Claims
- 1. A device, comprising:
a spring configured to form a closed loop, the spring being moveable between a coiled configuration when the spring is collapsed and an uncoiled configuration when the spring is expanded, the spring defining a circumference while in the uncoiled configuration; a first material having a perimeter; and a second material coupled to the first material proximate the perimeter, the first material and the second material collectively defining an inflatable chamber, at least a portion of the spring being disposed between the first material and the second material.
- 2. The device of claim 1, wherein an outer perimeter of the inflatable chamber includes a first point and a second point opposite the first point, the inflatable chamber includes a portion that extends from the first point to the second point of the inflatable chamber.
- 3. The device of claim 1, wherein the spring defines an interior area within a plane, a portion of the inflatable bladder within the plane being disposed entirely within the interior area.
- 4. The device of claim 1, wherein the spring includes a first end and a second end opposite the first end, the first end of the spring being coupled to the second end of the spring while in the coiled configuration and while in the uncoiled configuration.
- 5. The device of claim 1, further comprising:
a sleeve, the spring includes a first end and a second end opposite the first end, the first end of the spring and the second end of the spring being disposed within the sleeve while in the coiled configuration and while in the uncoiled configuration.
- 6. The device of claim 1, wherein the spring is made of plastic.
- 7. The device of claim 1, wherein the spring has a circular shape when in the uncoiled configuration.
- 8. A device, comprising:
a spring configured to form a closed loop, the spring being moveable between a coiled configuration when the spring is collapsed and an uncoiled configuration when the spring is expanded, the spring defining a circumference while in the uncoiled configuration; and an inflatable bladder being fixedly attached to the spring, the inflatable bladder being disposed about at least a portion of the circumference.
- 9. The device of claim 8, wherein the spring defines an interior area within a plane, a portion of the inflatable bladder within the plane being disposed entirely within the interior area.
- 10. The device of claim 8, wherein the spring includes a first end and a second end opposite the first end, the first end of the spring being coupled to the second end of the spring while in the coiled configuration and while in the uncoiled configuration.
- 11. The device of claim 8, further comprising:
a sleeve, the spring includes a first end and a second end opposite the first end, the first end of the spring and the second end of the spring being disposed within the sleeve while in the coiled configuration and while in the uncoiled configuration.
- 12. The device of claim 8, wherein an outer perimeter of the inflatable bladder includes a first point and a second point opposite the first point, the inflatable bladder includes a portion that extends from the first point to the second point of the inflatable bladder.
- 13. The device of claim 8, wherein the spring is made of plastic.
- 14. The device of claim 8, wherein the spring has a circular shape when in the uncoiled configuration.
- 15. A device, comprising:
a spring configured to form a closed loop, the spring being moveable between a coiled configuration when the spring is collapsed and an uncoiled configuration when the spring is expanded, the spring defining a circumference while in the uncoiled configuration; and an inflatable bladder having a first portion and a second portion, at least a portion of the spring being disposed within the first portion of the inflatable bladder, the second portion of the inflatable bladder being disposed about at least a portion of the circumference.
- 16. The device of claim 15, wherein the spring defines an interior area within a plane, a portion of the second portion of the inflatable bladder within the plane being disposed entirely within the interior area.
- 17. The device of claim 15, wherein the spring includes a first end and a second end opposite the first end, the first end of the spring being coupled to the second end of the spring while in the coiled configuration and while in the uncoiled configuration.
- 18. The device of claim 15, further comprising:
a sleeve, the spring includes a first end and a second end opposite the first end, the first end of the spring and the second end of the spring being disposed within the sleeve while in the coiled configuration and while in the uncoiled configuration.
- 19. The device of claim 15, wherein an outer perimeter of the inflatable bladder includes a first point and a second point opposite the first point, the inflatable bladder includes a portion that extends from the first point to the second point of the inflatable bladder.
- 21. The device of claim 15, wherein the spring is made of plastic.
- 22. The device of claim 15, wherein the spring has a circular shape when in the uncoiled configuration.
