BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The invention relates to a combination of a motor and a wind wheel.

2. Description of the Related Art

A typical connecting structure between a motor and a wind wheel includes a shaft and the wind wheel arranged on the motor. The wind wheel includes: a mounting plate, and a plurality of wind blades arranged on the mounting plate. A boss including a first flat is arranged on the mounting plate. A second flat is arranged on the shaft. The first flat of the boss matches with the second flat of the shaft for fastening the wind wheel on the shaft. Thus, the structure is inconvenient in assembly, very easy to loosen, and has a poor reliability, poor axiality between the shaft and the wind wheel, and intense oscillation of the wind wheel.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In view of the above-described problems, it is one objective of the invention to provide a combination of a motor and a wind wheel that has a simple structure, easy and firm installation, high reliability, good axiality between the shaft and the wind wheel, and little oscillation of the wind wheel.

To achieve the above objective, in accordance with one embodiment of the invention, there is provided a combination of a motor and a wind wheel. The motor comprises a shaft comprising a plurality of mounting holes. The wind wheel comprises: a mounting plate, a plurality of wind blades, a first through hole, and a boss. The wind wheel is arranged on the motor. The wind blades are arranged on the mounting plate. The first through hole is disposed on a middle part of the mounting plate. The boss is disposed on the mounting plate outside the first through hole. A second through hole is arranged on the boss. The mounting holes are arranged on the shaft. The shaft passes through the first through hole. A screw passes through the second through hole and is inserted into the mounting hole for fastening the wind wheel on the shaft.

In a class of this embodiment, the mounting hole is a circular recess or a square notch.

In a class of this embodiment, a neck is arranged on the shaft. A clamp spring is inserted into the neck for fastening the mounting plate of the wind wheel.

In a class of this embodiment, four mounting holes are provided; every two mounting holes are arranged in a group; and two groups of the mounting holes are distributed on two ends of the shaft, respectively.

Advantages of the invention are summarized as follows:

A plurality of mounting holes is arranged on the shaft. The shaft passes through the first through hole. The screw passes through the second through hole and is inserted into the mounting hole for fastening the wind wheel on the shaft.

The invention has a simple structure, easy and firm installation, high reliability, good axiality between the shaft and the wind wheel, and small oscillation of the wind wheel.

The neck is arranged on the shaft. The clamp spring is inserted into the neck for fastening the mounting plate of the wind wheel; thereby preventing the wind wheel from moving axially, and reducing the technical difficulty of opening a mounting hole.

Four mounting holes are provided, every two mounting holes are arranged in a group, and two groups of the mounting holes are distributed on two ends of the shaft, respectively. The structure is reasonably designed, and meets requirements of two different sizes.
