Description
TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a chair, which may be a leisure chair or a normal chair.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

In daily life, furniture is ubiquitous, and plays many roles in people's lives, and the furniture mainly comprises chairs, benches, tables, sofas, etc.; wherein the chair is one of a plurality of furniture types for daily use. The basic structure of the chair comprises a chair seat, a chair back disposed at one side of the chair seat, and a plurality of support legs connected to a bottom of the chair seat for supporting the chair seat.

However, in the prior art, the chair occupies a relatively large space when the chair is in idle or has to be transported, increasing placement costs and transportation costs, thereby greatly reducing the use efficiency thereof, so that there is a need to make improvement.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

It is an object of the present invention to provide a chair with a small occupation volume when a plurality of chairs is stacked one by one.

For achieving the above object, the chair comprises a seat having a front end and a rear end; two support legs each having a top end and a bottom end; a back disposed at the rear end of the seat; a reinforcing member connected to the two support legs; wherein, the two support legs are separated and arranged under the seat for supporting the seat; the reinforcing member is U-shaped with two ends, and the two ends of the reinforcing member respectively expand outward forming two connecting portions each having a tail end, the tail end of each connecting portion is connected to the bottom end of each support leg.

Preferably, the reinforcing member and the two support legs are integrally formed.

Preferably, each of the two connecting portions of the reinforcing member is connected to a respective leg pad which is disposed under the corresponding connecting portion.

Preferably, each leg pad comprises a pad body and an adjustment block which is telescopically disposed on the pad body. The height of the chair can be adjusted to accommodate different bottom surfaces for placing the chair.

Preferably, each leg pad has a strip-shaped clamping groove for receiving the connecting portion on a surface of the pad body of the leg pad, each connecting portion of the corresponding reinforcing member is positioned inside the clamping groove.

Preferably, the top end of each support leg extends upward and is bent to form an arm rest having a first end and a second end, the back has two side edges arranged on the rear side of the seat and is integrated with the seat, a transverse rod having two ends is arranged between the two support legs, and each end of the transverse rod is connected to the corresponding support leg; the front end of the seat with two side edges is disposed on the transverse rod, two side edges of the seat are respectively connected to the corresponding support leg by a plurality of screws, two side edges of the back are respectively connected to the second end of the corresponding arm rest by a plurality of screws.

Preferably, a connecting rod between the two arm rests is connected to the second ends of the two arm rests.

Preferably, the two support legs, the transverse rod, the two arm rests and the connecting rod are integrally formed.

Compared with the prior art, the advantages of the chair of the present invention lie in that: the two ends of the reinforcing member respectively expand outward forming the two connecting portions, so that the reinforcing member of a front chair is capable of being inserted into the reinforcing member of a rear chair, and is located above the reinforcing member of the rear chair. In this way, a plurality of chairs is stacked one by one, thereby greatly reducing a placement space of the chairs.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The present invention will be further described below in detail by embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIGS. 1, 2 and 3 show a preferred embodiment of a chair of the present invention. The chair comprises a seat 1 having a front end and a rear end, two support legs 2 each having a top end and a bottom end, a back 3 connected to the rear end of the seat 1, and a reinforcing member 4 connected to the two support legs 2. The back 3 and the seat 1 are integrally formed, and the two support legs 2 are separated and arranged under the seat 1 for supporting the seat 1. The reinforcing member 4 is U-shaped with two ends, and the two ends of the reinforcing member 4 respectively expand outward and incline upward forming two connecting portions 41 each having a tail end. The tail end of each connecting portion 41 is connected to the bottom end of each support leg 2.

The top end of each support leg 2 extends upward and is bent to form an arm rest 6 having a first end and a second end. The back 3 has two side edges 31 arranged on the rear side of the seat 1 and is integrated with the seat 1. A transverse rod 21 having two ends is arranged between the two support legs 2, and each end of the transverse rod 21 is connected to the corresponding support leg 2. The front end of the seat 1 with two side edges is disposed on the transverse rod 21. Two side edges 11 of the seat 1 are respectively connected to the corresponding support leg 2 by two screws 72, and two side edges 31 of the back 3 are respectively connected to the second end of the corresponding arm rest 6 by two screws 71. A connecting rod 61 between the two arm rests 6 is connected to the second ends of the two arm rests 6.

In order to improve connection strength and facilitate manufacturing, the two support legs 2, the reinforcing member 4, the transverse rod 21, the two arm rests 6 and the connecting rod 61 in this embodiment are integrally formed.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, each of the two connecting portions 41 of the reinforcing member 4 is connected to a respective leg pad 5 which is disposed under the corresponding connecting portion 41. Each leg pad 5 comprises a pad body 52 and an adjustment block 51 which is telescopically disposed on the pad body 52. Each leg pad 5 has a strip-shaped clamping groove 53 for receiving the connecting portion 41 on a surface of the pad body 52 of the leg pad 5, each connecting portion 41 of the corresponding reinforcing member 4 is positioned inside the clamping groove 53. The adjustment block 51 can be telescopically screwed onto a bottom of the corresponding leg pad 5 so as to adjust a height of the corresponding support leg 2.

As shown in FIG. 6, when two chairs are not in use, two chairs can be stacked one behind the other. Since the two connecting portions 41 of the reinforcing member 4 expand outward, the reinforcing member 4 of a front chair is capable of being inserted into the reinforcing member 4 of a rear chair passing through the two connecting portions 41 of the reinforcing member 4 of the rear chair, and is located at the front of and above the reinforcing member 4 of the rear chair, thereby reducing a placement space of the two chairs. In order to improve an overall stability, the two adjustment blocks 51 of the front chair can be screwed downward, such that a bottom of each adjustment block 51 of the front chair lies substantially in a same horizontal plane as a bottom of the reinforcing member 4 of the rear chair.

As shown in FIG. 7, when multiple chairs are not in use, multiple chairs can be stacked together.
