The present invention relates to novel collection and storage devices with one or multiple accessory cavities and one or multiple collection cavity apparatuses that are capable of collecting organic and non-organic materials while storing various accessories directly on the body of the collection and storage device. More particularly, the present invention relates to a collection and storage device that specializes in the storage of accessories and the collection or disposal of items that are not limited to ash and other organic or non-organic disposables while cleaning and holding other accessories on the body of the collection and storage device.
Ash trays, generally built in the basic flat design, have been around for a long period of time and have performed well in the market of the smoking industry. Traditionally, an ash tray consists of a flat bowl shaped cup that allows the user to dispose of the ash that is created as a byproduct of the user smoking their water pipe, tobacco or any other organic substance filled cigar. After they have finished partaking in the activity, they are encouraged to place what is left of the smoking remanence into the flat ash tray, but due to the minimal height of the perimeter wall this would give a lit cigar that is resting in the flat bowl shaped ash tray the opportunity to be blown into the wind and potentially become a fire hazard.
As mentioned prior the flat bowl shaped cup allows the user to place their finished smoking remanence into open ash tray but this allows the smell to dissipate around the room as well as being a fire hazard. By having such a wide open design there is nothing that is stopping the inflow of oxygen to the cigar or other disposable substances that are attempting to be extinguished. This increased flow of oxygen prolongs the smell dissipation while lengthening time it takes for a cigar filled with tobacco or other organic substance to be extinguished.
In the past, ash trays have only had one use case with that generally being a wide bowl in place for users to push their finished cigars and unwanted ash remains into. There are currently ash trays on the market that elect to use a slim and long metal shaft that goes perpendicularly through the center plane of the ash tray allowing the user to poke a hole in their accessories. The problem with this use case is that the accessory is not cleaned very well and the ash that comes out of the accessories is then collected down in the flat ash tray that we mentioned earlier susceptible to fire and extended dissipation of the remanence smell.
We want to solve the problem and minimize the amount of space that products take up on the user's area of interest at once whether it is but not limited to their desk, table, store counter or any other suitable surface. Prior to our invention, there has not been an item on the market that allows the user to hold and store their organic or non-organic accessories directly on the body of their collection and storage device or disposal item of the like while being capable of cleaning necessary accessories.
With that being said, there is a need in the market for a collection and storage device that is able to hold users accessories on the body of the device while supporting a collection cavity device that is able to dissipate the smell and minimize the amount of oxygen that reaches the lit cigarette bud.
The present invention comprises a novel collection and storage device generally consisting of one or multiple collection cavities that are adjustable for depth and height which are used for the collection of but not limited to ash and other organic or non-organic disposables of the like. The collection cavity device is generally but not always encompassed by other cavities that are adjustable for depth and height in order to hold the user's accessories directly on the body of the collection and storage device. These accessories may include but are not limited to lighters, rolling papers, canisters, jars, bags, dab sticks, dabbers, rigs, cigar splitters, hemp wax, cigarillos, trays, pipes, water pipes, water bongs, and torches.
The collection and storage device can be created in many different adjustable sizes, shapes and materials including but not limited to ceramics, metals, glass, plastic, polymers, aluminum, carbon fiber, steel, fiberglass, acrylic or any other suitable material that is preferably fire retardant and strong enough to hold the necessary material and accessories. Interchangeable sizes of collection and accessory cavities may be placed around the perimeter and area of the collection and storage device in order to enable the holding of different adjustable sizes of accessories around the device. The collection and storage device comprises of a collection cavity that is placed under the bowl and other accessory cleaning spike that is held up on cigar resting pillars, which in this embodiment of the present invention allows the cleaning spike to poke and clean the user's accessories then have the unwanted ash or other organic or non-organic material fall into the wide perimeter funnel that is capable of dropping the material into the collection cavity below. When the collection device has been filled to a point that can be seen through the protruding collection cavity window, that is adjustable for depth, height and shape, the user is able to disconnect the top section of the device from the bottom base section of the device by but not limited to a form-fitting connection or screw thread in order to dispose of the remanence of ash or other organic or non-organic materials of the like.
