Claims
- 1. A 3-carbamoyloxyalkylpropiolic acid derivative represented by the general formula: ##STR143## where R.sup.3 is lower alkyl, mono-, di- or tri-halo-C.sub.1-4 -alkyl, lower alkenyl, lower alkynyl, C.sub.7-8 -aralkyl, C.sub.6-10 -aryl, mono- or di-hydroxy-C.sub.2-4 -alkyl, lower alkoxy-C.sub.2-4 -alkyl, lower alkenyloxy-C.sub.2-3 -alkyl, C.sub.7-8 -aralkyloxy-C.sub.2 -alkyl, C.sub.6 -aryloxy-C.sub.2-4 -alkyl, pyridyl, quinolyl, pyridyloxy-C.sub.2-6 alkyl or ##STR144## where B is straight-chained or branched C.sub.2-4 -alkylene, and each of R.sup.7 and R.sup.8 is lower alkyl, C.sub.7 -aralkyl or C.sub.6-10 -aryl, or R.sup.7 and R.sup.8 form, together with the adjacent nitrogen atom, piperidino, 1-piperazinyl, 1-(4-methylpiperazinyl), 1-(4-ethylpiperazinyl), 1-(4-propylpiperazinyl), 1-(4-methylhomopiperazinyl), morpholino, homomorpholinyl, 1-pyrrolidinyl, 1-imidazolidinyl, 1-imidazolinyl, 1-pyrazolidinyl or 1-indolinyl group, A is C.sub.1-8 -alkylene or phenyl substituted C.sub.1-8 alkylene, and each of R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 is hydrogen, lower alkyl, mono-, di- or tri-halo-C.sub.1-4 -alkyl, hydroxy-C.sub.2-4 -alkyl, C.sub.3-7 -cycloalkyl, pyridyl, C.sub.7-8 -aralkyl, or C.sub.6-10 -aryl, or R.sup.5 or R.sup.6 form, together with the adjacent nitrogen atom, piperidino, 1-piperazinyl, 1-(4-methylpiperazinyl), 1-(4-ethylpiperazinyl), 1-(4-propylpiperazinyl), 1-(4-methylhomopiperazinyl), morpholino, homomorpholinyl, 1-pyrrolidinyl, 1-imidazolidinyl, 1-imidazolinyl, 1-pyrazolidinyl or 1-indolinyl group.

The 3-carbamoyloxyalkylpropiolic acid derivative according to claim 1, wherein R.sup.3 is methyl, ethyl, propyl, isopropyl, butyl, isobutyl, tertiary butyl, pentyl, hexyl, .beta.-chloroethyl, .beta.-bromoethyl, .beta.-chloropropyl, .gamma.-chloropropyl, .omega.-chlorobutyl, .beta.,.beta.-dichloroethyl, trifluoromethyl, .beta.,.beta.,.beta.-trichloroethyl, vinyl, allyl, 3-butenyl, isopropenyl, propargyl, 2-butynyl, benzyl, .alpha.-methylbenzyl, phenethyl, phenyl, pyridyl, naphthyl, quinolyl, .beta.-hydroxyethyl, .beta.-hydroxypropyl, .beta.-hydroxybutyl, .gamma.-hydroxypropyl, .omega.-hydroxybutyl, .beta.,.gamma.-dihydroxypropyl, .beta.-methoxyethyl, .beta.-ethoxyethyl, .beta.-propoxyethyl, .beta.-isopropoxyethyl, .beta.-butoxyethyl, .beta.-isobutoxyethyl, .beta.-tertiarybutoxyethyl, .beta.-methoxypropyl, .beta.-ethoxypropyl, .beta.-propoxypropyl, .beta.-isopropoxypropyl, .beta.-butoxypropyl, .gamma.-methoxypropyl, .gamma.-ethoxypropyl, .gamma.-propoxypropyl, .gamma.-butoxypropyl, .omega.-propoxybutyl, .beta.-vinyloxyethyl, .beta.-allyloxyethyl, .beta.-(3-butenyloxy)ethyl, .beta.-isopropenyloxyethyl, .beta.-allyloxypropyl, .beta.-benzyloxyethyl, .beta.-phenethyloxyethyl, .beta.(.alpha.-methylbenzyloxy)ethyl, .beta.-phenoxyethyl, .beta.-pyridyloxyethyl, .beta.-phenoxypropyl, .beta.-phenoxybutyl, .beta.-dimethylaminoethyl, .beta.-diethylaminoethyl, .beta.-methylethylaminoethyl, .beta.-dimethylaminopropyl, .gamma.-dimethylaminopropyl, .omega.-dimethylaminobutyl, .beta.-N-methylbenzylaminobutyl, .beta.-N-methylbenzylaminopropyl, .beta.-N-methylbenzylaminobutyl, .gamma.-N-methylbenzylaminopropyl, .omega.-N-methylbenzylaminobutyl, .beta.-piperidinoethyl, .beta.-(4-methylpiperazinyl)ethyl, .beta.-(4-ethylpiperazinyl)ethyl, .beta.-(4-propylpiperazinyl)ethyl, .beta.-(4-methylhomopiperazinyl)ethyl, .beta.-morpholinoethyl, .gamma.-morpholinopropyl, .omega.-morpholinobutyl, .beta.-homomorpholinyl)ethyl, .beta.-(1-pyrrolidinyl)ethyl, .beta.-(1-imidazolidinyl)ethyl, .beta.-(1-imidazolinyl)ethyl, .beta.-(1-pyrazolidinyl)ethyl, .beta.