This application is a national stage filing under 35 U.S.C. ยง 371 of international application number PCT/CN2019/074556, filed Feb. 2, 2019, which claims priority to Chinese patent application No. 201821576357.4, filed Sep. 21, 2018, the contents of each of which are incorporated by reference herein in their entirety.
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of heating elements, and in particular to a ceramic heating element and an electronic cigarette.
A heating element is a common component or finished product used for heating. Due to its composition and structure arrangement, an existing heating element heats up unevenly with poor insulation performance during use, has a complex structure and high production costs, and is not easy to use, causing poor quality of a heated product in a minor case or causing personal injury in a severe case. Therefore, a heating element of a new structure is needed to solve the above problems.
To solve the above-mentioned technical problems, the present disclosure provides a ceramic heating element and an electronic cigarette, so as to solve the problems in the existing technology that a heating element heats up unevenly with poor insulation performance, has a complex structure and high production costs, and is not easy to use.
A technical solution provided by the present disclosure to solve the existing technical problems is a ceramic heating element, including: a flat or needle-shaped ceramic housing, a support bracket sleeved in the ceramic housing, and a heating wire evenly wound on the support bracket. An interior of the support bracket is a hollow structure.
As an improvement of the above solution, one end of the heating wire penetrates through the hollow structure of the support bracket, and the other end of the heating wire is distributed in a spiral shape along an outer wall of the support bracket.
As a further improvement of the above solution, the ceramic heating element is in a hollow cylinder shape or a flat shape, and has an integrally formed structure.
As an improvement of the above solution, an open end of the housing is provided with a rectangular or cylindrical base, and an arc transition structure is arranged at a junction between the base and a main structure of the housing.
As a further improvement of the above solution, the ceramic heating element further includes a temperature control component, and the temperature control component is a K-type thermocouple or a TCR temperature control module.
As an improvement of the above solution, one end of the K-type thermocouple penetrates through the interior of the support bracket, and the other end of the K-type thermocouple extends along an outer wall of the support bracket.
As a further improvement of the above solution, the outer wall of the support bracket is provided with at least one groove extending along a length direction of the support bracket, and the groove is capable of being configured to place the K-type thermocouple and/or the heating wire.
As an improvement of the above solution, the ceramic housing is an integrally formed structure, and is sword-shaped as a whole, an end part of the ceramic housing is provided with a blade tip and/or a peripheral edge of the ceramic housing is provided with a sharp edge.
The present disclosure further provides an electronic cigarette, including any one of the ceramic heating elements described above.
The present disclosure brings the following beneficial technical effects: The arrangement of the flat or needle-shaped ceramic housing, the support bracket sleeved in the ceramic housing, and the heating wire evenly wound on the support bracket forms a heating element that has a simple structure and good insulation performance, heats up evenly, and is easy to use, and forms an electronic cigarette using the heating element.
To describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure more clearly, the following briefly describes the accompanying drawings required for describing the embodiments.
The following describes the concept, specific structure and technical effects of the present disclosure clearly and comprehensively with reference to embodiments and accompanying drawings, so as to fully understand the objectives, solutions and effects of the present disclosure. It should be noted that the embodiments in this application and features of the embodiments may be mutually combined to derive other embodiments not explicitly described. In addition, the descriptions of up, down, left and right used in the present disclosure are only relative to mutual positional relationships of various components of the present disclosure in the figures.
Preferably, the housing 10 is made of a food-grade ceramic material with an integrally formed structure, completely solving a problem of separation of the housing and the base in a heating process of the heating wire in the case of a conventional structure of separating the housing and the base, and further improving safety and reliability of the heating element.
Preferably, the ceramic heating element further includes a temperature control component 40, and the temperature control component 40 is a K-type thermocouple or a TCR temperature control module. One end of the K-type thermocouple penetrates through a through hole arranged in the support bracket 20, and the other end of the K-type thermocouple extends through a groove arranged on the outer wall of the support bracket along a length direction of the support bracket 20. To ensure reliability of overall temperature detection of the heating element, compared with a conventional temperature detection thermocouple, the K-type thermocouple and the TCR temperature control module can effectively avoid a problem of inaccurate temperature detection of the temperature control component 40 due to a temperature rise, thereby enhancing reliability of the heating element.
It should be noted that the number of through holes in the support bracket 20 and the number of external grooves of the support bracket 20 are not limited in the present disclosure, and may be increased or decreased based on a specific usage situation during actual use. A position of a lead-out wire of the heating wire and a position of a lead-out wire of the temperature control component are not limited in the present disclosure either, and may be adjusted as required without affecting the use.
Preferably, the support bracket 20 is made of a food-grade ceramic material with an integrally formed structure, featuring good uniformity, easy installation, reduced production costs, and good insulation performance.
Preferably, the housing 10 is made of a food-grade ceramic material with an integrally formed structure, and thus has good uniformity and good insulation performance. Compared with a conventional structure of separating the housing and the base, the housing 10 features easy processing, high reliability, and low mass production costs.
A support bracket (not shown in the figure), a heating wire 30 wound on the support bracket, and a K-type thermocouple 40 are arranged inside the housing 10.
The present disclosure further provides an electronic cigarette, including any heating element described above.
It can be learned from the above description that, in the present disclosure, the arrangement of the integrally formed flat or needle-shaped ceramic housing, the support bracket sleeved in the heating element, the heating wire evenly wound on the support bracket, and the temperature control component installed on the support bracket forms a heating element that has a simple structure and good insulation performance, heats up evenly, and is easy to use, and forms an electronic cigarette using the heating element.
Although the present disclosure is specifically shown and described with reference to preferred embodiments, a person skilled in the art should understand that various changes, which can be made to the present disclosure in form and detail without departing from the gist and scope of the present disclosure defined by the claims, fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
