Claims
- 1. A compound of the formula (I): ##STR112## in which, R.sup.1 represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a C.sub.1-6 alkyl group {said alkyl group is unsubstituted or substituted by a halogen atom, a carboxyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkoxy group, a C.sub.2-6 alkoxycarbonyl group, a hydroxyl group, a formyl group, a cyano group or a nitro group}, a C.sub.1-6 alkoxy group {said alkoxy group is unsubstituted or substituted by a halogen atom, a carboxyl group, a C.sub.2-6 alkoxycarbonyl group, a hydroxyl group, a phenyl group (said phenyl group is unsubstituted or substituted by R.sup.2 (said R.sup.2 represents a halogen atom, a hydroxyl group, a C.sub.1-4 alkyl group or a C.sub.1-4 alkoxy group)), a formyl group, a cyano group or a nitro group}, a C.sub.3-6 cycloalkyl group (said cycloalkyl group is unsubstituted or substituted by a halogen atom, a carboxyl group, a C.sub.2-6 alkoxycarbonyl group, a hydroxyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkoxy group, a phenyl group (said phenyl group is unsubstituted or substituted by R.sup.2), a formyl group, a cyano group or a nitro group), a nitro group, a cyano group, a formyl group, a carboxyl group, a hydroxyl group, a formamido group, a cyanamide group, an amino group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylamino group, a di C.sub.1-6 alkylamino group {said alkylamino group and said di C.sub.1-6 alkylamino group are unsubstituted or substituted by a halogen atom, a carboxyl group, a C.sub.2-6 alkoxycarbonyl group, a hydroxyl group, a formyl group, a cyano group or a nitro group}, a C.sub.1-6 alkylcarbonylamino group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylsulfonylamino group, an aminocarbonyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylaminocarbonyl group, a di C.sub.1-6 alkylaminocarbonyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylcarbonyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkoxycarbonyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylcarbonyloxy group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylurea group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylthiourea group, an aryl C.sub.1-6 alkylamino group, a di(aryl C.sub.1-6 alkyl)amino group, an arylcarbonylamino group, an aryl C.sub.1-6 alkylcarbonylamino group, an arylsulfonylamino group, an aryl C.sub.1-6 alkylsulfonylamino group, an aryl C.sub.1-6 alkylaminocarbonyl group, a di(aryl C.sub.1-6 alkyl)aminocarbonyl group, an arylcarbonyl group, an aryl C.sub.1-6 alkylcarbonyl group, an aryloxycarbonyl group, an aryl C.sub.1-6 alkyloxycarbonyl group, an arylcarbonyloxy group, an aryl C.sub.1-6 alkylcarbonyloxy group, an arylurea group, an aryl C.sub.1-6 alkylurea group, an arylthiourea group or an aryl C.sub.1-6 alkylthiourea group {said aryl C.sub.1-6 alkylamino group, a di(aryl C.sub.1-6 alkyl)amino group, an arylcarbonylamino group, an aryl C.sub.1-6 alkylcarbonylamino group, an arylsulfonylamino group, an aryl C.sub.1-6 alkylsulfonylamino group, an aryl C.sub.1-6 alkylaminocarbonyl group, a di(aryl C.sub.1-6 alkyl)aminocarbonyl group, an arylcarbonyl group, an aryl C.sub.1-6 alkylcarbonyl group, an aryloxycarbonyl group, an aryl C.sub.1-6 alkyloxycarbonyl group, an arylcarbonyloxy group, an aryl C.sub.1-6 alkylcarbonyloxy group, an arylurea group, an aryl C.sub.1-6 alkylurea group, an arylthiourea group and an aryl C.sub.1-6 alkylthiourean group each are unsubstituted or substituted by R.sup.19 (said R.sup.19 represents a halogen atom, a carboxyl group, a C.sub.2-6 alkoxycarbonyl group, a hydroxyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkoxy group, a phenyl group (said phenyl group is unsubstituted or substituted by R.sup.2), a formyl group, a cyano group or a nitro group)},
- R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or a C.sub.1-6 alkyl group {said alkyl group is unsubstituted or substituted by a halogen atom, a C.sub.1-6 alkoxy group or a hydroxyl group} or R.sup.3 and R.sup.4, together with the carbon atom to which they are bonded, form a C.sub.3-6 cycloalkyl group.