-(1-indolinyl)ethyl or .beta.-N-methylanilinoethyl; A is methylene, methylmethylene, ethylmethylene, phenylmethylene, dimethylmethylene, methylethylmethylene, methylisobutylmethylene, benzylmethylene, benzylethylene, methylethylene, ethylethylene, trimethylene or tetramethylene; and each of R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, methyl, ethyl, propyl, isopropyl, butyl, isobutyl, tertiarybutyl, .beta.-chloroethyl, .beta.-bromoethyl, .beta.-chloropropyl, .gamma.-chloropropyl, .omega.-chlorobutyl, .beta.,.beta.-dichloroethyl, .beta.,.beta.,.beta.-trichloroethyl, trifluoromethyl, .beta.-hydroxyethyl, .beta.-hydroxypropyl, .gamma.-hydroxypropyl, .omega.-hydroxybutyl, cyclopropyl, cyclobutyl, cyclopentyl, cyclohexyl, cycloheptyl, benzyl, .alpha.-methylbenzyl, phenethyl, phenyl, pyridyl and naphthyl, or R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 form, together with the adjacent nitrogen atom, a heterocyclic group selected from the group consisting of piperidino, 4-methylpiperazinyl, 4-ethylpiperazinyl, 4-propylpiperazinyl, 4-methylhomopiperazinyl, morpholino, homomorpholinyl, 1-pyrrolidinyl, 1-imidazolidinyl, 1-imadizolinyl, 1-pyrazolidinyl and 1-indolinyl.

The 3-carbamoyloxyalkylpropiolic acid derivative according to claim 1, wherein R.sup.3 is methyl, ethyl, propyl, isopropyl, butyl, isobutyl, .beta.-chloroethyl, allyl, propargyl, benzyl, phenyl, .beta.-methoxyethyl, .beta.-propoxyethyl, .beta.-isopropoxyethyl, .beta.-allyloxyethyl, .beta.-benzyloxyethyl, .beta.-phenoxyethyl, .beta.-N-methylbenzylaminoethyl, .beta.-piperidinoethyl, .beta.-(4-methylpiperazino)ethyl or .beta.-morpholinoethyl, each of R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 is hydrogen, methyl, ethyl, propyl, isopropyl, butyl, isobutyl, tertiary butyl, .beta.-chloroethyl, benzyl, phenyl, p-chlorophenyl, .beta.-hydroxyethyl or cyclohexyl, or R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 form, together with the adjacent nitrogen atom a heterocyclic group selected from the group consisting of piperidino, 4-methylpiperazino and morpholino and A is methylene, ethylene, methyl methylene or dimethyl methylene.
- 4. The 3-carbamoyloxyalkylpropiolic acid derivative according to claim 1, which is .beta.-methoxyethyl 4-carbamoyloxy-2-butynoate, methyl 4-N-methylcarbamoyloxy-2-butynoate, ethyl 4-N-methylcarbamoyloxy-2-butynoate, .beta.-methoxyethyl 4-N-methylcarbamoyloxy-2-butynoate, ethyl 4-N-ethylcarbamoyloxy-2-butynoate, ethyl 4-N-propylcarbamoyloxy-2-butynoate, ethyl 4-N-t-butylcarbamoyloxy-2-butynoate, ethyl 4-N-cyclohexylcarbamoyloxy-2-butynoate, ethyl 4-N-phenylcarbamoyloxy-2-butynoate, methyl 4-N-(p-chlorophenyl)carbamoyloxy-2-butynoate, .beta.-propoxyethyl 4-N,N-dmethylcarbamoyloxy-2-butynoate, ethyl 4-N,N-dicyclohexylcarbamoyloxy-2-butynoate, ethyl 4-N,N-diphenylcarbamoyloxy-2-butynoate, ethyl 4-piperidinocarbonyloxy-2-butynoate, ethyl 4-(4-methylpiperazino)carbonyloxy-2-butynoate, ethyl 4-morpholinocarbonyloxy-2-butynoate, ethyl 4-N,N-bis(.beta.-chloroethyl)carbonyloxy-2-butynoate or ethyl 4-N-benzyl-N-methylcarbamoyloxy-2-butynoate.
- 5. The 3-carbamoyloxyalkylpropiolic acid derivative according to claim 1, which is ethyl 4-carbamoyloxy-2-butynoate, isobutyl 4-carbamoyloxy-2-butynoate, .beta.-propoxyethyl 4-carbamoyloxy-2-butynoate or .beta.-propoxyethyl 4-N-methylcarbamoyloxy-2-butynoate.
- 6. The 3-carbamoyloxyalkylpropiolic acid derivative according to claim 1, which is methyl 4-carbamoyloxy-2-butynoate.
- 7. The 3-carbamoyloxyalkylpropiolic acid derivative according to claim 1, which is isopropyl 4-carbamoyloxy-2-butynoate.
