Claims
- 1. A circuit breaker comprising
- a case having a front face,
- a handle for operating the mechanism of said circuit breaker,
- said front face having an opening through which said handle extends,
- grip means for facilitating insertion and removal of said circuit breaker and for also guarding said handle,
- said grip means comprising
- lugs attached to said case, and
- an inverted U-shaped pull secured to said lugs.
- 2. The combination recited in claim 1 wherein
- said lugs are attached one on either side of said handle,
- said case comprises two approximate half-cases,
- threaded nuts held captive between said half-cases,
- said half-cases forming holes in alignment with said nuts,
- screws extending through said lugs, through said holes and into said threaded nuts to secure said lugs to said nuts, and
- securing means extending through said half-cases to fasten said half-cases to each other.
- 3. The combination recited in claim 2 wherein
- said U-shaped pull is attached to said lugs and places to one side of said handle.

No. 519,874, filed Nov. 1, 1974, now U.S. Pat. No. 3,955,162, which in turn was a division of patent application Ser. No. 384,702, filed Aug. 1, 1973, now U.S. Pat. No. 3,863,042.
