(a) Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a combination plate structure, and primarily enables application on all types of building structures, floors, wall panels, roofs, containers, and so on, to provide therewith the effectiveness to insulate from sound, temperature, dampness and moisture, and provide electric insulation.
(b) Description of the Prior Art
In order to achieve the effectiveness to insulate from sound, temperature, dampness and moisture, and provide electric insulation, insulating panels are normally laid on the wall surfaces of current general building structures or waterproofing agent is applied or an additional layer of sound insulating foam is disposed thereon to achieve the effectiveness of insulation against sound and heat and provide a waterproofing effect. However, regardless of which of the aforementioned methods is used, different material or a different installation method must be selected according to user needs to achieve the required effectiveness.
Accordingly, an increase in construction costs is incurred, resulting in an increase in refurbishment or building expenses. Moreover, the various different installation methods or materials also require taking into consideration the differences in every kind of building, and implementing different strategies accordingly. Moreover, not all construction methods are applicable to different building structures.
Hence, how to achieve the effectiveness of insulation against sound, heat, dampness and moisture, effect electric insulation, and provide a combination that has application on all types of building structures, wall panels, floors, roofs, containers, and so on, is the technical issue to be solved in the present invention.
Accordingly, in light of the aforementioned problems, the inventor of the present invention, having accumulated many years of substantial experience in the research and development, design and manufacture of related products, has actively invested considerable painstaking effort and energy to add advancement to the prior art; and after repeated experiments and tests, culminated in the successful development of combination means for combination plates of the present invention.
A primary objective of the present invention is to provide combination plates which facilitate assembly thereof, and is applicable for use with all types building structures, wall panels, floors, roofs, containers, etc, and provide therewith the effectiveness to insulate from sound, temperature, slippage, dampness and moisture, and provide electric insulation in addition to clamping enhancement.
In order to achieve the aforementioned objective, the combination plates of the present invention primarily comprises a plurality of C linking plates which are installed on any surface of all types of building structures or frames, wherein each of the C linking plates is provided with at least one surface, a C pocket and a J post, for which an end of the C pocket and an end of the J post is provided with a first clasp protrusion and a second clasp protrusion respectively. The C pocket and the J post are located on two sides underneath the surface and a cavity is formed between the C pocket and the J post. A gap is formed between the first clasp protrusion of the C pocket and the second clasp protrusion of the J post.
Accordingly, the present invention is provided with the effectiveness to insulate against sound, temperature, dampness and moisture, as well as providing electric insulation.
A further objective of the present invention is to provide a useful and convenient means in assembling a plurality of C linking plates, such that the C linking plates can be secured onto a building surface or frame surface efficiently. In order to achieve the aforementioned objective, the C pocket is further provided with at least a first front opening and a first side opening formed on two ends thereof. The J post is provided with at least a second front opening and a second side opening formed on two ends thereof. When assembling, the C linking plates can be secured with each other either through the corresponding first and second side openings vertically provided by the C pocket and the J post respectively or through the corresponding first and second front openings horizontally provided by the C pocket and the J post respectively, such that a plurality of C linking plates can be secured with each other much faster by which is more sufficiently and more conveniently in assembling a plurality of C linking plates onto a building surface or frame surface.
To enable a further understanding of said objectives and the technological methods of the invention herein, a brief description of the drawings is provided below followed by a detailed description of the preferred embodiments.

As illustrated in
C linking plates 10. The first and second clasp protrusions 120 and 130 are a bit deformed due to the outcoming strength applied by securing the J post 13 into the C pocket 12 but the room provided by the gap 15 has not only overcome the problem of unexpected release of the C linking plates 10, to the contrary, the gap 15 strengthens the clamping between the C liking plates 10. Hence, mutual fitting between the first clasp protrusion 130 of the J post 13 and the second clasp protrusion 120 of the C pocket 12 is achieved thereto. Moreover, fixing members (not shown in the embodiment) or adhesive material 16 are used to fix the two C linking plates 10 to the building surface or frame surface 20, wherein the fixing members can be screws or nails, and the adhesive material can be a binding agent.
Accordingly, when the C linking plates 10 are fixed to the building surface or frame surface 20, then the C pockets 12 and the J posts 13 cause a height difference to form between the building surface or frame surface 20 and the surfaces 11, thereby enabling the cavities 14 formed between the C pockets 12 and the J posts 13 to form sealed chambers with the building surface or frame surface 20, and formation of the sealed chambers is used to further achieve the effectiveness of insulation against sound, temperature, dampness and moisture, and provide electric insulation.

The C pocket 12 is further provided with at least a first front opening 123 and a first side opening 124 formed on two ends thereof. The J post 13 is provided with at least a second front opening 133 and a second side opening 134 formed on two ends thereof. When assembling, the C linking plates 10 can be secured with each other either through the corresponding first and second side openings 124 and 134 vertically provided by the C pocket 12 and the J post 13 or through the corresponding first and second front openings 123 and 133 horizontally provided by the C pocket 12 and the J post 13 respectively, such that a plurality of C linking plates 10 can be secured with each other much faster by which is more sufficiently and more conveniently when assembling a plurality of C linking plates 10 onto a building surface or frame surface 20.

When a plurality of the C linking plates 10 have been fixed to the peripheral outer sides of the building surfaces or frame surfaces 31 of the beam-column 30, then a plurality of sealed chambers are defined between the plurality of C linking plates 10 and the building surfaces or frame surfaces 31. Accordingly, combination of the plurality of C linking plates 10 enables circumsurrounding the beam-column 30 and further achieve the effectiveness of insulation against sound, temperature, dampness and moisture, and provide electric insulation. In addition, the sealed chambers can be used as retaining spaces for power lines, thereby preventing the power lines from being exposed to the outside and affecting the outward appearance of a building.
Accordingly, a combination plates of the present invention uses a combination of a plurality of the C linking plates 10, which apart from having application on beam-columns of general building structures, can also be used to structurally combine the C linking plates 10 to form all types of wall surfaces, floors, or used for roofs, shipbuilding, containers, refrigerated containers, and so on. Moreover, the present invention achieves the effectiveness to insulate building structures from sound, temperature, dampness and moisture, and provides electric insulation.
It is of course to be understood that the embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the principles of the invention and that a wide variety of modifications thereto may be effected by persons skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the following claims.
