Abstract
A clothing packing box includes, a main body which stores clothing in an inner space through an opening; a lid which closes the opening of the main body in an openable/closable state; and an inner lid formed in a plate shape to be placed from above on the clothing stored in the inner space, wherein, the inner lid is formed by a paper material and the inner lid can be assembled into a hanger.
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to a clothing packing box. Specifically, the present invention relates to a clothing packing box to pack clothing such as suits.


BACKGROUND ART

Conventionally, when clothing such as suits are manufactured and sold, there are well-known packing boxes for clothing to store the clothing and to deliver the clothing to the customers.


As the clothing packing box, there are boxes which can store the clothing in a state hung on a hanger. If the clothing is stored in such state, it is expected that it is possible to prevent wrinkles in the clothing and the clothing becoming out of shape during delivery (for example, patent literature 1).

SUMMARY OF INVENTION
Technical Problem

However, when the clothing is delivered, it is preferable that the clothing is packed in the most compact state. According to the clothing packing box as described in patent literature 1, the clothing is hung on the hanger, and the packing box becomes large.


In view of the above, it is possible to consider folding or compressing the clothing to pack the clothing in a compact state. However, in such case, there is a concern that there may be wrinkles in the clothing or the clothing may become out of shape. It is desirable that the packed clothing is spread in a state hung on a hanger at the destination of the delivery. However, there may not always be a hanger at the destination of the delivery, and there are cases where the delivered clothing cannot be immediately set in the intended state.


The present invention is made in view of the above problems, and the purpose of the present invention is to provide a clothing packing box which can pack the clothing in a compact state and with which the packed clothing can be immediately set in the intended state.


Solution to Problem

In view of the above problems, according to an aspect of the present invention there is a clothing packing box including:


a main body which stores clothing in an inner space through an opening;


a lid which closes the opening of the main body in an openable/closable state; and


an inner lid formed in a plate shape to be placed from above on the clothing stored in the inner space,


wherein, the inner lid is formed by a paper material and the inner lid can be assembled into a hanger.


Advantageous Effects of Invention

According to the present invention, the clothing can be packed in a compact state, and the packed clothing can be immediately set in the intended state.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS

An embodiment of the present invention is described with reference to the drawings. However, the scope of the present invention is not limited to the illustrated examples.


[Configuration of Clothing Packing Box]


First, the configuration of a clothing packing box 100 according to the present embodiment is described.



FIG. 1 is a diagram of an outer appearance showing the clothing packing box 100 in a closed state.


As shown in FIG. 1, the clothing packing box 100 is a box with a substantial rectangular solid shape which is flat in a closed state. On one side, there is a gripping portion 10A which can be gripped by a user such as a customer.


The clothing packing box 100 is formed by a stiff paper material such as coated cardboard or cardboard. The gripping portion 10A is formed by a fabric material, but paper material similar to the clothing packing box 100 can also be used.



FIG. 2 is a diagram of an outer appearance showing the clothing packing box 100 in an open state.


As shown in FIG. 2, clothing S is stored in the inner space of the clothing packing box 100. For example, the clothing packing box 100 is used for packing the clothing S at a manufacturer or a seller of the clothing and for delivering the clothing to a customer. Examples of the clothing S include clothing consisting of an upper garment (jacket, etc.) and a lower garment (pants, skirt, etc.) such as a custom-made suit made (sewn) according to an order received from a customer, but the type of clothing is not limited. Needless to say, only the upper garment or the lower garment may be packed.



FIG. 3 is a diagram describing a configuration of the clothing packing box 100.


As shown in FIG. 3, the clothing packing box 100 includes a main body 10 which forms a storage space 200 to store the clothing S, a lid 20 which closes the storage space 200, and an inner lid 30 which presses from above the clothing S stored in the storage space 200 inside the clothing packing box 100.


The main body 10 includes a rectangular base 11 formed by a plate shaped material, a front side surface 12, a rear side surface 13, a right edge surface 14, and a left edge surface 15 which are provided standing upward from each of the four edges of the base 11, and the inner space formed surrounded by the five surfaces is to be the storage space 200.


The region facing the base 11 in the main body 10 with the storage space 200 in between, that is, the region surrounded by the upper edge of the front side surface 12, the rear side surface 13, the right edge surface 14, and the left edge surface 15 is to be an opening 16. The clothing S can be stored and removed from the opening 16.


