Claims
- 1. A non-human cell line expressing a human gp100.
- 2. The cell line of claim 1, wherein the cell line is an insect cell line.
- 3. The cell line of claim 1, wherein the human gp100 is derived from human melanocytes.
- 4. The cell line of claim 3, wherein the cell line is an insect cell line.
- 5. An expression vector comprising a DNA sequence encoding a human gp100 and a promoter region effective to promote expression of the human differentiation antigen in insect cells.
- 6. The vector of claim 5, wherein the expression vector comprises a baculovirus promoter region.
- 7. A non-human cell line expressing a human TRP-2.
- 8. The cell line of claim 7, wherein the cell line is an insect cell line.
- 9. The cell line of claim 7, wherein the human TRP-2 is derived from human melanocytes.
- 10. The cell line of claim 9, wherein the cell line is an insect cell line.
- 11. An expression vector comprising a DNA sequence encoding a human TRP-2 and a promoter region effective to promote expression of the human differentiation antigen in insect cells.
- 12. The vector of claim 11, wherein the expression vector comprises a baculovirus promoter region.
- 13. A non-human cell line expressing a human differentiation antigen derived from human prostate cells.
- 14. The cell line of claim 13, wherein the cell line is an insect cell line.
- 15. The cell line of claim 14, wherein the human differentiation antigen is prostate specific membrane antigen.
- 16. The cell line of claim 13, wherein the human differentiation antigen is prostate specific membrane antigen.
- 17. An expression vector comprising a DNA sequence encoding a human differentiation antigen derived from human prostate cells and a promoter region effective to promote expression of the human differentiation antigen in insect cells.
- 18. The vector of claim 17, wherein the expression vector comprises a baculovirus promoter region.
- 19. The vector of claim 17, wherein the human differentiation antigen is prostate specific membrane antigen.
- 20. The vector of claim 19, wherein the expression vector comprises a baculovirus promoter region.
