Claims
- 1. A catalytic system for the polymerisation of .alpha.-olefin, comprising:
- (1) a solid based on complexed titanium trichloride of .delta. crystalline form having an internal pore volume from 0.02 to 0.4 cm.sup.3 /g generated by pores having radii from 1,000 to 15,000 .ANG., free of magnesium, obtained by heat treatment, in the presence of a halogenated agent, of a liquid resulting from bringing TiCl.sub.4, pretreated with an electron-donating compound, into contact with a composition of the formula
- AlR.sub.p Z.sub.q X.sub.3-(p+q)
- in which
- R represents a hydrocarbon radical containing from 1 to 18 carbon atoms,
- Z is selected from the group consisting of --OR.sup.4, --SR.sup.4 and --NR.sup.4 R.sup.5 in which R.sup.4 and R.sup.5 each represent a hydrocarbon radical or a hydrogen atom,
- X represents a halogen atom,
- p is any number such that 0<p<3,
- q is any number such that 0<q<3,
- the sum (p+q) being such that 0<(p+q).ltoreq.3
- (2) an organoaluminium compound selected from the non-halogenated organoaluminium compounds of formula
- AlR.sub.m Y.sub.3-m
- where
- R represents a hydrocarbon radical, containing from 1 to 18 carbon atoms,
- Y represents a group selected from the group consisting of --OR.sup.1, --SR.sup.1, and --NR.sup.1 R.sup.2 in which R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 each represent an identical or different hydrocarbon radical selected from the group consisting of alkyl, aryl, arylalkyl, alkylaryl and cycloalkyl radicals, and
- m is a number such that 0<m.ltoreq.3
- (3) an organic oxygenated silicon compound selected from the group consisting of compounds of the formula:
- R'.sub.n Si(OR").sub.4-n
- in which
- [R.sup.1 ] R' represents a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon radical containing from 1 to 20 carbon atoms, with the proviso that at least one R' is selected from the group consisting of alkyl radicals and cycloalkyl radicals, said radicals containing at least one secondary or tertiary carbon atom, R" represents a hydrocarbon radical containing from 1 to 3 carbon atoms,
- n is 2 or 3,
- said organoaluminium compound (2) having a molar ratio of aluminium to silicon of said organic silicon compound from 0.1 to 50 and said organoaluminium compound (2) having a molar ratio of aluminium to titanium of said titanium trichloride of .delta. crystalline form from 1 to 50.
- 2. The catalytic system according to claim 1, wherein the non-halogenated organoaluminium compound is selected from the group consisting of trialkylaluminiums and their mixtures.
- 3. The catalytic system according to claim 1, wherein the organic oxygenated silicon compound is selected from the group consisting of dimethoxy- and diethoxysilane, said silicon compound substituted by at least one radical selected from the group consisting of an alkyl radical and a cycloalkyl radical, said radical containing a secondary or tertiary carbon atom in the .alpha., .beta., or .gamma. position.
- 4. The catalytic system according to claim 1, wherein the organic oxygenated silicon compound is chosen from diisobutyldimethoxysilane, di(tertbutyl) dimethoxysilane, diisopropyldimethoxysilane, dicyclohexyldimethoxysilane, cyclohexylmethyldimethoxysilane or isobutylmethyldimethoxysilane.
- 5. The catalytic system according to claim 1, wherein the solid based on titanium trichloride of .delta. crystalline form is obtained by adding to the medium for the preparation of the said solid, at any time, an organic or inorganic support (S) selected from the group consisting of the preformed polymers, the oxides of silicon, aluminium, magnesium, titanium or zirconium, and mixtures of these oxides.
- 6. The catalytic system according to claim 1, wherein the molar ratio of the aluminium of the non-halogenated organoaluminium compound to the titanium of the solid based on complexed titanium trichloride of .delta. crystalline form varies from 1.5 to 25.
- 7. The catalytic system according to claim 1, wherein the molar ratio of the aluminium of the non-halogenated organoaluminium compound to the silicon of the organic oxygenated silicon compound varies from 1 to 20.
