1. Field of Invention
The invention relates to a heat-insulating board for buildings and, in particular, to a combinatory board for buildings that has the soundproof, quick beat-dissipation, and fireproof functions.
2. Related Art
The metal wavy board for covering the surface or roof of buildings has the heat-insulating and waterproof functions. However, the conventional metal wavy board has larger weight and area. It is thus very difficult to transport and install them. Moreover, they usually have the drawbacks of quick heat absorption and slow heat dissipation. When it is raining, raindrops make larger noises when they hit the metal boards.
To enhance the heat-insulating effect, one usually put a heat-insulating material (e.g., Styrofoam board or foam) at the bottom of the metal wavy boards. Although this method achieves better heat insulation, it is very dangerous when there is a fire. Such heat-insulating materials are flammable. In a fire, the heat-insulating materials will be melted and drop into the building. This can worsen the fire and its damages.
An objective of the invention is to provide a combinatory board that can effectively reduce the noises produced when raindrops, hailstones, or other objects hit thereon.
Another objective of the invention is to provide a combinatory board that can effectively increase the lifetime thereof.
Yet another objective of the invention is to provide a combinatory board that is fireproof and can reduce damages in case a fire happens.
A further objective of the invention is to provide a combinatory board that provides a better ventilation effect for heat dissipation.
To achieve the above-mentioned objectives, the disclosed combinatory board includes:
two boards disposed separately, each of which has two opposite sides; wherein each of the sides has a slant section and an extension section, the angle subtended by the slant sections of the boards expands downward, and the outer surface of each of the boards has a buffering material;
a fixing element, whose bottom is bent to form a locking part; wherein both sides of the fixing element have a fixing arm, respectively, the inner side of each of the fixing arms is formed with a joining section that corresponds to the slant section and extension section of the board and expands outwards, so that the inner sides of the fixing arms on both sides of the fixing element connect to the separate boards, the outer side of the fixing arm is formed with a set of connecting section and arc section, and more than one vent hole is formed around the fixing element; and
a mask cover, both sides of which are formed with a set of connecting arm; wherein the inner side of each of the connecting arm has a connecting surface corresponding to the connecting section and the arc section, and the outer surface of the mask cover has another buffering material.
The invention will become more fully understood from the detailed description given herein below illustration only, and thus is not limitative of the present invention, and wherein:
The present invention will be apparent from the following detailed description, which proceeds with reference to the accompanying drawings, wherein the same references relate to the same elements.
The invention provides a combinatory board comprised of at least two boards 11 disposed separately, at least one fixing element 21, and a mask cover 31.
Each of the boards 11 has two bent and symmetric sides 12. The surface of the board 11 different from the side 12 is formed with several strengthening ribs 111 in the longitudinal direction. Each of the sides 12 first tilts upwards to form a slant section 13. The end of the slant section 13 bends upward and extends to form an extension section 14. The angle subtended by the slant sections 13 on the adjacent sides 12 of the boards 11 expands downwards. The outer surface of the board 11 is attached with a buffering material 16 made of a Styrofoam board or foam.
The bottom of the fixing element 21 is bent to form a locking part 22, which is penetrated through with a locking hole 23. It allows a locking element 24 to go through and to fix the fixing element 21 on the beam of a roof (not shown). Both sides of the fixing element 21 have a fixing arm 25 tilting downward, respectively. The inner side of each fixing arm 25 is formed with a joining section 26 that has a shape corresponding to the slant section 13 and extension section 14 of the board 11 and expands outward. The fixing element 21 is thus connected to the sides 12 of the boards 11 by the joining sections 26 on the inner sides of the two fixing arms 25. The outer side of the fixing arm 25 is formed with a connecting section 27. The end of the connecting section 27 protrudes outward to form an arc section 28. More than one vent hole 29 is formed around the fixing element 21.
Both sides of the mask cover 31 tilt downward to form a connecting arm 32, respectively. The inner side of the connecting arm 32 has a connecting surface 33 corresponding to the connecting section 27 and arc section 28 on the outer side of the fixing element 21. The connecting arm 32 of the mask cover 31 is slightly elastic. Therefore, when the mask cover 31 and the fixing element 21 are combine, one can slightly bend the connecting arms 32 of the mask cover 31 outward in order to conveniently combine with the fixing element 21. The connecting surface 33 on the inner side of the connecting arm 32 of the mask cover 31 can thus connect with the connecting section 27 and the arc section 28 of the fixing element 21. After the mask cover 31 and the fixing element 21 are connected with each other, the interior of the mask cover 31 forms an airflow space 41. The outer surface of the mask cover 31 is attached with a buffering material 34 also made of a Styrofoam board or foam.
The invention after assembly is shown in
It should be mentioned that the adjacent sides 12 of the two boards 11 expands downward according to the invention. Therefore, it increases the area covered by the assembled boards 11, achieving the effects of saving materials and reducing costs.
Besides, the invention can enhance the strength of each board 11 by providing a plurality of strengthening ribs 111 in the longitudinal direction on the surface thereof. In this case, one can directly use large-area boards 11 in the construction. As shown in
Since the outer surfaces of the boards 11 and the mask cover 31 are attached with buffering materials 16, 34 made of Styrofoam board or foam, they can effectively prevent raindrops, hailstones, or other alien objects from directly hitting the boards 11. In addition to protecting the boards 11 and elongating their lifetime, this configuration also largely reduces the noises caused by the impacts of raindrops, hailstones, or other alien objects. Since the buffering materials 16, 34 on the boards 11 and the mask cover 31 cover the outer surfaces thereof, the invention can achieve a good antirust effect as raindrops or moisture is blocked outside. This also indirectly elongates the lifetime of the boards 11 and the mask cover 31.
Moreover, when there is afire, the boards 11 can prevent the buffering materials 16, 34 that have a lower melting point from directly falling into the building. Therefore, the invention can reduce possible damages in a fire.
