The present application claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 202323329140.7, entitled “Cigarette Rolling Rack”, filed on Dec. 7, 2023, which said application is incorporated by reference in its entirely herein.
The invention relates to the technical field of cigarette supplies, and in particular, to a cigarette rolling rack.
Nowadays, although cigarettes are very popular, many smokers prefer homemade cigarettes.
When cigarettes are made, firstly, large tobacco leaves are processed into broken powder or cut tobacco, then the cut tobacco is placed on cigarette paper, and finally, the cigarette paper is rolled to wrap the cut tobacco to form cigarettes. However, it is troublesome to adopt a conventional method for manual making of cigarettes.
In order to facilitate the processing operation of the cigarettes, some people may also choose an automatic cigarette roller by which cigarette paper sleeves are positioned by using sleeves, and then a spiral spring is driven by a motor to rotate to automatically push the cut tobacco into the cigarette paper sleeves, which greatly facilitates the automatic processing of cigarettes. However, most cigarette rollers are complex in structure, and cut tobacco is easy to remain in cut tobacco sleeves and other positions of the cigarette rollers so as to be difficult to clear, the cut tobacco itself is easily moistened to go bad, and the made cigarettes are easy to mix with the moistened cut tobacco, which affects the quality of the cigarettes. In addition, the automatic cigarette roller is inconvenient to carry due to a larger volume and is incapable of adjusting sizes of the cigarettes. Therefore, many people do not like to use automatic cigarette rollers.
Therefore, an object of the invention is to provide a cigarette rolling assisting tool that is convenient for cigarette rolling operation, capable of easily clearing daily and simple in structure.
In order to overcome defects in the background art, the invention provides a cigarette rolling rack.
The invention adopts a technical solution: provided is a cigarette rolling rack, including a working plate, wherein the bottom of the working plate is provided with supporting legs for supporting the working plate, and the bottom of the working plate further communicates with positioning sleeves.
A downwards sunken cavity is formed in an upper end surface of the working plate, and the positioning sleeves communicate with the bottom of the cavity.
The positioning sleeves are detachably connected to the working plate.
Mounting holes connected up and down are formed in the working plate, and limiting steps are formed on inner walls of the mounting holes; a circle of an annular boss is formed on an outer ring of an upper end of each of the positioning sleeves, the positioning sleeves are inserted into the mounting holes from top to bottom, and the annular bosses thereof are embedded into the mounting holes and are limited by and matched with the limiting steps.
The working plate is further provided with a plurality of insertion holes.
The positioning sleeves are of conical structures with large upper parts and small lower parts.
The two positioning sleeves are provided and are respectively disposed on two ends of the working plate.
The supporting legs are hinged with the working plate, and the supporting legs have first positions unfolded to support the working plate and second positions folded to be closed.
The supporting legs are made of elastic material and are U-shaped as a whole, and two ends thereof are both inwards bent to form connecting shafts; and two ends of the bottom of the working plate are provided with connecting seats in which hinge holes are formed, and two positioning clamping slots capable of keeping the supporting legs on the first positions or the second positions are further formed in each of the connecting seats.
The working plate is formed by punching an iron sheet.
The invention has beneficial effects: by adopting the above solution, during cigarette rolling, cigarette paper is sleeved outside the positioning sleeves, ground cut tobacco is poured on the working plate, and then the cut tobacco is filled into cigarette paper sleeves through the positioning sleeves to achieve cigarette making, which not only greatly facilitates cigarette making, but also facilitates clearing of tobacco. In addition, the above-mentioned cigarette rolling rack is simple and small in structure, convenient to dismount or mount and easy to carry.
Embodiments of the invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
As shown in the figures, provided is a cigarette rolling rack, including a working plate 1, supporting legs 2 and a plurality of positioning sleeves 3, wherein the working plate 1 is used for placing ground cut tobacco, the supporting legs 2 are used for supporting the working plate 1 to be kept on a certain height position, and the positioning sleeves 3 are disposed on the bottom of the working plate 1 and are connected to the working plate 1. When cigarettes are made, cigarette paper is sleeved outside the positioning sleeves 3, ground cut tobacco is poured on the working plate 1, and then the cut tobacco on the working plate 1 is manually pushed into the positioning sleeves 3 and is filled into cigarette paper sleeves to achieve cigarette making, so that it is very convenient to make the cigarettes, and the working plate is convenient to clear.
