- an outer tubular member applied to the outer surface of said tubular supporting member at the fore end of said inner tubular member, said outer tubular member having an axial length less than the axial length of said inner tubular member;
- said tubular supporting member supporting said inner tubular member and said outer tubular member; and
- said outer tubular member being formed of a first material that can be ignited by rubbing and that allows for quick spreading of flame, and said inner tubular member being formed of a second material that can be easily ignited by said first material and that can be charred and converted into embers surrounding and capable of igniting said outer end of said tobacco article.
