Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

This application relates to the technical field of cementing equipment, and particularly relates to cementing equipment and a control method.

BACKGROUND

Cementing equipment is equipped with a high pressure plunger pump and a centrifugal pump. The high pressure plunger pump is configured to pump cement paste in a pressurized manner to pump mixed cement paste to a position between a wall of a well and a casing, so as to fix the casing; and the centrifugal pump is mainly configured to mix the cement paste of the cementing equipment and to supply the mixed cement paste to the high pressure plunger pump. In an operation process of the high pressure plunger pump, as a plunger performs a reciprocating motion, in order to seal the plunger to prevent high pressure cement paste from flowing out, a packing will be used on the plunger to seal the plunger; and in a similar way, in an operation process of the centrifugal pump, as a pump shaft performs a rotational motion, in order to seal the pump shaft, a packing is also used on the pump shaft to seal the pump shaft.

With respect to sealing the packing of the high pressure plunger pump and the packing of the centrifugal pump, due to the reciprocating motion and the rotational motion during operations, there are frictions between the plunger and the packing and between the pump shaft and the packing, which, on the one hand, will generate heat, and on the other hand, will cause wear of the packing. Thus, the service life is shortened. Therefore, in order to reduce the frictions and take away the heat, lubrication needs to be provided for sealing the packing of the plunger pump and the centrifugal pump.

Packing lubrication systems frequently used in existing equipment include a gas cap oil packing lubrication system and an electric grease lubrication system. Due to the problem of severe pollution, the gas cap oil packing lubrication system has been gradually replaced by the electric grease lubrication system presently. At present, the existing electric grease lubrication system has the problem that lubrication of the packing of the centrifugal pump and the packing of the high pressure plunger pump cannot be controlled independently. The principle of the electric grease lubrication system lies in that the electric grease lubrication system is controlled by detecting the displacement of the high pressure plunger pump; and when there is a displacement output of the high pressure plunger pump, the electric grease lubrication system is started, and meanwhile, lubricating grease is outputted to the packing of the high pressure plunger pump and the packing of the centrifugal pump. Such a lubricating mode mainly has the following two problems: I, if the centrifugal pump does not work in this case, the lubricating grease will flow to the packing thereof, resulting in huge waste of the lubricating grease due to bulk accumulation; and II, if only the centrifugal pump works but the high pressure plunger pump does not work, as the displacement output of the high pressure plunger pump cannot be detected, the electric grease lubrication system is not started in this case, so that the packing of the centrifugal pump cannot be lubricated, resulting in a condition that the packing is burnt because the packing of the centrifugal pump is insufficiently lubricated.

Specifically, the lubricating oil pump 101 includes a first channel, a first lubricating oil outlet communicated with the first channel, a second channel, and a second lubricating oil outlet communicated with the second channel, where a first pump head 1 is arranged in the first channel, and a second pump head 2 is arranged in the second channel; the first distribution valve 5 includes a first inlet, at least one first outlet, and a third outlet, the first inlet being respectively communicated with the at least one first outlet, the first outlet being communicated with a packing lubricating end of the centrifugal pump 14, and the first lubricating oil outlet being communicated with the first inlet; and the second distribution valve 6 includes a second inlet and at least one second outlet, where the second outlet is respectively communicated with the at least one second outlet, the second outlet is communicated with a packing lubricating end of the plunger pump 13, the second lubricating oil outlet is communicated with the second inlet or the second lubricating oil outlet is communicated with the first inlet, and the second inlet is communicated with the third outlet.

The lubricating oil pump 101 is configured to deliver the lubricating oil to the lubrication system 100; the first distribution valve 5 plays a role of distributing the lubricating oil flowing into the first inlet to the first outlet and the third outlet needed to output the lubricating oil pro rata; the second distribution valve 6 plays a role of distributing the lubricating oil flowing into the second inlet to the second outlet needed to output the lubricating oil pro rata, so as to control the output flow; each outlet (the first outlet, the second outlet, and the third outlet) corresponds to one branch; and the lubricating oil in each branch may be supplied to one or more lubricating points.

To expand, the first pump head 1 provides the first lubricating oil outlet with power for outputting the lubricating oil. When the centrifugal pump 14 operates, the lubricating oil flows to the first distribution valve 5 via the first lubricating oil outlet, flows into the first distribution valve 5 via the first inlet, flows out of the first distribution valve 5 via the first outlet after being distributed, and flows into the packing lubricating end of the centrifugal pump 14, so as to lubricate the packing of the centrifugal pump 14.

