The present invention relates to a metal container, and specifically to a chemical tank.
In the conventional chemical tank, the fastening connection between its tank mouth and tank body is achieved by soldering or stamping. Herein, the soldering is low in efficiency and high in cost. Besides, it is easy to generate some welding slag during a production process, in which case the chemical tank looks unbeautiful. Furthermore, the fastening strength of stamping in the conventional chemical tank is relatively low. When screwing a tank cap, the tank mouth may thus displace and even fall off easily. A pressure-proof protection is also absent at the joint part between the tank mouth and the tank body of the conventional chemical tank. In this case, it is easy for the joint part and the tank body to deform and fall off when the tank cap is pressed down.
The objective of the present invention is to provide a chemical tank, wherein the connection strength between a tank mouth and a tank body of the chemical tank is high, and the tank body is low in installation cost and high in production efficiency.
In order to solve the above-mentioned technical problems, a chemical tank is provided in the present invention, wherein comprising a tank body and a tank mouth; the tank body is comprised of a tank body part, a tank top and a tank bottom, and the tank mouth is arranged on the surface of the tank top; the tank mouth includes a mouth body and a joint part, wherein the joint part is a laminar structure that is arranged on the periphery of the bottom of the mouth body and further perpendicular to the mouth body; a stamping fastening structure for connecting the joint part and the tank body is arranged therebetween; a positioning structure is disposed at the junction of the joint part and the tank body. Moreover, a pressure-proof protective structure located in the joint part and the tank top is provided on the periphery of the stamping fastening structure.
Advantageously, leakage-proof glue is provided between the joint part and the tank body.
Advantageously, the joint part is a circular laminar structure.
Advantageously, the positioning structure comprises a riveting hole and an embossing structure extending downwards.
Advantageously, the pressure-proof protective structure is a circular laminar structure, of which the diameter is larger than that of a joint section of the tank top.
When implementing the present invention, the following advantageous effects can be achieved: since the joint part and the tank body are connected with each other by the stamping fastening structure, high production efficiency and low cost are achieved, and there is no welding slag during the production process as well; due to the high strength of the stamping fastening structure, the joint part and the tank body can be connected together tightly after a stamping process. Meanwhile, the positioning structure is located at the junction of the joint part and the tank body, whereby it can act upon the tank mouth to enhance the positioning effect when the tank cap is screwed, so that the tank mouth will not rotate with the tank cap. Besides, the pressure-proof protective structure arranged on the joint part plays a role of pressure-proof protection. In this way, the tank mouth will not deform or fall off when the tank cap is pressed down.

The joint part 12 is similar to a laminar structure which is made of the same material as that of the mouth body 11. The joint part 12 is connected with the tank body 2 by a stamping fastening structure 3. Moreover, leakage-proof glue is provided between the joint part 12 and the tank body 2. During production, the tank mouth 1 is place on the tank top, and the stamping fastening structure 3 is produced by stamping the joint part 12 and the tank top 22 simultaneously through a stamping machine. The joint part 12 can be a circular structure and any other structures.
A positioning structure 4 is arranged at the junction of the joint part 12 and the tank top 22. The positioning structure 4 is a riveting and embossing structure which comprises a riveting hole 41 and an embossing structure 42, wherein the embossing structure extends downwards.
A pressure-proof protective structure 121 is provided on the periphery of the joint part 12. It is a circular laminar structure of which the diameter is larger than that of a joint section of the tank top 22.
