Abstract
A chair having a detachable backrest panel with a massager. The chair includes: a backrest support coupled to one side of back of the chair seat, extending in an upward direction; a first support member coupled to the backrest support in a rotatable manner; a second support member coupled to the backrest support in a rotatable manner; a first backrest rotational axis that is arranged in parallel to the backrest support and has a lower end being coupled to the backrest support and extended therefrom; a second backrest rotational axis that is arranged in symmetry with the first backrest rotational axis with respect to the backrest support and has a lower end being coupled to the backrest support and extended therefrom; a first backrest coupled to the first backrest rotational axis in a rotatable manner; and a second backrest coupled to the second backrest rotational axis in a rotatable manner.
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to a chair having a detachable backrest panel with a massager. In particular, the present invention relates to a chair having a detachable backrest panel with a massager which increases the user convenience, and quickly gets rid of the accumulated fatigue without using a separate power supply.


BACKGROUND ART

In general, chair is used as daily necessity of human being for a long time. And, people spend more time on chair as human society being modernized, so that type and shape of chair has been improved diversely in view of purpose of use, usage and location of use.


Recently, a chair which has a backrest divided in two pieces in order to prevent deformation of the user's backbones and to correct the user's backbone has been suggested and frequently used. Furthermore, various chairs such that the chair equipped with an electric motor inner side of the backrest to provide massage or acupressure therapy on the user's backbone position by activating massager member with the electric motor have been suggested.


However, the backbone correction chairs of the prior art fail to provide subsidiary acupressure or massage functions for they are merely equipped with the backrest divided in two pieces. In the meantime, electric massager chairs are relatively expensive and they need electricity so they cannot be used anywhere.


TECHNICAL PROBLEM

The present invention has been developed in order to overcome the problems of the prior art as stated above, and the purpose of the present invention is to provide a chair having a detachable backrest panel with a massager to prevent the deformation of user's backbone and to correct the user's backbone, increasing the user convenience, and quickly getting rid of the accumulated fatigue without using a separate power supply.


TECHNICAL SOLUTION

In order to achieve the purpose stated above, the chair having a detachable backrest panel with a massager regarding the present invention comprises: a backrest support coupled to one side of back of the chair seat, extending in an upward direction; a first support member coupled to the backrest support in a rotatable manner; a second support member coupled to the backrest support in a rotatable manner; a first backrest rotational axis that is arranged in parallel with the backrest support and has a lower end being coupled to the backrest support and extended therefrom; a second backrest rotational axis that is arranged in symmetry with the first backrest rotational axis with respect to the backrest support and has a lower end being coupled to the backrest support and extended therefrom; a first backrest coupled to the first backrest rotational axis in a rotatable manner; and a second backrest coupled to the second backrest rotational axis in a rotatable manner, wherein the first backrest rotates while the first support member engages with the outer peripheral surface on one side of the first backrest, and the second backrest rotates while the second support member engages with the outer peripheral surface on one side of the second backrest.


The first protrusions which are formed on the outer peripheral surface on one side of the first support member and the first backrest support engaging with each other, and the second protrusions which are formed on the outer peripheral surface on one side of the second support member and the second backrest support engaging with each other.


Acupressure therapy or massage is performed by the first protrusions engaging with each other, and the second protrusions engaging with each other.


The first protrusions engaging with each other and the second protrusions engaging with each other can be made from a crystal which contains Jade, rock phosphate, red clay plastic body, ceramic plastic body or tourmaline or from a crystal which contains chitosan.


The first backrest can return to the original position from the rotated position by the first elastic member which is connected to the first backrest rotational axis, and the second backrest can return to the original position from the rotated position by the second elastic member which is connected to the second backrest rotational axis.


The chair further comprises neck massager members coupled to one end portion of the backrest rotational axis that is extended in an upward direction, and the neck massager members can rotate along with the backrests rotate.


The height of the first backrest and the second backrest can be adjusted when they slide along the first backrest rotational axis and the second backrest rotational axis by the air springs.


The first backrest and the second backrest can be selectively locked while they rotate along the first backrest rotational axis and the second backrest rotational axis.