- R.sup.5 represents a hydroxyl group or a C.sub.1-6 alkylcarbonyloxy group or forms a bond together with R.sup.6,
- R.sup.6 represents a hydrogen atom or forms a bond together with R.sup.5,
- R.sup.7 and R.sup.8 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, a C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, a C.sub.2-6 alkenyl group, a C.sub.2-6 alkynyl group, a C.sub.3-6 cycloalkyl group {said alkyl group, alkenyl group, alkynyl group and cycloalkyl group each is unsubstituted or substituted by R.sup.19 }, a phenyl group (said phenyl group is unsubstituted or substituted by R.sup.2), C(=Y.sup.1)Z.sup.1 R.sup.10 or C(=Y.sup.1)R.sup.10 {Y.sup.1 represents an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom or NR.sup.11 (R.sup.11 represents a hydrogen atom, a cyano group, a nitro group, a C.sub.1-6 alkyl group or a C.sub.1-6 alkoxy group), Z.sup.1 represents an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom or NR.sup.13 (R.sup.13 has the same meaning as defined in R.sup.10), R.sup.10 represents a hydrogen atom, a C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, a C.sub.2-6 alkenyl group, a C.sub.2-6 alkynyl group, a C.sub.3-6 cycloalkyl group {said alkyl group, alkenyl group, alkynyl group and cycloalkyl group each are unsubstituted or substituted by R.sup.19) or a phenyl group (said phenyl group is unsubstituted or substituted by R.sup.2)}, or
- R.sup.7 and R.sup.8 together form a 1,4-butylene or a 1,5-pentylene {said butylene group and pentylene group each are unsubstituted or substituted by a C.sub.1-4 alkyl group, a phenyl group (said phenyl group is unsubstituted or substituted by R.sup.2), a halogen atom, a hydroxyl group, a C.sub.1-4 alkoxy group or a C.sub.1-6 alkylcarbonyloxy group}, or
- R.sup.7 and R.sup.8 together form (CH.sub.2).sub.l X.sup.1 (CH.sub.2).sub.p (in which l and p each represent 1, 2 or 3 while the sum of them is 3, 4 or 5, and X.sup.1 represents an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom, NR.sup.14 (R.sup.14 represents a hydrogen atom, a C.sub.1-4 alkyl group or a phenyl group (said phenyl group is unsubstituted or substituted by R.sup.2))), or
- R.sup.7 and R.sup.8 together form (CH.sub.2).sub.q Z.sup.1 C(=Y.sup.1) or (CH.sub.2).sub.q C(=Y.sup.1) (q represents 2, 3 or 4 and Z.sup.1 and Y.sup.1 have the same meanings as defined above), or
- R.sup.7 and R.sup.8, together with the nitrogen atom to which they are bonded, form a pyrrolyl group, a pyrazolyl group, an imidazolyl group, a 1,2,3-triazolyl group, a 1,2,4-triazolyl group or a 1,2,3,4-tetrazolyl group all of which are unsubstituted or substituted by R.sup.15 (R.sup.15 has the same meaning as defined in R.sup.10)
- n is 0 or an integer of 1 to 4,
- X represents C.dbd.O, CH.sub.2, SO.sub.2 or NR.sup.16 (R.sup.16 has the same meanings as definend in R.sup.14),
- Y represents NR.sup.17 (R.sup.17 has the same meanings as defined in R.sup.14) when X is C.dbd.O, CH.sub.2 or SO.sub.2 and represents C.dbd.O when X is NR.sup.16,
- Z is absent or represents CH.sub.2 or NR.sup.18 (R.sup.18 has the same meanings as definend in R.sup.14),
- W represents ##STR113## (in which R.sup.9 represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a C.sub.1-6 alkyl group (said alkyl group is unsubstituted or substituted by a halogen atom or a C.sub.1-6 alkoxy group), a C.sub.1-6 alkoxy group (said alkoxy group is unsubstituted or substituted by a halogen atom), a phenyl group (said phenyl group is unsubstituted or substituted by R.sup.2), a hydroxyl group, a nitro group, a cyano group, a formyl group, a formamide group, an amino group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylamino group, a di C.sub.1-6 alkylamino group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylcarbonylamino group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylsulfonylamino group, an aminocarbonyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylaminocarbonyl group, a di C.sub.1-6 alkylaminocarbonyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylcarbonyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkoxycarbonyl group, an aminosulfonyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylsulfonyl group, a carboxyl group or an arylcarbonyl group,

- 2. A compound or their salts as claimed in claim 1, wherein a substituting position of R.sup.1 on the chroman ring is at 7- or 8-position, a subsituting position of Z on the chroman ring is at 6-position and a combination of --X--Y--Z-- is --C(O)--NH--, --C(O)--NMe--, --C(O)--NH--CH.sub.2 --, --CH.sub.2 --NH--, --CH.sub.2 --NH--CH.sub.2 --, --SO.sub.2 --NH-- or --NH--C(O)--NH--.
