The mounting recess 211 of the connecting member 2 has a periphery provided with a plurality of ribs 2111 inserted into the slots 131 of the main body 1, so that the connecting member 2 is mounted on the mounting section 13 of the main body 1 through the connecting section 12 of the main body 1. The ribs 2111 of the connecting member 2 are arranged at a vertical state. The locking section 21 of the connecting member 2 has an edge provided with at least one locking hook 212 which is hooked on the stop ring 3. The driving section 22 of the connecting member 2 has a center provided with a through hole 221 extending through the mounting recess 211 of the locking section 21.
The operation member 4 is mounted on and driven by the driving section 22 of the connecting member 2. The operation member 4 is used for cleaning and grinding.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the fitting opening 111 of the main body 1 has a rectangular shape, a polygonal shape or an irregular shape to correspond to a mechanic actuating device with different shapes.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the cleaning grinding head structure further comprises a coupling member 5 locked in the fitting opening 111 of the main body 1. The coupling member 5 has a shape corresponding to that of the fitting opening 111 of the main body 1. The coupling member 5 is provided with a coupling portion 51 for coupling different mechanic actuating devices.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the coupling portion 51 of the coupling member 5 has a form of a post or a socket to correspond to different mechanic actuating devices.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the locking groove 14 of the main body 1 has an arcuate recessed shape, and the stop ring 3 is positioned in the locking groove 14 of the main body 1.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the locking groove 14 of the main body 1 has a bottom provided with at least one mounting cavity 141 connected to the stop ring 3 for receiving the stop ring 3 during detachment of the connecting member 2.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the operation member 4 is provided with a passage 41 mating with the through hole 221 of the connecting member 2.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the passage 41 of the operation member 4 is smaller than the through hole 221 of the connecting member 2.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the operation member 4 is a steel brush, a nylon brush, a bristle brush, a steel wool, a grinder, a cloth wheel, a wool wheel or a sponge.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the stop ring 3 and the main body 1 are formed integrally. The stop ring 3 protrudes outward from a periphery of the main body 1.
In operation, referring to
In addition, the fitting section 11 of the main body 1 has a rectangular shape, a polygonal shape or an irregular shape to correspond to mechanic devices with different shapes and sizes. Further, the fitting opening 111 of the main body 1 cooperates with the coupling member 5 whose coupling portion 51 is used for coupling different types of mechanic devices. For example, when the coupling portion 51 of the coupling member 5 is a post, the coupling portion 51 of the coupling member 5 is inserted into a pneumatic drill. Alternatively, when the coupling portion 51 of the coupling member 5 is a socket, the coupling portion 51 of the coupling member 5 is mounted on a smaller mechanic device that cannot be mounted directly. Further, the at least one mounting cavity 141 of the main body 1 is used for receiving the stop ring 3 when the connecting member 2 is detached. Further, the at least one locking hook 212 of the connecting member 2 is hooked on the stop ring 3, so that the connecting member 2 is locked onto and positioned on the main body 1. Further, the passage 41 of the operation member 4 allows proceeding of cleaning and grinding actions.
When in use, the main body 1 is directly connected with the mechanic device or combined with the coupling member 5 to connect the mechanic device according to the types of the mechanic device, so that the main body 1 and the coupling member 5 are available for mechanic devices of different types. In addition, the connecting member 2 is combined with the operation member 4 of different types so as to achieve different cleaning and grinding functions, including derusting, polishing, grinding and cleaning. Thus, the main body 1 is selectively connected with the connecting member 2 which is combined with the operation member 4 of different types
In practice, when the cleaning grinding head structure is used for derust a metallic workpiece, the operation member 4 is in the form of a steel brush, a steel wool or a grinder, to remove the rust on and grind the metallic workpiece. Then, the at least one locking hook 212 of the connecting member 2 is detached from the stop ring 3 to unlock the connecting member 2, so that the connecting member 2 is detached from the connecting section 12 of the main body 1. Then, the connecting member 2 is replaced a new connecting member 2 which is combined with the operation member 4 which is in the form of a cloth wheel or a wool wheel. At this time, a paint is applied on the operation member 4. Then, the new connecting member 2 is mounted on the main body 1, and the operation member 4 is used for polishing the metallic workpiece.
Alternatively, when the cleaning grinding head structure is used for cleaning a bolt, especially the bolt on a car, the passage 41 of the operation member 4 is mounted on the bolt. In such a manner, when the operation member 4 is rotated, the bolt is rubbed and cleaned by the inner face of the passage 41, so that the operation member 4 cleans the bolt easily and efficiently.
Accordingly, the ribs 2111 of the connecting member 2 are inserted into and secured in the slots 131 of the main body 1, and the at least one locking hook 212 of the connecting member 2 is hooked on the stop ring 3 which is locked in the locking groove 14 of the main body 1, so that the connecting member 2 is locked onto and positioned on the main body 1 steadily. In addition, the ribs 2111 of the connecting member 2 engage the slots 131 of the main body 1, so that the connecting member 2 will not slide during rotation, thereby preventing the connecting member 2 from being loosened and detached from the main body 1 during the rotation at a high speed.
Although the invention has been explained in relation to its preferred embodiment(s) as mentioned above, it is to be understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention. It is, therefore, contemplated that the appended claim or claims will cover such modifications and variations that fall within the scope of the invention.