A gripping portion 10A is provided in the front side surface 12.


The lid 20 is a plate shaped member provided continuously from the upper edge of the rear side surface 13, and covers the opening 16 of the main body 10 in a state in which the lid 20 can be opened and closed. The lid 20 includes a main surface 21 which is to be the surface of the clothing packing box 100 when the opening 16 is in a closed state (the storage space 200 is in a closed state), inserted flaps 22 and 22 provided to extend downward from both the left and right edge of the main surface 21, and an unfastening flap 23 provided to extend downward from the front edge of the main surface 21.


If the lid 20 is closed, the inserted flaps 22 and 22 are inserted to come into contact with the left and right inner surfaces of the storage space 200. The unfastening flap 23 covers the outer surface of the front side face and the main surface 21 closes the opening 16. If the lid 20 is opened, the unfastening flap 23 is pulled upward, the inserted flaps 22 and 22 are pulled from the storage space 200, and the opening 16 is released from the main surface 21.


The unfastening flap 23 includes a hole forming portion 23b surrounded by detaching lines. By detaching the hole forming portion 23b, a through hole portion 23a (see FIG. 1 and FIG. 2) which is a hole to insert the gripping portion 10A can be formed.


If the customer who receives the clothing packing box 100 needs to carry the clothing packing box 100, the customer can detach the hole forming portion 23b to form the through hole portion 23a, insert the gripping portion 10A through the through hole portion 23a, and carry the clothing packing box 100 outside. The clothing packing box 100 can be used without forming the through hole portion 23a (without pulling out the gripping portion 10A).


The above configuration is preferable to prevent the gripping portion 10A from coming outside and interfering with the delivery. Alternatively, the through hole portion 23a can be formed from before the delivery is made.


The inner lid 30 is formed by a plate shaped material and is used to cover from above the clothing S when the clothing S is stored in the storage space 200 of the main body 10 (see FIG. 2).


Specifically, the inner lid 30 includes a rectangular top surface 30A including a size which matches with the opening 16, and folded flaps 30B and 30B which are provided to extend downward from both the front and rear edges of the top surface 30A.


After the clothing S is stored in the storage space 200 of the main body 10, the folded flaps 30B and 30B are inserted so as to come into contact with the inner side of the front and rear surfaces of the storage space 200. The top surface 30A lightly presses the clothing S from the above. With this, the inner lid 30 is positioned.


According to the above, the clothing S does not move within the clothing packing box 100 during delivery, and it is possible to prevent the clothing from being twisted or out of shape.


The top surface of the inner lid 30 includes a holder 30C which holds a removable message card, etc., and a desired message card can be attached by the manufacturer or the seller of the clothing or by the free will of the customer.


According to the present embodiment, the holder 30C includes two cutout portions in which each of the two corners of the rectangular card can be inserted or pulled out. The configuration of the holder 30C is not limited to the above, and may be any configuration which can hold the card. For example, the configuration can be a pocket in which the card can be inserted or pulled out.


Such inner lid 30 can be assembled into a hanger 50 (see FIG. 5) to hang the clothing S. With this, the customer who receives the clothing S is able to assemble the hanger 50 from the inner lid 30 which is a plate material and the customer is able to hang the stored clothing S.



FIG. 4 is a planar view showing a state in which the inner lid 30 is spread.


When the hanger 50 is assembled, as shown in FIG. 4, the inner lid 30 is spread so that the top surface 30A and the folded flaps 30B and 30B are on one plane.


As shown in FIG. 4, the inner lid 30 includes a first region 31 which is to be a hook 51 of the hanger 50 (see FIG. 5), a second region 32 which is to be a hanger main body 52 of the hanger 50 (see FIG. 5), and a third region 33 which is to be a hanging portion 53 of the hanger 50 (see FIG. 5).


The top surface of the inner lid 30 includes a guidance 40 which shows how to assemble the hanger 50.


The first region 31 is positioned in one end in a long direction of the inner lid 30 in a spread out state, and when the clothing S is stored in the clothing packing box 100, the first region 31 is folded to the bottom surface side of the second region 32.


The first region 31 includes two hook flaps 31a and 31a positioned symmetrical with a folded line 311 in between. The instructions “mountain fold” are described beside the folded line 311.


When the folded line 311 is folded and the two hook flaps 31a and 31a are overlapped, the hook 51 of the hanger 50 is formed.