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the second pump head 2 provides the second lubricating oil outlet with power for outputting the lubricating oil. When the plunger pump 13 operates, the lubricating oil flows to the second distribution valve 6 via the second lubricating oil outlet, flows into the second distribution valve 6 via the second inlet, flows out of the second distribution valve 6 via the second outlet after being distributed, and flows into the packing lubricating end of the plunger pump 13, so as to lubricate the packing of the plunger pump 13.

As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, a lubricating confluence outputted from the first lubricating oil outlet and the second lubricating oil outlet jointly flows into the first distribution valve 5 via the first inlet. When the centrifugal pump 14 operates, the flow of the lubricating oil inputted into the first distribution valve 5 is controlled to be adapted to lubrication of the centrifugal pump 14, and the lubricating oil flows out of the first distribution valve 5 via the first outlet after being distributed and flows into the packing lubricating end of the centrifugal pump 14, so as to lubricate the packing of the centrifugal pump 14; when the plunger pump 13 operates, the flow of the lubricating oil inputted into the second distribution valve 6 is controlled to be adapted to lubrication of the plunger pump 13, and the lubricating oil flows out of the first distribution valve 5 via the third outlet after being distributed, flows into the second distribution valve 6, and flows into the packing lubricating end of the plunger pump 13 via the second outlet, so as to lubricate the packing of the plunger pump 13; and when the centrifugal pump 14 and the plunger pump 13 both operate, the flow of the lubricating oil inputted into the first distribution valve 5 is controlled to be adapted to lubrication of the centrifugal pump 14 and the plunger pump 13, the lubricating oil flows out of the first distribution valve 5 via the first outlet and the third outlet after being distributed, the lubricating oil flowing out from the first outlet flows to the packing lubricating end of the centrifugal pump 14 to lubricate the packing of the centrifugal pump 14, and the lubricating oil flowing out from the third outlet flows to the packing lubricating end of the plunger pump 13 to lubricate the packing of the plunger pump 13.

It should be noted that the distribution valves (the first distribution valve 5 and the second distribution valve 6) include, but not limited to, damping distributors, volumetric distributors, quantitative pressure distributors, progressive distributors, and adjustable flow distributors. The cementing equipment according to the embodiments of the present disclosure respectively provides the packing of the centrifugal pump 14 and the packing of the plunger pump 13 with the lubricating oil by arranging the first pump head 1 and the second pump head 2. The packing of the plunger pump 13 often needs a large flow of the lubricating oil, and the packing of the centrifugal pump 14 needs a small flow of the lubricating oil, so that the quantities of the lubricating oil pumped by the first pump head 1 and the second pump head 2 can be respectively controlled to satisfy the lubricating oil quantity demands of the plunger pump 13 and the centrifugal pump 14. When the plunger pump 13 operates while the centrifugal pump 14 is on standby, the second pump head 2 operates to provide the packing of the plunger pump 13 with the lubricating oil, and the first pump head 1 is in the standby state; and when the centrifugal pump 14 operates while the plunger pump 13 is on standby, the first pump head 1 operates to provide the packing of the centrifugal pump 14 with the lubricating oil, and the second pump head 2 is in the standby state, so that the lubricating oil will be not wasted, and the packing of the centrifugal pump 14 or the packing of the plunger pump 13 will be prevented from being insufficiently lubricated.

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, according to the cementing equipment in the embodiments of the present disclosure, an overflow valve 4 and a pressure switch 3 are arranged at each of the first lubricating oil outlet and the second lubricating oil outlet. That is to say, the overflow valve 4 and the pressure switch 3 are arranged at the first lubricating oil outlet, and the overflow valve 4 and the pressure switch 3 are arranged at the second lubricating oil outlet as well. The overflow valve 4 may prevent the lubricating oil from being guided in the lubrication system 100, i.e., the lubricating oil flows into the lubricating oil pump 101 from the first lubricating oil outlet or the lubricating oil flows into the lubricating oil pump 101 from the second lubricating oil outlet, so that the lubricating oil pump 101 is protected. The pressure switch 3 may guarantee that when the pressures at the first lubricating oil outlet and the second lubricating oil outlet reach a preset pressure, the lubricating oil pump 101 is controlled to suspend operation, so that the lubricating oil pump 101 is protected.