The chair seat is divided into the first chair seat part and the second chair seat part, and they can be selectively locked while they rotate along the first chair seat rotational axis and the second chair seat rotational axis.


The present invention can be applied to a chair, a wheel chair, a stroller, a bed and a chair without legs.


ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS

As described above, the chair having a detachable backrest panel with a massager in order to prevent the deformation of user's backbone and to correct the user's backbone by dividing backrests into right and left ones can be provided.


And, according to the present invention, the chair having a detachable backrest panel with a massager in order to increase user convenience by rotating each of backrests in response to the user's movement within predetermined angle can be provided


Furthermore, the chair having a detachable backrest panel with a massager that can quickly get rid of the accumulated fatigue without using a separate power supply by massaging or pressing acupressure on the user's back with massagers equipped on the front side of the backrests can be provided.

Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings in order for those skilled in the art to implement the present invention easily.


However, the present invention can be implemented in various ways, and is not limited within the embodiments that will be described hereinafter. Identical reference number is given to similar elements all over the description.


Detailed explanation of the chair 100 having a detachable backrest panel with a massager according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention will be given with reference to FIGS. 1-3.



FIG. 1 illustrates the chair having a detachable backrest panel with a massager in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is shows an expanded view of rotating members of the chair having a detachable backrest panel illustrated in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a sectioned perspective view that shows connection relationship of rotation members shown in FIG. 1.


The chair comprises: a leg part having rotatable wheels that stand on the ground; a chair seat coupled to the leg part horizontally in order to support the user's hip; arm rest parts coupled to right and left side of the chair seat in order for the user lay his arms on them; a vertical support rod coupled to lower back side of the chair seat extending in a vertical direction; backrest panels mounted on front side of the vertical support rod in order to support the user's back; and neck rest part coupled to upper side of the vertical support rod in order to support the user's neck.


And, the present invention relates especially to the vertical support rod and the backrest panels coupled to the front side of the vertical support rod in order to support the user's back. Detailed explanation of the other elements will not be given for these are apparent for those skilled in the art.


The chair 100 having a detachable backrest panel with a massager in accordance to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention comprises: a backrest support 10 coupled to one side of back of the chair seat S; a first and a second support members 20, 30 rotate around the backrest support 10; a first and a second backrest rotational axes 40, 50 having a lower end being coupled to the backrest support 10 and extended therefrom; and a first and a second backrests 60, 70 rotate around the first and the second backrest rotational axes 40, 50.


In particular, characteristic of the chair 100 having a detachable backrest panel with a massager in accordance to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention lies in that the chair 100 comprises: a backrest support 10 coupled to one side of back of the chair seat S, extending in an upward direction; a first support member 20 coupled to the backrest support 10 in a rotatable manner; a second support member 30 coupled to the backrest support 10 in a rotatable manner; a first backrest rotational axis 40 that is arranged in parallel with the backrest support 10 and has a lower end being coupled to the backrest support 10 and extended therefrom; a second backrest rotational axis 50 that is arranged in symmetry with the first backrest rotational axis 10 with respect to the backrest support 10 and has a lower end being coupled to the backrest support 10 and extended therefrom; a first backrest 60 coupled to the first backrest rotational axis 40 in a rotatable manner; and a second backrest 70 coupled to the second backrest rotational axis 50 in a rotatable manner, wherein the first backrest 60 rotates while the first support member 20 engages with the outer peripheral surface on one side of the first backrest 60, and the second backrest 70 rotates while the second support member 30 engages with the outer peripheral surface on one side of the second backrest 70.


Meanwhile, the backrest support 10 has multiple rivet holes 11 and fixing rivets P can be inserted within the rivet holes 11. The first and the second support members 20, 30 can be blocked from falling downward direction and can be coupled with the backrest support 10 in rotatable manner by inserting the first and the second support members 20, 30 down to the backrest support 10 until the fixing rivet P. The height of the support members 20, 30 can be adjusted by changing rivet holes 11 in which the fixing rivet inserted. In addition, any other construction can be applied only if rotatability and adjusted height of the support members 20, 30 are maintained.