The second region 32 is a region which covers a large portion when the clothing S is covered by the inner lid 30, and the guidance 40 and the holder 30C are provided on the top surface of the second region 32.


The second region 32 includes a first slit 321, folded portions 322 and 322 provided near both ends of the first slit 321, and a second slit 323.


The first slit 321 is provided to extend along a short direction of the inner lid 30, and the first slit 321 is provided to insert from below the hook 51 in which the two hook flaps 31a and 31a are overlapped.


The folded portions 322 and 322 are provided near both ends of the first slit 321 so as to be symmetrical with relation to the first slit. The folded portions 322 and 322 include a plurality of folded lines extending radially from each end of the first slit 321. The instructions showing either “mountain fold” or “valley fold” are described beside each folded line.


The folded lines of the folded portions 322 and 322 are folded according to the instructions. With this, it is possible to form shoulder contact portions 521 and 521 (see FIG. 5) in a shape in which the thickness gradually increases in a front and back direction. Then, when the hook 51 is inserted from the bottom side in the first slit 321, the hanger main body 52 is formed and the hook 51 is fixed to the hanger main body 52.


The second slit 323 is provided to be parallel with the first slit 321 in a position separated with a predetermined space from the first slit 321. The second slit 323 is provided to insert a projecting flap 531 (see FIG. 5) of the hanging portion 53 from above.


The third region 33 is positioned in the other end of the spread inner lid 30 in the long direction.


The third region 33 includes a detaching line 331 and a folded line 332 which connects both ends of the detaching line 331. The detaching line 331 as a whole extends along the short direction of the inner lid 30. The detaching line 331 includes a curve 331a in the center in the short direction. The instruction “mountain fold” is described beside the folded line 332.


The detaching line 331 includes the curve 331a to form a projecting flap 531 (see FIG. 5) when the detaching line 331 is detached. The folded line 332 is folded to form a hole 532 (see FIG. 5). Then, when the projecting flap 531 is inserted in the second slit 323, the hanging portion 53 is fixed with relation to the hanger main body 52.


The guidance 40 includes a schematic diagram 41 showing how to assemble the inner lid 30 into the hanger 50, and an explanatory text 42 corresponding to the schematic diagram 41.


The customer refers to the schematic diagram 41 and the explanatory text 42 to create and assemble each portion of the hanger 50 from the first region 31, the second region 32, and the third region 33.



FIG. 5 is a perspective diagram showing a hanger 50 formed by assembling the inner lid 30. FIG. 6 is a front view of the hanger 50 shown in FIG. 5, and FIG. 7 is a side view showing the hanger 50 shown in FIG. 5.


As shown in FIG. 5 to FIG. 7, the hanger 50 includes a hook 51, a hanger main body 52 which comes into contact with the inner surface of the upper garment and which holds the upper garment, and a hanging portion 53 in which the lower garment is hung to hang the lower garment.


The hook 51 is positioned in the center of the hanger 50 in the long direction.


Since the two hook flaps 31a and 31a are overlapped to form the hook 51, the necessary strength is secured in the hook 51.


The hanger main body 52 includes two shoulder contact portions 521 and 521 in contact with the inner surface of the left and right shoulder portions of the upper garment, and two chest/back portions 522 and 522 in contact with the inner surface of either the chest or the back of the upper garment.


The shoulder contact portions 521 extend diagonally downward from each side of a base of the hook 51. As shown in FIG. 5, shoulder contact portions 521 are formed so that the thickness in the front and rear direction gradually increases as the distance from the base of the hook 51 becomes farther.


The chest/back portions 522 are surfaces which connect the front side edges of the left and right shoulder contact portions 521 and 521 and the rear side edges of the left and right shoulder contact portions 521 and 521.


When the hanger main body 52 is formed three-dimensionally, the shape of the clothing S can surely be resumed when the clothing S is held.


The hanging portion 53 is provided continuously from the lower edge of one of the chest/back portions 522. The hanging portion 53 includes a long hole 532 along the long direction of the hanger 50, and the lower garment can be hung in the hole 532.


[Method of Use for Clothing Packing Box]


Next, the method of use for the clothing packing box 100 is described.


As described above, the clothing packing box 100 is used for packing the clothing S such as a suit made (sewn) according to an order received from the customer, and delivering the clothing S to the customer.