As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, in some embodiments, when the first lubricating oil outlet and the second lubricating oil outlet both are communicated with the first inlet, one overflow valve 4 may be shared.

According to the cementing equipment in the embodiments of the present disclosure, a one-way valve 7 is arranged on a pipeline where the first outlet is communicated with the packing lubricating end of the centrifugal pump 14, so that the lubricating oil may be prevented from flowing backwards.

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 3, according to the cementing equipment in the embodiments of the present disclosure, the packing lubricating end of the plunger pump 13 includes a plurality of lubricating points 132, and there are a plurality of third outlets, the lubricating points 132 being in one-to-one correspondence to the third outlets, and the lubricating points 132 being communicated with the third outlets. As the packing of the plunger pump 13 needs the large quantity of the lubricating oil, the plurality of lubricating points 132 are arranged, so that the packing of the plunger pump 13 may be sufficiently lubricated.

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 3, according to the cementing equipment in the embodiments of the present disclosure, a first sensor 10 is arranged on the centrifugal pump 14; a second sensor 11 is arranged on the plunger pump 13; and the cementing equipment further includes an electronic control unit 12, the first sensor 10 and the second sensor 11 both being electrically connected to the electronic control unit 12. The first sensor 10 is configured to detect whether the centrifugal pump 14 is in the operating state, and the second sensor 11 is configured to detect whether the plunger pump 13 is in the operating state.

Embodiment I

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, cementing equipment includes a plunger pump 13, two centrifugal pumps 14, and two first sensors 10, where the first sensor 10 is arranged on each of the centrifugal pumps 14; the two centrifugal pumps 14 include a first centrifugal pump 142 and a second centrifugal pump 144; a first lubricating oil outlet is communicated with a first inlet; a second lubricating oil outlet is communicated with a second outlet; and first three-way valves 8 are in one-to-one correspondence to the centrifugal pumps 14.

According to the cementing equipment in the embodiment of the present disclosure, a lubricating oil pump 101 further includes an oil tank 15, where the first lubricating oil outlet and the second lubricating oil outlet both are communicated with the oil tank 15; the oil tank 15 includes a first oil return port; the cementing equipment further includes the first three-way valve 8, including a first port, a second port, and a third port, where the first port is communicated with the first outlet, the second port is communicated with a packing lubricating end of the centrifugal pump 14, and the third port is communicated with the first oil return port; and the first three-way 8 has a first state and a second state; when the first three-way valve is in the first state, the first port is communicated with the second port; and when the first three-way valve is in the second state, the first port is communicated with the third port. When there are a plurality of centrifugal pumps 14, each of the centrifugal pumps 14 corresponds to one first three-way valve 8, so that lubrication of each of the centrifugal pumps 14 is independently controlled. In such an arrangement, the lubricating oil may flow back to the oil tank 15 when the centrifugal pumps 14 needs not to be lubricated by the lubricating oil, so that the waste of the lubricating oil due to accumulation is avoided. In particular, when there are the plurality of centrifugal pumps 14, a part of which needs to be lubricated and the other part of which needs not to be lubricated, the centrifugal pumps 14 needing to be lubricated may be lubricated, and the lubricating oil on branches corresponding to the centrifugal pumps 14 needing not to be lubricated may flow back to the oil tank 15, so that the waste of the lubricating oil due to accumulation is avoided.

When the first sensor 10 detects that the rotational speed of the centrifugal pump 14 is 0, the centrifugal pump 14 is identified to not operate, the first three-way valve 8 enters the second state, and in this case, the lubricating oil outputted from the first lubricating oil outlet flows back to the oil tank 15 via the first distribution valve 5, the first three-way valve 8, and the first oil return port in sequence. When the first sensor 10 detects that the rotational speed of the centrifugal pump 14 is not 0, the centrifugal pump 14 is identified to be in the operating state, the first three-way valve 8 enters the first state, the first port is communicated with the second port, and in this case, the lubricating oil outputted from the first lubricating oil outlet passes through the first distribution valve 5, the first three-way valve 8, and the packing lubricating end of the centrifugal pump 14 in sequence to lubricate the centrifugal pump 14.