Therefore, according to the present invention as described above, technical characteristic of the present invention lies in that acupressure therapy or massage is performed by the first protrusions 21, 61 engaging with each other, and the second protrusions 31, 71 engaging with each other as a result that the first and the second backrest 60, 70 coupled to the first and the backrest rotational axes 40, 50 that are arranged in symmetry with each other with respect to the backrest support 10 in a rotatable manner, then the first and the second backrests 60, 70 rotate while the first and the second support members 20, 30 are engaging with the outer peripheral surface on one side of the first and the second backrests 60, 70.


And the characteristic of the present invention lies in that the first protrusions 21, 61 which are formed on the outer peripheral surface on one side of the first support member 20 and the first backrest support 60 engaging with each other, and the second protrusions 31, 71 which are formed on the outer peripheral surface on one side of the second support member 30 and the second backrest support 70 engaging with each other.


So, according to the present invention as stated above, the first backrest support 60 and the second backrest support 70 engage with each other without slipping against the first and the second support members 20, 30 and then rotate with the help of the first protrusions 21, 61 corresponding and engaging with each other, and the second protrusions 31, corresponding and engaging with each other, so that the rotation movement can be performed accurately.


Further, characteristic of the present invention lies in that the first protrusions 21, 61 engaging with each other, and the second protrusions 31, 71 engaging with each other are made from a crystal which contains Jade, rock phosphate, red clay plastic body, ceramic plastic body, tourmaline or from a crystal which contains chitosan.


In present invention, the first protrusions 21, 61 engaging with each other, and the second protrusions 31, 71 engaging with each other can be made selectively from a crystal which contains Jade, rock phosphate, red clay plastic body or ceramic plastic body.


Further, the first protrusions 21, 61 engaging with each other, and the second protrusions 31, 71 engaging with each other can be made from a crystal which contains chitosan, tourmaline that radiate negative ion or other natural materials, compounds beneficial to human body.


And, it is possible to maximize the functionality of massage or acupressure by making the first backrest 60 return to original position from rotated position by a first elastic member which is connected to the first backrest rotational axis 40, and making the second backrest 70 return to original position from rotated position by a second elastic member which is connected to the second backrest rotational axis 50.


Hereinafter, the first elastic member and the second elastic member are not illustrated, but they can be composed of coil springs that covers outside circumference surface of the first backrest rotational axis 40 or the second backrest rotational axis 50 having one end part coupled to the first backrest rotational axis 40 or the second backrest rotational axis 50 and the other end part coupled on one side of inner circumference surface of insertion hole (not illustrated) of the first backrest 60 where the first backrest rotational axis 40 inserted into, or on one side of inner circumference surface of insertion hole (not illustrated) of the second backrest 70 where the second backrest rotational axis 50 inserted into.


Then, the way of massage or acupressure being serviced will be explained in time order with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5. FIG. 4 is a plane view that partially shows the major elements of the chair having a detachable backrest panel illustrated in FIG. 1, FIG. 5 briefly shows the way how the left and the right backrest panels massage or press acupressure step by step.


With reference to FIGS. 4 and 5, when user sit on the chair seat S of the chair 100 and lean back, the first backrest 60 and the second backrest 70 adhere onto the user's back, then the first backrest support 60 and the second backrest support 70 engage with each other without slipping against the first and the second support members 20, 30 and rotate. Thus, rotation angle slowly changes. At this moment, the first backrest 60 and the second backrest 70 can rotate within maximum 180 degrees.


In particular, the first backrest 60 and the second backrest 70 can return back to the original position from rotated position by the first elastic member and the second elastic member which are connected to the first backrest rotational axis 40 or the second backrest rotational axis 50.


Hereinafter, the way of acupressure and massage being performed will be briefly described.


At first, the first backrest 60 and the second backrest 70 adhere onto the user's back, then the first backrest support 60 and the second backrest support 70 engage with each other when the user sits on the chair seat S of the chair 100 and lean back. So, the first protrusions 21, 61 engaging and corresponding with each other, and the second protrusions 31, 71 engaging and corresponding with each other are pressurized. By this, acupressure can be applied all over the user's back.