Preferably, after a sewing process is finished, the clothing S is dried for a predetermined amount of time at a predetermined temperature, and is placed in a packaging bag with air tightness while maintaining a predetermined low humidity state.


The temperature and amount of time that the clothing is dried is suitably set depending on the material of the fabric included in the clothing. That is, the temperature and the amount of time that the clothing is dried is suitably set according to the characteristics of the fabric so that the “predetermined low humidity state” after drying is the suitable state in which wrinkles hardly occur in the fabric.


As described above, by placing the clothing S in a packaging bag with airtightness under predetermined conditions, the excellent state of the clothing without wrinkles can be restored by simply removing the clothing S from the packaging bag after opening the box, and hanging the clothing on a normal hanger.


In the clothing packing box 100, the clothing S placed in the packaging bag with airtightness is stored in the main body 10, and after the above is covered by the inner lid 30, the lid 20 is closed and the clothing packing box 100 is delivered to the customer.


Since the clothing S is covered by the plate-shaped inner lid 30, the clothing S is pressed inside the clothing packing box 100. With this, it is possible to prevent the clothing S from moving within the clothing packing box 100. It is also possible to make the entire size of the clothing packing box 100 to a compact size.


Since the clothing S is placed in a packaging bag with airtightness, it is possible to more surely prevent wrinkles in the clothing S and to pack the clothing S in a more compact size.


After the clothing packing box 100 is delivered to the customer, the customer assembles the inner lid 30 of the clothing packing box 100 into the hanger 50, and the hanger 50 can be used to hang the clothing S.


Therefore, even if there is no hanger 50 at the destination of the delivery, the clothing S can be hung from the assembled hanger 50. With this, the wrinkles and the folded lines of the clothing S are extended, and the clothing S can be restored to the intended state.


Here, according to the hanger 50 of the present embodiment, since the hanger main body 52 is thick in the front and rear direction, the strength is secured. With this, the clothing S can be hung for a long period of time.


Since the shoulder contact portions 521 and 521 are thick, the shape of the shoulder of the upper garment can be surely restored. The hanging portion 53 enables the lower garment to be hung. Therefore, even if the clothing S is a suit including an upper garment and a lower garment and the shape of the shoulder is three-dimensional, by using the assembled hanger 50, the intended state can be restored immediately.


The hanger 50 is made of paper and after the wrinkles in the clothing S are extended, the hanger 50 can be burned.


Effect of Embodiment

As described above, according to the present embodiment, the clothing packing box 100 includes the main body 10 which stores the clothing S in the storage space 200 through the opening 16, the lid 20 which closes the opening 16 of the main body 10 in an openable/closable state, and the plate shaped inner lid 30 which is placed from above on the clothing S stored in the storage space 200. The inner lid 30 is formed by paper and can be assembled into the hanger 50.


Therefore, the hanger does not need to be used to store the clothing S when the clothing S is packed. Moreover, the stored clothing S can be pressed by the inner lid 30. With this, the clothing S can be packed in a compact state. Further, the inner lid 30 is assembled into the hanger 50, and after the box is opened, the stored clothing S can be spread out and hung on the hanger 50.


Therefore, the clothing S can be packed in a compact state and the packed clothing S can be placed in the intended state immediately.


According to the present embodiment, the guidance 40 showing how to assemble the inner lid 30 into the hanger 50 is provided on the top surface of the inner lid 30.


Therefore, the inner lid 30 can be easily assembled into the hanger 50.


According to the present embodiment, the hanger 50 includes a hook 51, and a hanger main body 52 which holds the clothing S. The hanger main body 52 includes shoulder contact portions 521 and 521 which are provided extending to both sides from the base of the hook 51 and which are in contact with the inner surfaces of the left and right shoulder portions of the clothing S. The two shoulder contact portions 521 and 521 are formed so that as the distance from the base of the hook 51 becomes farther, the thickness in the front and rear direction gradually increases.


Therefore, if the upper garment of the clothing S is held by the hanger 50, the shape of the shoulder of the upper garment can be surely restored.


According to the present embodiment, the inner lid 30 includes the first region 31 which is to be the hook 51 and the second region 32 which is to be the hanger 52. The second region 32 includes the first slit 321 through which the hook 51 is inserted, and two folded portions 322 and 322 which are to be two shoulder contact portions 521 and 521 positioned near both ends of the first slit 321 and symmetrical with relation to the first slit. The two folded portions 322 and 322 include a plurality of folded lines which extend radially from the end of the first slit 321.


