DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Illustrative embodiments are now described. Other embodiments may be used in addition or instead. Details that may be apparent or unnecessary may be omitted to save space or for a more effective presentation. Some embodiments may be practiced with additional components or steps and/or without all of the components or steps that are described.

FIG. 1 shows a front view of an embodiment of the combination blanket and bag. FIG. 2 shows a rear view of the combination blanket and bag shown in FIG. 1. FIG. 3 shows a rear view of the combination blanket and bag shown in FIG. 1, wherein the blanket is folded. FIGS. 4-5 show rear views of the combination blanket and bag shown in FIG. 1, wherein the pocket is turned inside out. FIGS. 6-7 show rear views of the combination blanket and bag shown in FIG. 1, wherein the pocket is inverted to receive the folded blanket. FIG. 8 shows a rear view of the combination blanket and bag shown in FIG. 1, wherein the pocket is inverted to accommodate the blanket. FIG. 9 shows a rear perspective view of the combination blanket and bag shown in FIG. 1, wherein the fasteners are disengaged from each other.

Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2 together, the combination blanket and bag include a blanket 11 and a pocket 13. The blanket 11 has a first end 111, a second end 113, a third end 115, and a fourth end 117. The second end 113 is opposite to the first end 111. The third end 115 is connected to the first end 111 and the second end 113. The fourth end 117 is connected to the first end 111 and the second end 113 and opposite to the third end 115. The pocket 13 is located on a portion of the third end 115. There are fasteners 131 and an opening 133 located on the pocket 13.

In this embodiment, the upper portion of pocket 13 overlaps, but is not limited to, one-third of the length of the third end 115. In another embodiment, the entire pocket 13 can be positioned within the boundary of and near the edge of the third end 115 of blanket 11. As such, the blanket 11 can cover the entire pocket 13, thus saving space in the entire combination.

Referring to FIG. 3, seeing from a rear view of the combination blanket and bag, the first end 111 and the second end 113 are folded toward the center of the blanket 11, thereby reducing the size of the blanket 11.

Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, the opening 133 can receive the blanket 11 when the blanket 11 is folded. The pocket 13 is then turned inside out to form a tote bag and the third end 115 is inserted into the pocket 13. The pocket 13 reveals its inner lining on the outside when turned inside out. For example, decorative patterns such as a baseball, basketball, or soccer ball can be displayed on the outside. In this embodiment, the pocket 13 is, but is not limited to, a rounded shape.

Referring to FIGS. 6 to 8, after the pocket 13 is turned inside out, the opening 133 can receive the folded blanket 11. The fourth end 117 is folded toward the center of the blanket 11, further reducing the size of the blanket 11. Subsequently, the folded blanket 11 passes through the opening 113 into the interior space of the pocket 13. Thus, the pocket 13 can accommodate the blanket 11, as shown in FIG. 8.

Referring to FIGS. 1 and 9 together, the fasteners 131 are connected to the pocket 13 and the blanket 11. The blanket 11 can be removed from the pocket 13 when the fasteners 131 are disengaged from each other. The blanket 11 can be attached to the pocket 13 when the fasteners 131 are engaged with each other. As such, the blanket 11 can be detachably secured to the pocket 13. In one embodiment, the fasteners 131 are snap buttons located in the vicinity of the edge, for example, the third end 115 of the blanket 11.

FIG. 10 shows a rear perspective view of another embodiment of the combination blanket and bag, wherein the Velcro strips are disengaged from each other. Referring to FIGS. 1 and 10 together, the combination blanket and bag includes a blanket 21 and a pocket 23. The pocket includes fasteners 231 and an opening 233. The fasteners 231 include Velcro strips located in the vicinity of the edge, for example, the third end 115 of the blanket 11. The blanket 21 can be removed from the pocket 23 when the Velcro strips 231 are disengaged from each other. The blanket 21 can be attached to the pocket 23 when the Velcro strips 231 are engaged with each other. As such, the blanket 21 can be detachably secured to the pocket 23.

As such, users can replace the blanket with different types of materials, sizes, patterns, or logos. For example, the combination blanket and bag can accommodate different blankets with different baseball team logos for different baseball games. As the blanket is replaceable, the tote bag can be reused repeatedly, even if the blanket becomes worn or damaged, ensuring an environmentally friendly product designed for long-lasting use.

In some embodiments, the numbers and positions of the fasteners 131 can be customized for users, making it easier to attach multiple blankets 11 to a single pocket 13. This allows the pocket 13 to simultaneously carry multiple blankets 11 and distribute them for family/social activities.

Referring to FIG. 8 again, the pocket 13 further includes a closure 135. The closure 135 is located at the opening 133. For example, the closure 135 has a plurality of engagement teeth aligned along the opening 133. As such, the closure 135 can allow the pocket opening 133 to be closed before and after the pocket 13 is inverted. In some embodiments, the closure can be a zipper, Velcro strip, or other buttoning assembly.

In one embodiment, the pocket further includes side rings 137. When the pocket 13 is turned inside out to form a tote bag, the side ring 137 can be connected to a carry strap. Thus, users can substitute different types of carry straps for the decorative pattern of the bag.

In one embodiment, the pocket 13 has a lining that can be exposed outwardly when the pocket is turned inside out, revealing decorative patterns such as a baseball, basketball, or soccer ball . . . etc. In another embodiment, the lining includes a waterproof material and the blanket 11 includes a beach towel so that users can pack the wet beach towel inside the tote bag with the waterproof surface.

Referring to FIG. 1, in this embodiment, the pocket 13 is positioned between the first and second ends 111, 113 such that the first and second ends 111, 113 can be folded and inserted into the pocket 13. This position of the pocket 13 is approximately midway between the first end 111 and the second end 113. The pocket 13 is inverted to receive these the first end 111 and the second end 113. In other embodiments, the pocket 13 can be located in other areas of the intermediate regions adjacent to the periphery of the blanket 11.

In one embodiment, the blanket 11 takes on a rounded shape, with its first, second, third, and fourth ends 111, 113, 115, 117 integrated into the periphery of the pocket 13.