In this situation, the first backrest 60 and the first support member 20, and the second backrest 70 and the second support member 30 rotate along the bend of the user's body when the user changes his posture backward and forward, leftward and rightward. Therefore, the first protrusions 21, 61 engaging and corresponding with each other, and the second protrusions 31, 71 engaging and corresponding with each other massage the user's back backward and forward, leftward and rightward around originally pressed.


With reference to FIG. 6, another embodiment of the present invention regarding to a chair having a detachable backrest panel with a massager further equipped with neck massager part will be described hereinafter.


As illustrated in FIG. 6, the chair having a detachable backrest panel with a massager of the present invention can further comprise neck massager member 90 having third protrusions 91 formed along one side of the outer circumference surface.


At this moment, the neck massager member 90 is equipped on the extension line of the second backrest rotational axes 50. Massage on the user's neck portion can be performed by rotation of the third protrusions 91 while it is engaging with the second protrusions 31 which are formed on the outer peripheral surface on one side of the second support member 30.


At this moment, the neck massager member 90 can rotate within maximum 180 degrees.


The chair having a detachable backrest panel with a massager of the present invention illustrated in FIGS. 1-6 has been described as a student chair or an office chair, but the present invention is not limited to a general student chair or an office chair and can be applied to a chair, a wheel chair, a stroller, a bed and a chair without legs only if it can provide such construction by which accumulated fatigue is quickly removed without using a separate power supply, by which spine deformation is prevented and corrected, and by which user convenience is improved. In particular, effectiveness of massage and acupressure can be improved with vibration and heat caused by a vibration member and a heating member in case that the vibration and the heating members are added to the first backrest 60, the second backrest 70 and the chair seat S.


The present invention is not limited to the preferred embodiments described above. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, additions and substitutions are possible, without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention as disclosed in the accompanying claims.

Claims
  • 1. A chair having a detachable backrest panel with a massager, comprising: a backrest support coupled to one side of back of the chair seat and extending in an upward direction;a first support member coupled to the backrest support in a rotatable manner;a second support member coupled to the backrest support in a rotatable manner;a first backrest rotational axis that is arranged in parallel to the backrest support and has a lower end being coupled to the backrest support and extended therefrom;a second backrest rotational axis that is arranged in symmetry with the first backrest rotational axis with respect to the backrest support and has a lower end being coupled to the backrest support and extended therefrom;a first backrest coupled to the first backrest rotational axis in a rotatable manner; anda second backrest coupled to the second backrest rotational axis in a rotatable manner,wherein the first backrest rotates while the first support member engages with the outer peripheral surface on one side of the first backrest, and the second backrest rotates while the second support member engages with the outer peripheral surface on one side of the second backrest.
  • 2. The chair of claim 1, wherein first protrusions which are formed on the outer peripheral surface on one side of the first support member and the first backrest support engage with each other, and wherein second protrusions which are formed on the outer peripheral surface on one side of the second support member and the second backrest support engage with each other.
  • 3. The chair of claim 1, wherein acupressure therapy or massage is performed by the first protrusions engaging with each other and the second protrusions engaging with each other.
  • 4. The chair of claim 1, wherein the first protrusions engaging with each other, and the second protrusions engaging with each other are made from a crystal which contains Jade, rock phosphate, red clay plastic body, ceramic plastic body, tourmaline or from a crystal which contains chitosan.
  • 5. The chair of claim 1, wherein the first backrest returns to an original position from a rotated position by a first elastic member which is connected to the first backrest rotational axis, and wherein, the second backrest returns to an original position from a rotated position by a second elastic member which is connected to the second backrest rotational axis.
  • 6. The chair of claim 1, further comprising neck massage members coupled to one end portion of the first backrest rotational axis that is extended in an upward direction, and to one end portion of the second backrest rotational axis that is extended in an upward direction, and wherein, the neck massager members rotate while the first backrest and the second backrest rotate.