The lubricating oil outputted from the first lubricating oil outlet passes through the first distribution valve 5, the first three-way valve 8, and the packing lubricating end of the centrifugal pump 14 in sequence to lubricate the centrifugal pump 14.

In some embodiments, the oil tank 15 further includes a second oil return port; and the cementing equipment further includes a second three-way valve 9, including a fourth port, a fifth port, and a sixth port, where the fourth port is communicated with the second lubricating oil outlet or the third outlet, the fifth port is communicated with the second inlet, and the sixth port is communicated with the second oil return port; and the second three-way valve 9 has a third state and a fourth state; when the second three-way valve is in the third state, the fourth port is communicated with the fifth port; and when the second three-way valve is in the fourth state, the fourth port is communicated with the sixth port.

That is to say, when the second sensor 11 detects that the output displacement of the plunger pump 13 is 0, the plunger pump 13 is identified to not operate, and in this case, the second three-way valve 9 is in the fourth state. In this case, the lubricating oil outputted from the second lubricating oil outlet flows back to the oil tank 15 via the first three-way valve 8 and the first oil return port in sequence; and when the second sensor detects that the plunger pump 13 has the displacement output, the plunger pump 13 is identified to operate, the second three-way valve 9 enters the third state, the fourth port is communicated with the fifth port, and in this case, the lubricating oil outputted from the second lubricating oil outlet passes through the second three-way valve 9, the second distribution valve 6, and the packing lubricating end of the plunger pump 13 to lubricate the plunger pump 13.

Embodiment II

As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, cementing equipment includes two plunger pumps 13 and at least one centrifugal pump 14; a first lubricating oil outlet and a second lubricating oil outlet both are communicated with a first inlet; the plunger pumps 13 are in one-to-one correspondence to second three-way valves 9; a fourth port of each of the second three-way valves 9 is communicated with a third outlet, a fifth port thereof is communicated with a second inlet, and a sixth port thereof is communicated with a second oil return port, where the second three-way valve 9 has a third state and a fourth state; when the second three-way valve is in the third state, the fourth port is communicated with the fifth port; and when the second three-way valve is in the fourth state, the fourth port is communicated with the sixth port.

As shown in FIG. 4, when the first three-way valve 8 is a hydraulically operated directional valve 82; when the centrifugal pump 14 operates, in this case, the oil pressure is transferred to a hydraulically operated port of the hydraulically operated directional valve 82; in this case, the hydraulically operated directional valve 82 enters the first state, the first port is communicated with the second port; and in this case, the lubricating oil outputted by the lubricating oil pump 101 passes through the first distribution valve 5, the first three-way valve 8, and a packing lubricating end of the centrifugal pump 14 to lubricate the centrifugal pump 14; and when the centrifugal pump 14 does not operate, the hydraulically operated port of the hydraulically operated directional valve 82 has no oil pressure, the hydraulically operated directional valve 82 movably opens the first port and the third port under the action of a spring, the hydraulically operated directional valve 82 enters the second state, and in this case, the lubricating oil outputted from the first lubricating oil outlet flows back to the oil tank 15 via the first distribution valve 5, the hydraulically operated directional valve 82, and the first oil return port in sequence.

The remainder is not described in detail.

As shown in FIG. 5, a control method for controlling the cementing equipment according to the present disclosure, including the following steps:

step S1: whether a centrifugal pump 14 operates is detected;

step S2: a first lubricating oil outlet of a lubricating oil pump 101 is controlled to be open to provide a packing lubricating end of the centrifugal pump 14 with lubricating oil when the centrifugal pump 14 is in the operating state, and a first three-way valve 8 is controlled to be in a first state;

step S3: whether a plunger pump 13 operates is detected; and

step S4: a second lubricating oil outlet of the lubricating oil pump 101 is controlled to be open to provide a packing lubricating end of the plunger pump 13 with the lubricating oil when the plunger pump 13 is in the operating state, and a second three-way valve 9 is controlled to be in a third state.

The steps S1 and S3 are not in a sequential order, and can be adjusted.

In some embodiments, the first three-way valve 8 is controlled to be in a second state when the centrifugal pump 14 is in an operation suspending state; and the second three-way valve 9 is controlled to be in a fourth state when the plunger pump 13 is in an operation suspending state.
