotary disk. The reciprocal rotary disk receives therein a cable having a first end section and a second end section in such a way that the first end section and the second end section of the cable extend out of the main body through the two ends of the main body, characterized in that:

the main body comprises at least one first through opening in communication with the interior space of the main body and the first end section and the second end section of the cable are provided with predetermined colors.

The primary object of the present invention is that when the first end section and the second end section of the cable are selectively pulled, a visual effect caused by reciprocal rotation of the first end section and the second end section of the cable is observable through the first through opening.

The foregoing objectives and summary provide only a brief introduction to the present invention. To fully appreciate these and other objects of the present invention as well as the invention itself, all of which will become apparent to those skilled in the art, the following detailed description of the invention and the claims should be read in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. Throughout the specification and drawings identical reference numerals refer to identical or similar parts.

Many other advantages and features of the present invention will become manifest to those versed in the art upon making reference to the detailed description and the accompanying sheets of drawings in which a preferred structural embodiment incorporating the principles of the present invention is shown by way of illustrative example.

The following descriptions are exemplary embodiments only, and are not intended to limit the scope, applicability or configuration of the invention in any way. Rather, the following description provides a convenient illustration for implementing exemplary embodiments of the invention. Various changes to the described embodiments may be made in the function and arrangement of the elements described without departing from the scope of the invention as set forth in the appended claims.

As shown in FIGS. 1-3, the present invention provides a casing structure of a cable reel. The casing structure comprises a main body 10.

The main body 10 is made up of a first casing member 11 and a second casing member 12 that are opposite to and coupled to each other. The main body 10 is of a hollow configuration, which has two ends in communication with the outside and an interior space rotatably receiving therein a reciprocally rotatable rotary disk (not shown). The rotatable disk is provided for receiving therein a cable 13 that has a first end section 131 and a second end section 132. The first end section 131 and the second end section 132 respectively extend out of the main body 10 through the two ends of the main body. The main body 10 comprises at least one first through opening A in communication with the interior space of the main body 10.

The first casing member 11 comprises a first coupling section 111, a first planar section 112, and a second coupling section 113. The second casing member 12 comprises a third coupling section 1212, a second planar section 122, and a fourth coupling section 123.

The first planar section 112 is arranged and connects between the first coupling section 111 and the second coupling section 113. The first through opening A of the first casing member 11 is formed in the first coupling section 111, the first planer section 112, and the second coupling section 113.

The second planar section 122 is arranged and connects between the third coupling section 121 and the fourth coupling section 123. The second casing member 12 comprises at least one second through opening B, which is formed in the third coupling section 121, the second planar section 122, and the fourth coupling section 123.

The first coupling section 111 and the first planar section 112 are on the same horizontal line, while the first planer section 112 and the second coupling section 113 define therebetween a stepped configuration. The fourth coupling section 123 and the second planar section 122 are on the same horizontal line, while the second planar section 122 and the third coupling section 121 define therebetween a stepped configuration. The first coupling section 111, the first planar section, and the second coupling section 113 of the first casing member 11 are respectively corresponding to and coupled to the third coupling section 121, the second planar section 122, and the fourth coupling section 123 of the second casing member 12.

Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, with the above arrangement, when a user pulls out the first end section 131 and the second end section 132 of the cable 13, the user may at the same observe, through the first through opening A and the second through opening B, the conditions of reciprocal rotation of the first end section 131 and the second end section 132 of the cable 13 within the main body 10 and also perceives the visual effect caused by the rotation.

It will be understood that each of the elements described above, or two or more together may also find a useful application in other types of methods differing from the type described above.

While certain novel features of this invention have been shown and described and are pointed out in the annexed claim, it is not intended to be limited to the details above, since it will be understood that various omissions, modifications, substitutions and changes in the forms and details of the device illustrated and in its operation can be made by those skilled in the art without departing in any way from the spirit of the present invention.
