In the related art, several clothing coverings are designed for temporary and disposable use are known. Some of these art pieces utilize rolls of paper fabric which have perforated bibs, some of them are in packages or fans, some of them reference the use of adhesives. None of the prior art shows the new and novel combination of the present invention which is to have both a clothing covering and a napkin in one perforatable unit.
A clothing cover/napkin unit that combines having a clothing cover and napkin in one self-contained package, such as a roll, or packaged napkins, would provide cost savings and benefits to a user by having both necessities in one easy to use item. The user can pull off a clothing cover/napkin unit from the roll or the package, remove the napkin aspect from the perforations on the single unit and have a clothing cover that will cover the user's clothing. The present invention is especially beneficial for use with babies, children, and for adults who want the protection of a clothing cover and napkin contained in one unit.
The present invention generally relates to improved clothing cover with a napkin. The clothing cover, can be generally shaped, or configured, such as a bib or coverall. The napkin is substantially located on the same material as the clothing cover and can be removed from the clothing cover/napkin unit when the unit is in whole form. It is envisioned that the clothing cover and the napkin can be made of substantially the same materials. It is envisioned that the present invention can be made of recycled and biodegradable materials.
In various embodiments, the present invention describes a clothing cover and napkin unit that comes as one single sheet of flat, planar surface material.
In various embodiments of the present invention the clothing cover and napkin are comprised of the same material which provides the improved benefit that a user can have a clothing cover and napkin, or dry wipe, of the same disposable material and the user can remove the napkin from the clothing cover when the two are joined as a clothing cover/napkin unit.
In various embodiments, the present invention describes a clothing cover and napkin that are made out of a perforated material that can be stored in tandem and connected with other clothing and napkin units on a roll, such that one clothing cover and napkin unit can be removed from the roll for single use, thereby providing the user with a single, disposable clothing cover/napkin unit.

In various embodiments, the present invention describes a clothing cover and napkin that are made out of a perforatable and absorbent material that has an adhesive on the some of the edges of the clothing cover that allows for the arms of the clothing cover to attach to each other, or to the clothing of a user when in use.
In various embodiments, the present invention describes a clothing cover and napkin are made out of a perforated material that has an adhesive on the edges of the clothing cover that allows for the arms of the clothing cover to attach to each other around a user, or directly to the users clothing when in use and the adhesive is substantially located on the rim between the napkin and the clothing cover forming a horseshoe, oval or other geometric shape.
In various embodiments, the present invention describes a clothing cover and napkin are made out of a perforated material that has an adhesive on the lower edges of the clothing cover that allows for the lower edge of the clothing cover to be folded up when in use thereby catching dry and/or liquid materials.
In various embodiments, the present invention describes a clothing cover and napkin in which multiple napkins can be formed from the single clothing cover/napkin unit. It is envisioned that in several embodiments of the present invention, the invention cars be composed of biodegradable or recycled materials.
Advantages of the present invention include an improved, easy to use, inexpensive, convenient, and disposable method of providing protection for users of all ages along with the added benefit of having a napkin all in the same commercial unit.

In general, the apparatus, systems and methods of the present disclosure are distinguished from and advantageous over other clothing covers, and enhancements, that are conventional in the art, because the systems and methods of the present disclosure use a new and novel clothing cover/napkin that embodies both a clothing cover, or bib, and napkin in one easy to use viable product.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the clothing cover/napkin 1 can be made of a spill resistant material as is known in the art. In one embodiment of the present invention, clothing cover/napkin 1 is preferably composed of an absorbent material, such as conventional fabric, paper, plastic or other materials such as nonwoven or woven materials that can absorb and retain moisture thereby preventing the clothing, or material, under the clothing cover 10 from contacting matter that falls onto the clothing cover 10. It is envisioned that in several embodiments of the present invention, the materials are composed of “green” environmentally friendly materials and can be made of biodegradable or recycled materials, these materials can include, but are not limited to, biodegradable rice paper, biodegradable plastic resins, and biodegradable woven paper.
It is envisioned in some embodiments of the present invention that during the manufacture process of the clothing cover/napkin 1 that an additional material coat of material known in the art for repelling moistures could be applied to the top of the clothing covey/napkin 1, the napkin 15 or the clothing cover 10 individually.
