Claims
- 1. A composition comprising a biologically effective amount of a first immunoconjugate comprising at least a first anti-viral agent operatively attached to an antibody, or antigen-binding fragment thereof, that binds to an aminophospholipid; and a biologically effective amount of at least a second therapeutic agent.
- 2. The composition of claim 1, wherein said composition is a pharmaceutical composition.
- 3. The composition of claim 1, wherein said at least a second therapeutic agent is at least a second anti-viral agent.
- 4. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of a first immunoconjugate comprising at least a first anti-viral agent operatively attached to an antibody, or antigen-binding fragment thereof, that binds to an aminophospholipid; in combination with a therapeutically effective amount of at least a second therapeutic agent
- 5. The composition of claim 4, wherein said at least a second therapeutic agent is at least a second anti-viral agent.
- 6. A kit comprising, in at least a first container, a combined effective amount of at least a first anti-viral immunoconjugate comprising at least a first anti-viral agent operatively attached to a first antibody, or antigen-binding fragment thereof, that binds to an aminophospholipid; and at least a second anti-viral agent.
- 7. The kit of claim 6, wherein said first antibody is a monoclonal antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof.
- 8. The kit of claim 6, wherein said first antibody is an IgG antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof.
- 9. The kit of claim 6, wherein said first antibody is an antigen-binding fragment of an antibody.

- 11. The kit of claim 6, wherein said first antibody is a human, humanized or part-human antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof.
- 12. The kit of claim 6, wherein said first antibody is a chimeric, bispecific, recombinant or engineered antibody.
- 13. The kit of claim 6, wherein said first antibody binds to phosphatidylethanolamine.
- 14. The kit of claim 6, wherein said first antibody binds to phosphatidylserine.
- 15. The kit of claim 6, wherein said first antibody binds to phosphatidylserine and effectively competes with the monoclonal antibody 3G4 (ATCC PTA 4545) for binding to phosphatidylserine.
- 16. The kit of claim 15, wherein said first antibody is the monoclonal antibody 3G4 produced by hybridoma ATCC PTA 4545.
- 17. The kit of claim 6, wherein said first antibody is operatively attached to said at least a first anti-viral agent via a biologically releasable bond or selectively cleavable linker.
- 18. The kit of claim 6, wherein said first or second anti-viral agent is a nucleoside.
- 19. The kit of claim 6, wherein said first or second anti-viral agent is a reverse transcriptase inhibitor.

- 21. The kit of claim 6, wherein said first or second anti-viral agent is an anti-viral agent listed in Table G.
- 22. The kit of claim 21, wherein said first or second anti-viral agent is AZT or cidofovir.
- 23. The kit of claim 6, wherein at least one of said first anti-viral immunoconjugate or said second anti-viral agent is formulated for intravenous administration.
- 24. The kit of claim 6, wherein at least one of said first anti-viral immunoconjugate or said second anti-viral agent is formulated for administration as an aerosol.
- 25. The kit of claim 6, wherein said first anti-viral immunoconjugate and said second anti-viral agent are comprised within a single container.
- 26. The kit of claim 6, wherein said first anti-viral immunoconjugate and said second anti-viral agent are comprised within distinct containers.
