Improperly discarded cigarettes are responsible for countless accidental forest fires, and thousands of people are victimized by dwelling fires each year. Additionally, many non-smokers are concerned about the risks of second-hand smoker's product smoke, and non-smokers generally dislike the smell of smoker's product smoke. As a result, for most smokers, being able to enjoy smoking in their own home or automobile can be a challenge.
Prior art proposed a variety of cigarette disposal and smoker's pollution filtration systems to address the problems listed above: Namely, air filtration to remove or reduce secondhand smoke, and/or safe cigarette disposal. The most apparent disadvantages are their lack of versatility and effectiveness.
For example, the prior art in U.S. Pat. No. 5,361,784A, System for removing and disposing of cigarette and cigar smoke and residues. This will likely have a lack of suction as the source of vacuum is beyond the filtration. Moreover, the cigarette disposal is housed before the vacuum unit creating a constant vacuum interaction with the spent smoker's product.
The prior art of U.S. Pat. No. 3,807,148A Air purifying device for use with an ash tray. This configuration does not accommodate for the exhaled smoker's product unless the smoker places their mouth near the ash tray to exhale the smoke.
The vehicle mounted arrangement U.S. Pat. No. 4,643,204A, using contained water within the system has inherent problems. Namely the water could freeze in winter months, and dirty water would smell bad. Additionally, the maintenance would be inconvenient.
The prior art U.S. Pat. No. 4,993,435A, smoking accessory, fails to consider the diverse preferences of smokers. Smokers want to relax or multitask while smoking and the necessity to place one's mouth over the apparatus to exhale would hinder both activities and could cause hyperventilation. Moreover, placing a cigarette in an enclosed container would likely make it burn differently and therefore the full taste of the smoker's product would either be diminished or exaggerated.
US2007020486A1 Tobacco smoking apparatus Requires the smoker to inhale and exhale through a straw like feature. Unless the smoker has acquired a preference for smoking this way, it will be unsatisfactory.
The said invention proposed has the following advantages over the prior art: The apparatus is designed to suck in the smoker's product as well as the smoker's product smoke that is placed or exhaled near the invention apparatus. The embodiments of this invention reflect convenience, flexibility, portability, and versatility, safely discarding and addressing the lit smoker's product and smoker's product smoke.
Numerous embodiments can employ the configuration herein purposed to be utilized to separate the smoker's product from the smoker's product smoke.
For example, placing the invention in the engine area of an automobile with the ash tray/intake port built into the seating area. Again, the ductwork as well as all aspects of the unit being fireproof.
With the portable apparatus this same configuration is successful in reducing smoker's product smoke as well as safely discarding lit smoker's product.

Lit smoker's product (1), is giving off smoke (2), near the ash tray/intake port (3), where it is sucked into the invention apparatus.
Once the smoke is sucked into the primary cylinder (3A), it passes the one-way air valve (4). The smoker's smoke enters the secondary cylinder (5A) once it passes through the protective wire and mesh screen (5).
Within the secondary cylinder, the smoker's product smoke travels through the silencer (6), the vacuum (7), the muffler (8), and the cotton and charcoal filters (10). Number (11) shows the filtered air exiting the unit.
The lit smoker's products are sucked into the primary cylinder where they are gravity fed the disposal base (13), where they may smolder. When the machine is turned off at (9) the spring doors on the one-way air valve (4) close, for lack of vacuum pressure, and the smoldering smoker's product's smoke is trapped in the cylinder. When the user decides to empty the discarded smoker's products there are two clips (12), one on either side of unit. These clips unclip, and the disposal base (13) pulls down and off. The charcoal and cotton filters (10) are removable for cleaning or replacing.