The cleaning spike mentioned prior is an object with a point at the top that is adjustable for depth, shape and size. The tip of this point can be equipped with but not limited to a needle tip, brush tip, plastic or polymer tip, or any other metal brush tips. The cigar resting pillars of the present embodiment of this invention are placed on the inside slope of the inner downward slopping funnel in order to hold the cigar of the user as it is set to extinguish while resting on the collection and storage device. The explained pillars are adjustable by size, placement and shape being able to be placed at different distances apart from either pillar creating a cavity for different sizes of cigars the user may choose to have. The cleaning spike and cigar resting pillars alike are both in the center of the wide funnel top section of the collection and storage device but are not limited to this placement. The wide funnel in this embodiment of the present invention, is designed to funnel organic or non-organic materials into the collection cavity being designed in this embodiment with perimeter edge cigar notches which are adjustable for size, shape and depth that allow the user to rest their cigar or other accessories on the perimeter of the wide funnel.
On the body of this embodiment of the collection and storage device can be found a cylindrical hole and protruding razor blade which are adjustable for different sizes, shapes and depths which are able to put a parallel cut in the outside sheath of a cigar. After passing the cigar thorough the cylindrical hole the user will then be able to empty the remains into the collection cavity or other disposal bin and replace it with the organic substance of their choosing.
Another aspect of the invention involves a collection and storage device comprising a bottom section including a collection cavity configured to receive unwanted ash or other organic or non-organic disposal substances to be disposed; a top section that mates with the bottom section, the top section including a disposal hole configured to allow the unwanted ash or other organic or non-organic disposal substances to be disposed there through, a funnel, a perimeter, and one or more of a cleaning spike configured to clean accessories, a plurality of cigar resting pillars, and a plurality of cigar resting notches configured to rest a cigar on the perimeter of the funnel.
One or more implementations of the aspect of the invention described immediately above includes one or more of the following: the top section includes at least the cleaning spike and the cigar resting pillars, and the cigar resting pillars are in place directly under the cleaning spike; the top section includes at least the cigar resting pillars, and the cigar resting pillars have varying widths to accommodate different depths, widths and sizes of cigars or other accessories into the cigar resting pillars; the top section includes at least the cigar resting notches, and the cigar resting notches have varying characteristics to accommodate different depths, widths and sizes of cigars or other accessories into the cigar resting notches; the bottom section includes one or more attachment elements of one or more windows, one or more cigar splitters, and one or more accessory cavities configured to store accessories or unwanted organic or non-organic remanence; the bottom section includes one or more accessory cavities configured to store one or more of rolling papers, canisters, jars, bags, dab sticks, dabbers, rigs, cigar splitters, hemp wax, cigarillos, trays, pipes, water pipes, water bongs, lighters, and torches; the collection and storage device is made of one or more of ceramics, metals, glass, plastic, polymers, aluminum, carbon fiber, steel, fiberglass, and acrylic; and/or the cleaning spike includes one or more of a needle tip, brush tip, plastic or polymer tip, or other metal brush tips.

New collection and storage devices with accessory cavities and collection cavities for accessories, ash, and other disposables of the like are discussed herein. In the following description, for purposes of explanation, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. It will be evident, however, to one skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced without these specific details.
The present disclosure is to be considered as an exemplification of the invention, and is not intended to limit the invention to the specific embodiments illustrated by the figures or description below.

In the depicted embodiment of the present invention, the cigar resting pillars 13 are in place directly under the cleaning spike 12 on the top section 100. The designs of the cigar resting pillars 13 are adjustable for size, placement, height, shape, depth and width. In this embodiment,
Around the perimeter of the wide mouth funnel 16 of the top section 100 there are cigars resting notches 11 that allow the user to rest their items that are not only limited to cigars or other accessories in the cavity while in this embodiment they may allow their cigar to extinguish over the cigar resting pillars 13 and have the organic or non-organic remanence fall into the collection cavity 17 below. In another embodiment, the user may allow the organic or non-organic accessory to fall directly into the collection cavity 17 below through the disposal hole 14 after resting in the cigar resting notches 11 or funneling down the wide funnel 16. The cigar resting notches are adjustable by size, shape, placement, depth and height.
In this embodiment of the present invention the cigar splitter 20 that is attached to the body of the collection and storage device is a cylindrical hole that creates a cavity in the device that allows the user to push a cigar or cigarillo into the cavity. Inside of the cavity of the cigar splitter 20 it holds the cavity of the razor blade 21 that is able to make a straight parallel cut into the sheath of the cigar or cigarillo that was pushed through the cylindrical hole. This will allow the user to cut their cigar or cigarillo and place what was inside into the collection cavity 17 then carry on place the organic substance of their choosing into the cigar or cigarillo. The cigar splitter 20 and razor blade cavity 21 are all adjustable by direction, size, placement, quantity, shape, and width.