- 3. A compound or their salts as claimed in claim 2, wherein both of R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 represent a C.sub.1-6 alkyl group {said alkyl group is unsubstituted or substituted by a halogen atom, a C.sub.1-6 alkoxy group or a hydroxyl group}.
- 4. A compound or their salts as claimed in claim 3, wherein R.sup.5 presents a hydroxyl group or forms a bond together with R.sup.6.
- 5. A compound or their salts as claimed in claim 2, wherein R.sup.7 and R.sup.8 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, a C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, a C.sub.2-6 alkenyl group, a C.sub.2-6 alkynyl group, a C.sub.3-6 cycloalkyl group {said alkyl group, alkenyl group, alkynyl group and cycloalkyl group each is unsubstituted or substituted by a halogen atom, a carboxyl group, a C.sub.2-6 alkoxycarbonyl group, a hydroxyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkoxy group, a phenyl group (said phenyl group is unsubstituted or substituted by R.sup.2 (R.sup.2 represents a halogen atom, a hydroxyl group, a C.sub.1-4 alkyl group or a C.sub.1-4 alkoxy group)), a formyl group, a cyano group or a nitro group}, a phenyl group (said phenyl group is unsubtituted or substituted by R.sup.2),
- R.sup.7 and R.sup.8 together form a 1,4-butylene or a 1,5-pentylene {said butylene group and pentylene group each are unsubstituted or substituted by a C.sub.1-4 alkyl group, a phenyl group (said phenyl group is unsubstituted or substituted by R.sup.2), a halogen atom, a hydroxyl group, a C.sub.1-4 alkoxy group or a C.sub.1-4 alkylcarbonyloxy group}, or

A compound or their salts as claimed in claim 4, wherein R.sup.7 and R.sup.8 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, a C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, a C.sub.2-6 alkenyl group, a C.sub.2-6 alkynyl group, a C.sub.3-6 cycloalkyl group {said alkyl group, alkenyl group, alkynyl group and cycloalkyl group each are unsubstituted or substituted by a halogen atom, a carboxyl group, a C.sub.2-6 alkoxycarbonyl group, a hydroxyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkoxy group, a phenyl group (said phenyl group is unsubstituted or substituted by R.sup.2 (R.sup.2 represents a halogen atom, a hydroxyl group, a C.sub.1-4 alkyl group or a C.sub.1-4 alkoxy group)), a formyl group, a cyano group or a nitro group}, a phenyl group (said phenyl group is unsubtituted or substituted by R.sup.2),

A compound or their salts as claimed in claim 2, wherein R.sup.1 represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a C.sub.1-6 alkyl group (said alkyl group is unsubstituted or substituted by a halogen atom, a C.sub.1-6 alkoxy group or a hydroxyl group), a C.sub.1-6 alkoxy group (said alkoxy group is unsubstituted or substituted by a halogen atom), a C.sub.3-6 cycloalkyl group, a nitro group, a cyano group, a formyl group, a carboxyl group, a hydroxyl group, a formamido group, a cyanamide group, an amino group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylamino group, a di C.sub.1-6 alkylamino group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylcarbonylamino group, an arylcarbonylamino group, an aryl C.sub.1-6 alkylcarbonylamino group, an aminocarbonyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylaminocarbonyl group, a di C.sub.1-6 alkylaminocarbonyl group, an aryl C.sub.1-6 alkylaminocarbonyl group, a di (aryl C.sub.1-6 alkyl)aminocarbonyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylcarbonyl group, an arylcarbonyl group, an aryl C.sub.1-6 alkylcarbonyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkoxycarbonyl group, an aryloxycarbonyl group, an aryl C.sub.1-6 alkyloxycarbonyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylcarbonylamino group, an arylcarbonylamino group or an aryl C.sub.1-6 alkylcarbonylamino group.

