1. Field of the Invention
The present invention in general relates to a partition wall, in particular, to a combinative partition wall.
2. Description of Prior Art
Currently, partition wall structure of assembling type has been comprehensively applied for partition in offices or stalls of exhibition. A commonly prior combinative partition wall includes a column body and a plurality of partitions that are separably connected to the column body, and side faces of which are respectively arranged a plurality of sliding troughs parallel to the axial direction of this column body. Furthermore, the partition is arranged a sliding guide connected by insetting into the sliding trough correspondingly. Usually, four side faces of the column body are all arranged sliding troughs, which are separated by 90 degrees. Making the partition and the column body inter-inset into each other, the column body can have a partition of four directions for the user to choose, so this structure can combine the partition walls of assembling type into a needed partition according to the practical usage and requirement.
However, this kind of structure still has following drawbacks in terms of practical usage. Firstly, since the heights of the column and the partition are usually higher than that of people, when this structure is assembled, the column body has to be laid down horizontally and be upright vertically after the partition is assembled. The assembly will be more difficult, when the number of the partition increases. If the column body is upright in advance, then an assembler probably needs a ladder or a chair to heighten his position for assembling the partition, which again will incur a worry on safety. Secondly, since of a need of practical usage, the partition may be a hollow configuration, such that the user can see through the partition and take out of something conveniently, but the middle of current partition is all closed, making somewhat inconvenient in terms of usage. Therefore, how to improve and solve aforementioned problems has become an issue intended to be addressed by the inventor.
Accordingly, after a substantially devoted study, in cooperation with the application of relatively academic principles, the inventor has finally proposed the present invention that is designed reasonably to possess the capability to improve the drawbacks of the prior arts significantly.
The invention is mainly to provide a combinative partition wall, in which a first partition, a second partition and a column body can be inter-assembled or dismantled with different manners according to practical requirement, thereby, enhancing practicability and convenience.
Secondly, the invention is to provide a combinative partition wall, which includes a column body, a first partition and a second partition, in which the column body is formed a first groove and is connected a first wedging hook; the first partition that can be separably connected to the column body has, on one hand, one side face that is connected a first block corresponding to the first groove and a second wedging hook fixed by wedging into the first wedging hook correspondingly and, on the other hand, another corresponding side face that is formed a second groove and is connected a third wedging hook; the second partition that can be separably connected to the column body or the first partition is connected a second block corresponding to the first groove or the second groove and a fourth wedging hook corresponding to the first wedging hook or the third wedging hook.
Thirdly, the invention is to provide a combinative partition wall, in which the contacting face of the second wedging hook abutted against the first wedging hook is shown as a skew configuration; when the second wedging hook and the first wedging hook are combined together, by means of gravity or loading pressure, the first partition, the second partition and the column body are combined tightly.
Fourthly, the invention is to provide a combinative partition wall, in which a wedge buckle plate and a first buckling ring are inter-buckled together, such that the first partition and the column body are connected tightly, thereby, enhancing the stability of the combinative partition wall of the invention.
Fifthly, the invention is to provide a combinative partition wall, in which the first partition and the second partition are shown as arc configurations, such that the combinative partition wall of the invention can be applied in a multiple assembly, thereby, enhancing its practicability.
Finally, the invention is to provide a combinative partition wall, in which a recessing area of wire-placing plate can be adapted for placing electric wires, plugs or power-source sockets therein, thereby, enhancing its usage convenience.
The features of the invention believed to be novel are set forth with particularity in the appended claims. The invention itself, however, may be best understood by reference to the following detailed description of the invention, which describes several exemplary embodiments of the invention, taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which:
In cooperation with attached drawings, the technical contents and detailed description of the present invention are described thereinafter according to a number of preferable embodiments, not used to limit its executing scope. Any equivalent variation and modification made according to appended claims is all covered by the claims claimed by the present invention.

According to an embodiment of the invention, the column body 10 is an aluminum exclusion, the cross-sectional profile of which is shown as a square or other tetragons, however, not limited to these shapes only, and four side faces of which are respectively formed a groove 11.
The first partition 20 arranged to one side of the column body 10 includes a first plate body 21 and a first block 22 that is fixed to the first plate body 21 and is arranged by insetting into the groove 11 correspondingly, thereby, possessing a guiding and positioning function when the first partition 20 and the column body 10 are combined together. In the meantime, another side of the first plate body 21 is arranged a first groove 23.
The second partition 30 that is arranged to one side of the column body 10 and is interspaced with the first partition 20 in a row includes a second plate body 31 and a second block 32 that is fixed correspondingly by insetting into the groove 11, thereby, possessing a guiding and positioning function when the second partition 30 and the column body 10 are combined together.
One of the separably connecting mechanisms 40 is fixed between the column body 10 and the first partition 21, while another separably connecting mechanism 40 is fixed between the column body 10 and the second plate body 31. One of the separably connecting mechanisms 40 includes a first wedging hook 41 fixed to the column body 10 and a second wedging hook 42 fixed to the first plate body 21. Both the first wedging hook 41 and the second wedging hook 42 are inter-connected by snapping to each other. The contacting face of the second wedging hook 42 snapped correspondingly into the first wedging hook is shown as a skew configuration. When the second wedging hook 42 and the first wedging hook 41 are combined, by means of gravity or loading pressure, the first plate body 21 and the second plate body 31 are tightly combined to the column body 10. In this case, the first wedging hook 41 and the second wedging hook 42 are all shown as a “J” shape. Another side of the first plate body 21 and the second plate body 31 are also respectively fixed a first wedging hook 41, which is shown as a “U” shape.
The combinative partition wall 1 further includes a pulling-and-buckling mechanism 50 that includes a wedge buckle piece 51 and a pulling-and-buckling piece 52 connected by buckling with the corresponding wedge buckle piece 51. In this case, the wedge buckle piece 51 is fixed to the column body 10, while the pulling-and-buckling piece 52 is fixed to the first plate body 21. The functions of the pulling-and-buckling mechanism 50 are to combine the first plate body 21 and the column body 10 more tightly and to enhance the stability when they are connected together.
