Abstract
A chicken wing cutter is provides a safe and sanitary way to cut chicken wings and fry them. The chicken wings cutter is a device that holds chicken wings in place and cut them without having to use a knife. It provides safety measure to cut chicken wings without the use of knives or machinery having to hold and touch the chicken. This will avoid contamination or carrying of such bacteria caused while handling poultry and avoid spills from frying. The device allows you to place the chicken in the cradles. Once secure in the cradles, the chicken cutter cut the chicken in precise pieces in preparation for cooking chicken wings in a fryer. The device has blades within the lid that retracts and closed and oval locked is secure the chicken is ready to cut then after placed on cradle for frying.
Description
SUMMARY OF INVENTION

My invention is called the Chicken Wing Cutter and fryer. It was created by me to assist in preparing chicken wings for my family. It was designed to help me when cutting chicken wings to avoid and accidents in the kitchen while preparing hot wings for my family. The chicken wing cutter is a device that cuts the wings in to pieces by placing the wings in the cradle in the device. This device will cuts the wings precise and clean. This allows you to have a perfectly cut chicken wings and cooked al in one process. Many restaurants use large machinery and knives to cuts wings and then place then in a fryer. This device will eliminate any danger to one self while cutting chicken wings and will avoid purchasing expensive machinery to cut chicken wings and will have safety measure when frying to avoid oil spills and burning and safe way to cook around children when cooking with hot oils and grease. This device also frees one from touching the chicken to avoid contamination and bacteria from the handling poultry. Again, it has a secure lock for safety while frying.

It will be in many in colors, square or oval in shape device that cut ten chicken wings at a time and separate section for whole chicken. The device has a digital face and timer for cooking. The chicken is place in the cradles devices for each in individual chicken wing, ten at time. The device has a lid that has an oval shape lock that once secured it is closed, it locks and the chicken is cut into pieces.

How to use item: Place the chicken wings in the individual sections of the cradle device. Close the lid, once it's close and secure it, the blades are released and the device will cut wings into pieces, after cutting place the cradles that hold the chicken into the fryer set the timer and wait for chicken to cook. You will have increased 10 pieces of chicken to 20 pieces of chicken once process is complete and no grease spills or burns or injuries.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

This appliance, my chicken wing cutter and fryer, is primarily composed of two parts where the frying occurs. Part A is the upper part and part B is the lower part. Part A has a top lid and bottom lid and bottom lid that would be constructed of cast aluminum and lined with a ceramic lining. Part B The bottom portion of the pan portion will have a stainless steel cladding to the bottom. The inside that go into top and bottom lid are steal that ceramic coated. The insides are the cutting mechanism and cradles that holds the chicken wings in place. The two joints of the chicken wings will be placed approximately where the joints meet and the blades that will come down and cut the joint of the chicken wings. Once lid is close and oval safety button is engaged the mechanism which is the cutter, two blades form top lid will descend on the 10 pieces of chicken wings in the cradles, cutting at the joints to cut the chicken wings joints clean. We have upper and lower liners, 2 and 4. The bottom, lid the insert made of stainless that ceramic coated. What on is inside are the cutting the mechanism will project and claps the knives as soon as top lid is closes and oval button engages. That will bring the levers into connection of the blades and locked them there, this done for safety reasons. The locked is the oval shape and is located on the top lid. The cradles will have ceramic handles to avoid burning when touch and placed in bottom of fryer. All can dissemble for easy cleaning.

Oval button there is small celluloid that engages the two levers into the knives which will have carbon serrated blades. That happens when the oval button is depressed for safety mason. Once button is depressed, the celluloid engages two levers that engage into the knives locks it into place upon which, the compound levers that have reduction motor and gear to reduce the RPM to engage maximum joints.

  • 1 is the top lid where the frying occurs upper being where the blades are located and safety button and bottom portion where chicken wing cradles rest. Each of clam shelves are liners 2 and 4. The knives will have serrated blades which connect to the cutting mechanism 8 to commence the cutting mechanism bottom where rest chicken.
  • 2 is the top liner: liners go inside top lid liners aluminum steel that are ceramic coated
  • 3 is the chicken wings cradle that holds 10 pieces of chicken and cut 20 joints of chicken.
  • is the Bottom liner: Liners aluminum steel that ceramic coated
  • 5 is a Clad aluminum that has a clad stainless steel bottom.
  • 6 is the heated resist clad
  • 7 is the induction coils plate that created magnetic heat for upper portion, and is the cutting mechanism. This has a compound levers.
  • 8 is the Cutting mechanism small celluloid the engages two lever into knives once button is depressed. The celluloid is a on and off switch, that pushes away the hook leavers that is engaged in front of blades. Upon or as soon as device senses cooking actives are finish, It releases oval safety button to allow you to lift lid and remove contents. Blades in the upper lid this celluloid has an on and off switch small celluloid that engages into the knives. Has leavers that have reduction motor and gear to reduce rpm to engage maximum torch to cut 20 joints.

  • 10 is the lower back portion of lower portion of the appliance where we can put electric fan and connected to motor and a throw barren to engage fan as it needed.
  • 11 is the electric fan its cool induction areas that area of part B lower, as well pushing out the air as the device been fasten to countered as well as pushing out air a device suction in counter.
  • 12 is the electric motor, induction motor, a throw out barren and another celluloid to engaged series of reduction gear, to allow the cutting device to descend on chicken wings.
  • 13 is the reduction gear to reduced point while controlling action of compound levers to reduce Rpm to control action of compound levers.
  • 14 is the air extractor for the base.
  • 15 is the brackets that fasten to bottom half of the bottom portion of the shell housing 9 to hold down the cutting mechanism.
  • 16 is part microprocessor controls which houses the industrial electronics, the microprocessor and circuit board work together to create different conditions for various chicken cooking recipes.
  • 17 is the face plate to house bottom unit molded plastic for front similar to lower back portion 10.
  • 18 is the area where some of the microprocessors and key pads are located.
  • 19 is the interface where a touch screen will have a digital array of certain settings and long with oval selections of choice for temperature, and for trademark symbol.
  • 20 is the plastic covering that protects the touch screen for easy cleaning and for protecting the touch screen from damage.
  • 21 is the base for the lower portion of the appliance and is a suction base to hold the device in place in the chance it moves.