A compound or their salts as claimed in claim 6, wherein R.sup.1 represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a C.sub.1-6 alkyl group (said alkyl group is unsubstituted or substituted by a halogen atom, a C.sub.1-6 alkoxy group or a hydroxyl group), a C.sub.1-6 alkoxy group (said alkoxy group is unsubstituted or substituted by a halogen atom), a C.sub.3-6 cycloalkyl group, a nitro group, a cyano group, a formyl group, a carboxyl group, a hydroxyl group, a formamido group, a cyanamide group, an amino group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylamino group, a di C.sub.1-6 alkylamino group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylcarbonylamino group, an arylcarbonylamino group, an aryl C.sub.1-6 alkylcarbonylamino group, an aminocarbonyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylaminocarbonyl group, a di C.sub.1-6 alkylaminocarbonyl group, an aryl C.sub.1-6 alkylaminocarbonyl group, a di (aryl C.sub.1-6 alkyl)aminocarbonyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylcarbonyl group, an arylcarbonyl group, an aryl C.sub.1-6 alkylcarbonyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkoxycarbonyl group, an aryloxycarbonyl group, an aryl C.sub.1-6 alkyloxycarbonyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylcarbonylamino group, an arylcarbonylamino group or an aryl C.sub.1-6 alkylcarbonylamino group.

A compound or their salts as claimed in claim 7, wherein R.sup.9 represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkoxy group (said alkoxy group is unsubstituted or substituted by a halogen atom), a hydroxyl group, a nitro group, a cyano group, a formyl group, an amino group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylamino group, a di C.sub.1-6 alkylamino group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylcarbonylamino group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylsulfonylamino group, an aminocarbonyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylaminocarbonyl group, a di C.sub.1-6 alkylaminocarbonyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylcarbonyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkoxycarbonyl group, an aminosulfonyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylsulfonyl group or a carboxyl group.

A compound or their salts as claimed in claim 8, wherein R.sup.9 represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkoxy group (said alkoxy group is unsubstituted or substituted by a halogen atom), a hydroxyl group, a nitro group, a cyano group, a formyl group, an amino group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylamino group, a di C.sub.1-6 alkylamino group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylcarbonylamino group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylsulfonylamino group, an aminocarbonyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylaminocarbonyl group, a di C.sub.1-6 alkylaminocarbonyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylcarbonyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkoxycarbonyl group, an aminosulfonyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylsulfonyl group or a carboxyl group.

A compound or their salts as claimed in claim 9, wherein R.sup.9 represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkoxy group (said alkoxy group is unsubstituted or substituted by a halogen atom), a hydroxyl group, a nitro group, a cyano group, a formyl group, an amino group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylamino group, a di C.sub.1-6 alkylamino group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylcarbonylamino group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylsulfonylamino group, an aminocarbonyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylaminocarbonyl group, a di C.sub.1-6 alkylaminocarbonyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylcarbonyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkoxycarbonyl group, an aminosulfonyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylsulfonyl group or a carboxyl group.
- 13. A compound or their salts as claimed in claim 10, wherein R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 both represent a methyl group.
- 14. A compound or their salts as claimed in claim 11, wherein R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 both represent a methyl group.
- 15. A compound or their salts as claimed in claim 12, wherein R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 both represent a methyl group.
- 16. A compound or their salts as claimed in claim 15, wherein R.sup.7 and R.sup.8 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, a C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, a C.sub.3-6 cycloalkyl group {said alkyl group and cycloalkyl group each are unsubstituted or substituted by a halogen atom, a carboxyl group, a C.sub.2-6 alkoxycarbonyl group, a hydroxyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkoxy group, a phenyl group (said phenyl group is unsubstituted or substituted by R.sup.2 (R.sup.2 represents a halogen atom, a hydroxyl group, a C.sub.1-4 alkyl group or a C.sub.1-4 alkoxy group)), a formyl group, a cyano group or a nitro group}, a phenyl group (said phenyl group is unsubstituted or substituted by R.sup.2), or
- R.sup.7 and R.sup.8 together form a 1,4-butylene or a 1,5-pentylene {said butylene group and pentylene group each are unsubstituted or substituted by a C.sub.1-4 alkyl group, a phenyl group (said phenyl group is unsubstituted or substituted by R.sup.2), a halogen atom, a hydroxyl group, a C.sub.1-4 alkoxy group or a C.sub.1-4 alkylcarbonyloxy group}, or

- R.sup.7 and R.sup.8, together with the nitrogen atom to which they are bonded, form a pyrrolyl group, a pyrazolyl group or an imidazolyl which is unsubstituted orsubstituted by R.sup.15 (R.sup.15 has the same meaning as defined in R.sup.10).
- W represents ##STR114## in which R.sup.9 represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkoxy group (said alkoxy group is unsubstituted or substituted by a halogen atom), a phenyl group (said phenyl group is unsubstituted or substituted by R.sup.2), a hydroxyl group, a nitro group, a cyano group, a formyl group, a formamido group, an amino group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylamino group, a di C.sub.1-6 alkylamino group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylcarbonylamino group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylsulfonylamino group, an aminocarbonyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylaminocarbonyl group, a di C.sub.1-6 alkylaminocarbonyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylcarbonyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkoxycarbonyl group, an aminosulfonyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylsulfonyl group or a carboxyl group.
