Claims
- 1. A method of detecting one or more analytes, comprising:
providing a sample support having a plurality of examination sites organized in a positional array, each examination site having a set of at least two particles, each of the two particles having an optically detectable code that distinguishes it from the other particle, the particles at each examination site being distributed arbitrarily, acquiring a digital image including multiple examination sites, and processing the digital image to detect codes and corresponding assay results on multiple particles at multiple examination sites simultaneously.
