Claims
- 1. A compound having the formula ##STR20## in which R.sub.1 is lower alkyl or lower alkoxy, R.sub.2 is lower alkoxy or methylthio-substituted lower alkoxy, R.sub.3 is ##STR21## R.sub.4 and R.sub.5 are lower alkyl and m is 1 or 2.
- 2. A compound according to claim 1 in which R.sub.1 is lower alkyl.
- 3. A compound according to claim 2 in which R.sub.1 is ethyl.
- 4. A compound according to claim 1 in which R.sub.1 is lower alkoxy.
- 5. A compound according to claim 4 in which R.sub.1 is methoxy.
- 6. A compound according to claim 4 in which R.sub.1 is ethoxy.
- 7. A compound according to claim 1 in which R.sub.2 is lower alkoxy.
- 8. A compound according to claim 7 in which R.sub.2 is methoxy.
- 9. A compound according to claim 7 in which R.sub.2 is ethoxy.
- 10. A compound according to claim 7 in which R.sub.2 is isopropoxy.
- 11. A compound according to claim 7 in which R.sub.2 is sec.-butoxy.
- 12. A compound according to claim 1 in which R.sub.2 is methylthioethoxy.
- 13. A compound according to claim 1 in which R.sub.1 is lower alkyl and R.sub.2 is lower alkoxy.
- 14. A compound according to claim 13 in which R.sub.1 is ethyl and R.sub.2 is ethoxy.
- 15. A compound according to claim 1 in which R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are both lower alkoxy.
- 16. A compound according to claim 15 in which R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are both ethoxy.
- 17. A compound according to claim 1 in which R.sub.4 and R.sub.5 are identical.
- 18. A compound according to claim 17 in which R.sub.4 and R.sub.5 are both methyl.
- 19. A compound according to claim 17 in which R.sub.4 and R.sub.5 are both ethyl.
- 20. A compound according to claim 1 in which R.sub.1 is ethoxy, R.sub.2 is ethoxy, R.sub.3 is ##STR22## R.sub.4 and R.sub.5 are both methyl and m is 1.
- 21. A compound according to claim 1 in which R.sub.1 is ethyl, R.sub.2 is ethoxy, R.sub.3 is ##STR23## R.sub.4 and R.sub.5 are both methyl and m is 1.
- 22. A compound according to claim 1 in which R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are both methoxy, R.sub.3 is ##STR24## R.sub.4 and R.sub.5 are both methyl and m is 1.
- 23. A compound according to claim 1 in which R.sub.1 is ethyl, R.sub.2 is isopropoxy, R.sub.3 is ##STR25## R.sub.4 and R.sub.5 are both methyl and m is 1.
- 24. A compound according to claim 1 in which R.sub.1 is ethyl, R.sub.2 is methoxy, R.sub.3 is ##STR26## R.sub.4 and R.sub.5 are both methyl and m is 1.
- 25. A compound according to claim 1 in which R.sub.1 is ethyl, R.sub.2 is methylthioethoxy, R.sub.3 is ##STR27## R.sub.4 and R.sub.5 are both methyl and m is 1.
- 26. A compound according to claim 1 in which R.sub.1 is ethyl, R.sub.2 is sec.-butoxy, R.sub.3 is ##STR28## R.sub.4 and R.sub.5 are both methyl and m is 1.
- 27. A compound according to claim 1 in which R.sub.1 is ethyl, R.sub.2 is ethoxy, R.sub.3 is ##STR29## R.sub.4 and R.sub.5 are both ethyl and m is 1.
- 28. A compound according to claim 1 in which R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are both ethoxy, R.sub.3 is ##STR30## R.sub.4 and R.sub.5 are both ethyl and m is 1.
- 29. A compound according to claim 1 in which R.sub.1 is ethyl, R.sub.2 is ethoxy, R.sub.3 is ##STR31## R.sub.4 and R.sub.5 are both methyl and m is 2.
- 30. A method for controlling insects comprising applying to the insect or the habitat thereof an insecticidally effective amount of a compound having the formula ##STR32## in which R.sub.1 is lower alkyl or lower alkoxy, R.sub.2 is lower alkoxy or methylthio-substituted lower alkoxy, R.sub.3 is ##STR33## R.sub.4 and R.sub.5 are lower alkyl and m is 1 or 2.
- 31. A method according to claim 30 in which R.sub.1 is lower alkyl.
- 32. A method according to claim 31 in which R.sub.1 is ethyl.
- 33. A method according to claim 30 in which R.sub.1 is lower alkoxy.
- 34. A method according to claim 33 in which R.sub.1 is methoxy.
- 35. A method according to claim 33 in which R.sub.1 is ethoxy.
- 36. A method according to claim 30 in which R.sub.2 is lower alkoxy.
- 37. A method according to claim 36 in which R.sub.2 is methoxy.
- 38. A method according to claim 36 in which R.sub.2 is ethoxy.
- 39. A method according to claim 36 in which R.sub.2 is isopropoxy.
- 40. A method according to claim 36 in which R.sub.2 is sec.-butoxy.

An insecticidal composition comprising (a) an insecticidally effective amount of a compound having the formula ##STR35## in which R.sub.1 is lower alkyl or lower alkoxy, R.sub.2 is lower alkoxy or methylthio-substituted lower alkoxy, R.sub.3 is ##STR36## R.sub.4 and R.sub.5 are lower alkyl and m is 1 or 2; and (b) an inert carrier.