- 17. A compound or their salts as claimed in claim 16, wherein R.sup.1 represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a C.sub.1-6 alkyl group (said alkyl group is unsubstituted or substituted by a halogen atom), a C.sub.3-6 cycloalkyl group, a nitro group, a cyano group, a formyl group, a carboxyl group, a hydroxyl group, a formamido group, an amino group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylamino group, a di C.sub.1-6 alkylamino group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylcarbonylamino group, an arylcarbonylamino group, an aryl C.sub.1-6 alkylcarbonylamino group, an aminocarbonyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylaminocarbonyl group, a di C.sub.1-6 alkylaminocarbonyl group, or a C.sub.1-6 alkoxycarbonyl group.
- 18. A compound or their pharmacologically acceptable salts as claimed in claim 17, wherein R.sup.7 and R.sup.8 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, a C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, a C.sub.3-6 cycloalkyl group, or R.sup.7 and R.sup.8 together form a 1,4-butylene or a 1,5-pentylene, or R.sup.7 and R.sup.8 together form (CH.sub.2).sub.l X.sup.1 (CH.sub.2).sub.p (in which l and peach represent 1, 2 or 3 while the sum of them is 3, 4 or 5, and X.sup.1 represents an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom, NR.sup.14 (R.sup.14 represents a hydrogen atom or a C.sub.1-4 alkyl group)), or R.sup.7 and R.sup.8, together with the nitrogen atom to which they are bonded, form a pyrrolyl group or an imidazolyl group.
- 19. A compound or their pharmacologically acceptable salts as claimed in claim 18, wherein the combination of X--Y--Z is --C(O)--NH--, --C(O)--NMe-- or --NH--C(O)--NH--.
- 20. A compound and salts thereof as claimed in claim 19, wherein R.sup.1 represents a hydrogen atom, a nitro group, a cyano group, a carboxyl group, an amino group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylamino group, a di C.sub.1-6 alkylamino group, a C.sub.1-6 alkylcarbonylamino group, an aryl C.sub.1-6 alkylcarbonylamino group or a C.sub.1-6 alkoxycarbonyl group.
- 21. A compound or their salts as claimed in claim 20, wherein R.sup.1 represents a nitro group or a cyano group.
- 22. A compound or their salts as claimed in claim 21, wherein R.sup.7 represents a C.sub.1-6 alkyl group or a C.sub.3-6 cycloalkyl group, R.sup.8 represents a hydrogen atom, and R.sup.7 and R.sup.8 together represent a 1,4-butylene, or R.sup.7 and R.sup.8, together with the nitrogen atom to which they are bonded, form a pyrrolyl group.
- 23. A compound or their salts as claimed in claim 22, wherein R.sup.1 represents a nitro group, and R.sup.7 and R.sup.8, together with the nitrogen atom to which they are bonded, form a pyrrolyl group, and the combination of X--Y--Z is --C(O)--NH--, and R.sup.9 represents a hydrogen atom or a C.sub.1-6 alkoxy.
- 24. A compound or their salts as claimed in claim 22, wherein R.sup.1 represents a nitro group, and R.sup.7 and R.sup.8 together represent a 1,4-butylene, R.sup.9 represents a hydrogen atom, a fluorine atom, a chlorine atom, a methyl group, a methoxy group, an ethoxy group or a nitro group.
- 25. A compound or their salts as claimed in claim 22, wherein R.sup.1 represents a nitro group, R.sup.7 represents a cyclopropyl group, R.sup.8 represents a hydrogen atom, R.sup.9 represents a hydrogen atom, a methoxy group, an ethoxy group, a phenyl group, a nitro group, a hydroxyl group, a methylamino group, a dimethylamino group or an acetamido group, and the combination of X--Y--Z is --C(O)--NH--.
- 26. A compound or their salts as claimed in claim 22, wherein R.sup.1 represents a nitro group, R.sup.7 represents a methyl group or an isopropyl group, R.sup.8 represents a hydrogen atom and R.sup.9 represents a hydrogen atom, a methoxy group, a phenyl group, a nitro group or an acetamido group.
- 27. A pharmaceutical composition containing as an active ingredient the compound or their salts as claimed in claim 1.
- 28. A pharmaceutical composition for curing cardiac insuffiency containing as an active ingredient the compound or their salts as claimed in claim 1.
