FIGS. 1-12 illustrate first and second embodiments of our novel design for use on one side of a vehicle. Our novel design also includes third and fourth embodiments suitable for use on the opposite side of a vehicle, which are mirror symmetrical to FIGS. 1-12 and therefore not separately illustrated.
