Claims
- 1. A cylinder type drive motor for converting driving force of a pressurized fluid cylinder means into torque for rotation, comprising:
- a double acting type pressurized fluid cylinder including a piston member movable reciprocatively, wherein the piston member has a piston main body portion of smaller diameter than the inside diameter of a cylinder body of the cylinder, first and second piston portions formed at opposite ends of the piston member, respectively, and the cylinder body has a partition wall contacting slidably with a surface of the piston main body portion between the first and second piston portions, and inside the cylinder body a first fluid chamber is formed between the first piston portion and the partition wall and a second fluid chamber is formed between a second piston portion and the partition wall;
- a rod member, extending slidably through the piston member and fixed at the opposite ends thereof, for restraining rotation of the piston member;
- a ball screw nut fixed inside the piston member in parallel with the axis thereof, disposed coaxially with the pressurized fluid cylinder;
- a ball screw shaft extending through and engaged with the screw nut, and driven by the piston member to rotate through the screw nut, disposed coaxially with the cylinder means; and
- an output shaft fixed to one end of the screw shaft and formed integrally or separately therewith.
- 2. A cylinder drive type motor for converting driving force of a pressurized fluid cylinder means into torque for rotation, comprising:
- a double acting type pressurized fluid cylinder including a piston member movable reciprocatively, wherein the piston member has a piston main body portion of smaller diameter than the inside diameter of a cylinder body of the cylinder, first and second piston portions formed at opposite ends of the piston member, respectively, and the cylinder body has a partition wall contacting slidably with a surface of the piston main body portion between the first and second piston portions, and inside type cylinder body a first fluid chamber is formed between the first piston portion and the partition wall and a second fluid chamber is formed between a second piston portion and the partition wall;
- a ball screw nut fixed inside the piston member and parallel with the axis thereof, disposed eccentrically with the pressurized fluid cylinder;
- a ball screw shaft extending through and engaged with the screw nut, and driven by the piston member to rotate through the screw nut, disposed eccentrically with the pressurized fluid cylinder; and
- an output shaft fixed to one end of the screw shaft and formed integrally or separately therewith, whereby the eccentric arrangement of the ball screw nut and the screw shaft restrain rotation of the piston member.
- 3. A cylinder drive type motor for converting driving force of a pressurized fluid cylinder means into torque for rotation, comprising:
- a main body member;
- an output member mounted rotatably on the main body member;
- a ball screw nut inserted fixedly in an axial bore formed inside the output member;
- a ball screw shaft extending through and engaged with the ball screw nut;
- a first single acting type pressurized fluid cylinder, mounted fixedly on the main body member of one end side of the screw shaft, for pushing the screw shaft toward the other end thereof;
- a second single acting type pressurized fluid cylinder, mounted fixedly on the main body member of the other end side of the screw shaft, for pushing the screw shaft toward the one end thereof; and
- unrotatable coupling means for connecting opposite ends of the screw shaft to the first and second cylinders, for restraining rotation in to the screw shaft by cooperating with the eccentric arrangement o the ball screw nut and the ball screw shaft relative to the first and second cylinders.