- 8. A catalytic system for the polymerisation of .alpha.-olefin, comprising:
- (1) a solid based on complexed titanium trichloride of .delta. crystalline form having an internal pore volume from 0.02 to 0.4 cm.sup.3 /g generated by pores having radii from 1,000 to 15,000 .ANG., free of magnesium, obtained by heat treatment, in the presence of a halogenated agent, of a liquid resulting from bringing TiCl.sub.4, pretreated with an electron-donating compound, into contact with a composition of the formula:
- AlR.sub.p Z.sub.q X.sub.3-(p+q)
- in which
- R represents a hydrocarbon radical containing from 1 to 18 carbon atoms,
- Z is selected from the group consisting of --OR.sup.4,
- --SR.sup.4, and --NR.sup.4 R.sup.5 in which R.sup.4 and R.sup.5 each represent a hydrocarbon radical or a hydrogen atom,
- X represents a halogen atom,
- p is any number such that 0<p<3,
- q is any number such that 0<q<3,
- the sum (p+q) being such that 0<(p+q).ltoreq.3
- (2) an organoaluminium compound selected from the non-halogenated organoaluminium compounds of formula
- AlR.sub.m Y.sub.3-m
- where
- R represents a hydrocarbon radical, containing from 1 to 18 carbon atoms,
- Y represents a group selected from the group consisting of --OR.sup.1, --SR.sup.1, and --NR.sup.1 R.sup.2 in which R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 each represent an identical or different hydrocarbon radical selected from the group consisting of alkyl, aryl, arylalkyl, alkylaryl and cycloalkyl radicals, and
- m is a number such that 0<m.ltoreq.3, and
- (3) diisobutyldimethoxysilane.
- 9. A catalytic system for the polymerisation of an .alpha.-olefin, comprising:
- (1) a solid based on complexed titanium trichloride of .delta. crystalline form having an internal pore volume from 0.02 to 0.4 cm.sup.3 g generated by pores having radii from 1,000 to 15,000 .ANG., free of magnesium, obtained by heat treatment, in the presence of a halogenated agent, of a liquid resulting from bringing TiCl.sub.4, pretreated with an electron-donating compound, into contact with a composition of the formula
- AlR.sub.p Z.sub.q X.sub.3-(p+q)
- in which
- R represents a hydrocarbon radical containing from 1 to 18 carbon atoms,
- Z is selected from the group consisting of --OR.sup.4,
- --SR.sup.4, and --NR.sup.4 R.sup.5 in which R.sup.4 and R.sup.5 each represent a hydrocarbon radical or a hydrogen atom,
- X represents a halogen atom,
- p is any number such that 0<p<3,
- q is any number such that 0<q<3,
- the sum (p+q) being such that 0<(p+q).ltoreq.3
- (2) an organoaluminium compound selected from the non-halogenated organoaluminium compounds of formula
- AlR.sub.m Y.sub.3-m
- where
- R represents a hydrocarbon radical, containing from 1 to 18 carbon atoms,
- Y represents a group selected from the group consisting of --OR.sup.1, --SR.sup.1, and --NR.sup.1 R.sup.2 in which R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 each represent an identical or different hydrocarbon radical selected from the group consisting of alkyl, aryl, arylalkyl, alkylaryl and cycloalkyl radicals, and
- m is a number such that 0<m.ltoreq.3, and
- (3) dicyclopentyldimethoxysilane.
- 10. A catalytic system for the polymerization of an .alpha.-olefin, comprising:
- (1) a solid based on complexed titanium trichloride of .delta. crystalline form having an internal pore volume from 0.02 to 0.4 cm.sup.3 /g generated by pores having radii from 1,000 to 15,000 .ANG., free of magnesium, obtained by heat treatment in the presence of a halogenated agent, of a liquid resulting from bringing TiCl.sub.4, pretreated with an electron-donating compound, into contact with a composition of the formula
- AlR.sub.p Z.sub.q X.sub.3-(p+q)
- in which
- R represents a hydrocarbon radical containing from 1 to 18 carbon atoms,
- Z is selected from the group consisting of --OR.sup.4, --SR.sup.4,
- and --NR.sup.4 R.sup.5 in which R.sup.4 and R.sup.5 each represent a hydrocarbon radical or a hydrogen atom,
- X represents a halogen atom,
- p is any number such that 0<p<3,
- q is any number such that 0<q<3,
- the sum (p+q) being such that 0<(p+q).ltoreq.3
- (2) a non-halogenated organoaluminium compound selected from the trialkylaluminiums in which the alkyl radicals contain more than two carbon atoms
- (3) an organic oxygenated silicon compound selected from the group consisting of compounds of the formula:
- [R.sup.1 ]R'.sub.n Si(OR").sub.4-n
- in which
- R' represents a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon radical containing from 1 to 20 carbon atoms, with the proviso that at least one R' is selected from the group consisting of alkyl radicals and cycloalkyl radicals, said radicals containing at least one secondary or tertiary carbon atom,
- R" represents a hydrocarbon radical containing from 1 to 3 carbon atoms,
- n is 2 or 3
- said organoaluminium compound (2) having a molar ratio of aluminium to silicon of said organic silicon compound from 0.1 to 50 and said organoaluminium compound (2) having a molar ratio of aluminium to titanium of said titanium trichloride of .delta. crystalline form from 1 to 50.