A downwards sunken cavity 11 is formed in an upper end surface of the working plate 1, and the positioning sleeves 3 communicate with the bottom of the cavity 11. When cut tobacco is made, the cut tobacco is poured into the cavity 11 of the working plate 1. The cut tobacco is accommodated in the cavity 11, which avoids the cut tobacco from scattering from the working plate 1 when cigarettes are made. Further, a side wall of the cavity 11 is obliquely disposed, a filleted corner is formed at a connection between the side wall of the cavity 11 and the ground, and a dead corner is removed, which is more beneficial to clearing the cut tobacco. In addition, a main part of the working plate 1 is formed by integrally punching a metal sheet, such as an iron or steel sheet, and therefore, the working plate 1 is not only simple in structure, convenient to process, low in making cost, but also very light and thin. Of course, an edge of the working plate 1 may further comprise a plastic structure via integrated injection molding or sleeving bonding, the plastic structure can form a layer of protection to ensure that a user's hands are not scratched by the edge of the working plate 1, thereby improving the safety, and at the same time, by using the plastic structure, making it easier to form a connecting structure for mounting the supporting legs 2.
The positioning sleeves 3 are of conical structures with large upper parts and small lower parts. Due to the conical structures, when cigarettes are made, it is easier to sleeve the cigarette paper sleeves outside the positioning sleeves 3, for example, such that the cigarette paper sleeves are fully or partially wrapped about positioning sleeves 3. Further, the number of the positioning sleeves 3 is not limited to one, and may be set to be more, wherein an optimal choice is to dispose two positioning sleeves 3 respectively disposed on two ends of the working plate 1, by which not only is the volume smaller, but also two cigarettes can be made at the same time, and thus, the making efficiency is increased.
In addition, the positioning sleeves 3 are detachably connected to the working plate 1. By disposing the positioning sleeves with different sizes, making requirements of cigarettes with different sizes can be satisfied, and required cigarettes can be made according to personal effects, so that the application range is wide.
There are a plurality of ways of mounting and dismounting positioning sleeves 3, and associated structures, such as a threaded connection or clamping connection. In the present embodiment, mounting holes 12 connected up and down are formed in the working plate 1, and limiting steps 13 or ridges are formed on inner walls of the mounting holes 12; a circle or annular boss 31 is formed on an outer ring of an upper end of each of the positioning sleeves 3, the positioning sleeves 3 are inserted into the mounting holes 12 from top to bottom, and the annular bosses 31 thereof are received into the mounting holes 12 and are limited by and abutted to the limiting steps 13. When the positioning sleeves are dismounted (removed) or mounted (inserted), the positioning sleeves can be directly inserted into or pulled out of the mounting holes 12, and thus, it is very convenient to dismount or mount.
At the same time, the working plate 1 is further provided with a plurality of storage holes 14 for placing the positioning sleeves 3, the storage holes 14 have different sizes so as to adapt to and receive the positioning sleeves 3 with different sizes, and the positioning sleeves 3 that are not used can be inserted into the insertion holes so as to be stored for later use.
The supporting legs 2 are hinged with the working plate 1, and the supporting legs 2 have first positions unfolded to support the working plate 1 and second positions folded to be closed. When cigarettes are made, the supporting legs 2 are unfolded, the positioning sleeves 3 are mounted, and thus, normal use can be achieved; and when cigarettes are not made, the supporting legs 2 can be folded to be closed, and the positioning sleeves 3 are dismounted, and thus, the whole volume can be reduced, which facilitates carrying.
The supporting legs 2, in an embodiment, are made of elastic metal material and are U-shaped as a whole, and two ends thereof are both inwards bent to form connecting shafts 21. Two ends of the bottom of the working plate 1 are correspondingly provided with connecting seats 15 in which hinge holes 16 are formed, and two positioning clamping slots 17 are further formed in each of the connecting seats 15. The supporting legs 2 are inserted into the hinge holes 16 of the connecting seats 15 by the connecting shafts 21 on the two ends to achieve hinged connection with the working plate. When the supporting legs 2 are located in the first positions or the second positions, the supporting legs 2 can be just clamped in one of the positioning clamping slots 17, thereby ensuring the structural stability.
Above solution is adopted, which not only greatly facilitates cigarette making, but also facilitates clearing. In addition, the above-mentioned cigarette rolling rack is simple and small in structure, convenient to dismount or mount and easy to carry.