Therefore, the hook 51 and the hanger main body 52 of the hanger 50 can be assembled from the inner lid 30. Moreover, the three-dimensional shoulder contact portions 521 and 521 corresponding to the shape of the shoulder in the upper garment of the clothing S can be formed in the hanger main body 52.


According to the present embodiment, the hanger 50 includes the hanging portion 53 in which the hole 532 is formed to hang and support the clothing S.


Therefore, the hanger 50 is able to hold the lower garment of the clothing S, and the shape of the lower garment can be restored.


According to the present embodiment, the inner lid 30 includes the third region 33 which is to be the hanging portion 53.


Therefore, the inner lid 30 can be assembled into the hanging portion 53 of the hanger 50.


According to the present embodiment, the clothing S is a suit placed inside the packaging bag with airtightness.


Therefore, the clothing packing box 100 can be used to pack the suits in a more compact state and the packed suit can be set to the intended state immediately.


According to the present embodiment, the gripping portion 10A which is provided so that the user is able to grip the clothing packing box 100 is provided on the side surface of the main body 10.


Therefore, the user is able to carry the clothing packing box 100 easily.


[Others]


An embodiment of the present invention is described above, however, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments. The present invention can be modified without leaving the scope of the present invention.


For example, according to the present embodiment, the configuration in which the main body 10 and the lid 20 are formed as one in the clothing packing box 100 is described, but the main body 10 and the lid 20 can be made as different parts.


According to the present embodiment, the clothing packing box 100 is shaped in a substantial rectangular solid which is flat (when the lid 20 is closed), but the shape is not limited to the above as long as an inner space which can store the clothing S is formed.


For example, a hexahedron which is rectangular or cubic in a shape other than a flat rectangular solid can be made, or the shape can be a solid other than the hexahedron. Alternatively, the solids shaped as described above can be chamfered in the ridgeline of two surfaces.


According to the present embodiment, the clothing S is packed in the packaging bag with airtightness, but the clothing S does not need to be placed in the packaging bag with airtightness.


According to the present embodiment, a gripping portion 10A is provided in the main body 10, but the gripping portion 10A does not have to be provided.


According to the present embodiment, the inner lid 30 of the clothing packing box 100 is assembled into the hanger 50, but the plate-shaped material which can be assembled into the hanger 50 is not limited to the inner lid 30.


INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY

The present invention is suitable for providing a clothing packing box in which clothing such as suits are packed.

  • 1. A clothing packing box comprising: a main body which stores clothing in an inner space through an opening;a lid which closes the opening of the main body in an openable/closable state; andan inner lid formed in a plate shape to be placed from above on the clothing stored in the inner space,wherein, the inner lid is formed by one sheet of paper material and the inner lid can be assembled into a hanger,the hanger includes a hook and a hanger main body which stores clothing,the hanger main body includes two shoulder contact portions which are extended from both sides of a base of the hook and which come into contact with inner surfaces of left and right shoulder portions of the clothing,the inner lid includes a first region which is to be the hook and a second region which is to be the hanger main body,the second region includes a slit through which the hook passes and two folded portions which are positioned near both ends of the slit to be symmetrical with relation to the slit, and which are to be the two shoulder contact portions,the two folded portions include a plurality of folded lines which extend radially from the end of the slit and which are to be folded to a mountain fold or a valley fold, andby folding along the folded lines according to instructions to fold as the mountain fold or the valley fold, the two shoulder contact portions are formed so that a thickness in a front and rear direction gradually increases as a distance from the base of the hook increases.
  • 2. The clothing packing box according to claim 1, further comprising a guidance on a top surface of the inner lid, the guidance showing how to assemble the inner lid into the hanger.

  • 5. The clothing packing box according to claim 1, wherein the hanger includes a hanging portion formed with a hole to support clothing in a hung state.
  • 6. The clothing packing box according to claim 5, wherein the inner lid includes a third region which is to be the hanging portion.
  • 7. The clothing packing box according to claim 1, wherein the clothing is a suit placed in a packaging bag with airtightness.
  • 8. The clothing packing box according to claim 1, wherein a gripping portion which a user uses to grip the clothing packing box is provided on a side of the main body.
